Hello, So tonight I'm going to go over a few things. Calls are welcome, Okay, calls are welcome, and I'm going to say this periodically throughout the broadcast. There's a particular oh and before you stare at it and it distracts you, there's a sty I got another one in my eye this time. I wasn't bike riding, though. I just don't know what happened. It's you can kind of feel a bump. It was irritating me and feeling swollen and like sense it to the touch for like three or four days.
Now it looks like I got punched, But yeah, it's a it's a stye. They don't both open up the same amount now, so it looks like they're on two different levels on my head. Looks ridiculous, right, I got it, I understand. But now we can move on and
if you see it, that's what's going on. I'm in particularly hoping that one of the viewer's longtime viewers, very supportive, kind person of the show, here's what we're talking talking about, and calls in, because this person happens to be one of those in tuned people who on a regular basis gets the flashes of gnosis or seeing things, and sometimes it's symbolics, sometimes it's
straight forward. But something to do with this country and little stormtroopers moving around taking away our ability to defend ourselves might play into what I'm about to talk about tonight on the the plane of what we would call reality and verifiable stuff like the documentation I'm going to go over explains how this could all be set up based on what just happened in the Middle East, Okay, and how
does that happen? The common denominator here, The thing that f's us all up and screws everything up is the United Nations Charter, and we're going to discuss that and how it kind of obligated us already. But lady in White Rosemary, if you're out there, okay, listen to a little bit of it first, so if you know, if you think it pertains to what I'm discussing tonight, then you can maybe share some of your insights. All right. I was looking for one more clip of Bill Cooper from the nine
to eleven event. There was one thing where he says, and it would have been a good kickoff for what I'm about to talk about, because he had mentioned just in passing three seconds worth, right, that involvement in the United Nations means that if anyone of the Nation States gets attacked, Security Council.
But basically what that means is everyone is obligated who is an United Nations member to go into their defense, to go to their defense, to send aid and financial in the way of finances and troops, which also means all right, and if I'm and I'm not mistaking this, I've run this by a few people to make sure that I was seeing what I was seeing and reading what I thought I was reading, because it's not exactly straightforward, because
it's boring, boring reading, right, But what is what it basically means is should those people who already told anyone who happens to be a certain religion to go create chaos in whatever country they're in, should that happen here, that would mean that other countries would be obligated to come here, meaning you and style troops here or activate the National Guard for martial law, because they wouldn't need to protect us from terrorism by making us unable to protect ourselves,
because they could potentially be taking the weapons away from terrorists or domestic terrorists, and then this gets into the patriot and constitutional, republican minded people who they're really going after with this something like this, no terrorist, because they create
that shit and then they send it out at us. So it'd be a joint effort of the scumbags in our government and whomever they decide to dress up in whatever Halloween costume they want that's pointing the guns and actually shooting people. Notwithstanding, still the same beast, get it. something I'm interested in learning about. Right now, it's been Valentinians gnosticism, which actually just means really Christians before they canonized everything, and just different aspects of history, Zooastrianism and things like that. Just trying to get everybody's ideas
from the past and the more recent times. Just to kind of cold over because a lot of it actually started to pertain to what I was rinning about in this book, so I needed to get more data to fill my brain with the good details so I don't miss anything when I'm showing it or presenting it in my book anyway. So let's go ahead, im Plus, I just love learning things and seeing people's perspectives, So let me go ahead and

This is also really good information because we should be listening to this and paying attention to this for what could they're setting up the depends right now ton them over themselves, and we should be paying attention to this in the scope of what are we seeing over in the Middle East and how it could play out here because
of what they're setting the stage for. All right, based upon what's happened in the past, we can expect to be attacked, and they certainly did that. Right after the Oklahoma City bombing. The media and the government attacked patriots and militia members all over this country, and so we must be prepared for that, and you, being one of our best, best members at best, do everything you can to protect yourself and your family. An hour after this took place, the media immediately started demonizing the Muslims in the Islamic religion, and it seems like, in my view, we're going to get drawn into a war in the Middle
