Tattoos, Toxicity, and Mental Illness oh my w/ Val

#10:  In this episode, Val and I talk about how she has many tattoos, toxic relationships, and mental illness such as depression and anxiety. 

Val and I work in the same ER as ER nurses. We have seen many things and talk about how we cope. 

She is so funny, and I enjoyed talking with her as we have never got to sit down and just discuss our lives on a personal level.
