015 - James Muhia

James Muhia is a trail runner, hiker, mountaineer and outdoor enthusiast. We recorded this episode in Kampala after doing the Virunga Challenge. The hiker's version of the Virunga Challenge is to climb Mount Muhabura, Gahinga and Sabyinyo in 3 days. While the runner's version is to climb all the 3 mountains in one day.
