#29:  Lauren and I go back to our discussion on body image issues, and she leads the podcast by interviewing/coaching me. 

We both agreed that we didn't go as deep on the last episode as we wanted to because I shy'd away from the topic as I always do , but in this episode, you may hear some things that I have never stated out loud about how I feel inside my body. 

I truly believe most women have body image issues despite how small or big you are. Body image or mental issues do not discriminate when it comes to who you are.