East. Well, I've said that for a long time. But you know, nobody in their wildless dreams, who would you normally suspect would do something like this could possibly benefit from it, And so we need to look elsewhere. Whoever will benefit, will absolutely benefit from whatever happened today in this country, is the real culprit whoever that might be, Well, say Israel without
saying the word Israel. We both know there's been a war coming on in the Middle East for about a year now when the peace process broke down, and well, the peace process from the beginning was a total sham. There's never been peace in the Middle East. Yeah, not since the State of Israel. Well before the State of Israel was declared. I mean, it took a while to to take that territory and declare the State of Israel,
didn't. Yeah, well, there hasn't been peace since then, and that's been probably before World War Two. There hasn't been any peace in the Middle East. Yeah, well, there's a war going on inside Israel between the Palestinians and the Jews, and that you know, we've been hearing reports that surrounding arivations were making preparations to move against Israel, and it just seems like with this attack that we're going to be drawn into the Middle East on the
side of Israel. And God knows what's going to happen. But I tell you what, Bill, I'm in Saint Louis, and the price of gas right now is five dollars a gallon. You're kidding, remember that that was two thousand and one. No, it's happened everywhere. Why is it five dollars a gallon? There's no shortage of gas in this country. Somebody's ripping everybody off big time. It's taking place, from what I understand, all across the country that gas price. I mean, cars are lining up,
you wouldn't believe it. I mean they're blocking the road. Cars are lining up. It's like nineteen seventies. Again, Well, well I heard that, and when Doyle came up he said, he went by the circle K and there were cars lined up, but you know, down the street a block away to get gas. Yeah, and that's very unusual for a little town like this. But in the face of martial law and the uncertainty of what all of this might bring upon us, I can understand why people want
a full tank in whatever they're driving. I always keep full tanks in everything, so I never have to worry about that. I couldn't put another drop of gas in any of my tanks if I wanted to, you know, mister group, I just I get a feeling that, you know, something happened today and that things are going to be different forever now, and it's the end of freedom. That freedom died today all around the world unless Americans are willing to stand up and resist whatever the government is going to do to
make that a reality. And I guarantee you they're going to do a lot of things to make it a reality. And let me just stop here to say that we didn't do that, and now we're seeing the outcome of not doing that. Doesn't mean we still can't do something about it, but it means we didn't yet. And we will talk about the Patriot Act a little bit too. I've got that pulled up too, so we'll see the aftermath
of what they did. They named it, I guess it's an acronym Patriot, but you know, obviously for the dumb people out there, you just to put the word patriot on anything, including products that are useless, and people will buy it all up. And I believe the Patriot Act was actually
named after those who they were going to target. You know, at my heart, that's what I thought is I didn't know exactly, but you know what, you're right, That's what I was feeling, is that freedom died today and and it's a sad day, and uh, it just seems to me that there's something going on. I mean, it's just, you know, I just cannot believe that it was Islamic terrorists that did this. Do I just you know, that's what they're telling us, that's what they want
us to believe. So I just can't believe that's what it was. No, I don't believe that's what it was either. Take care about it. But I don't know who's responsible. I don't know who did it. I'm not pointing any fingers because I don't know I do know what the agenda is, and I know what the outcome of it's going to be. We're going to lose our freedoms. I'm afraid you're right, and many in many ways. We already have Every airplane in this country is grounded. All the airports
are closed. For the first time in the history of this country. The border between the United States and Mexico and the United States and Canada are sealed. They're sealed. We have United States Army troops occupying the streets of Washington, d C. The United States government has gone to its underground command posts at Mount Weather and in other ground facilities. Remember what he just said there Mount Weather underground facilities. Is it just a coincidence that there was something called
the Weather Underground that was a liberal communist terrorist group. But also just keep that in mind that it's called Mount Weather, because we're going to actually read about that in Behold a Pale Horse, that was published back in nineteen ninety one. Two thousand and one is when this happened. And he had pegged it probably in nineteen eighty eight when he was in the middle of writing the book. And I could go on and on several governors of states have declared

That's another thing that crossed my mind today is I just had a feeling that this is just the beginning of of if you want to call it terrorism or whatever, this is just the beginning. I just have a feeling that, you know, what happened today is going to happen again, and maybe things that are worth me because we know that bolgical and chemical weapons well,
you know, you know, I predicted all of this years ago. I wrote about it in my book exactly what I predicted and said, what happened is happening, has happened. Every prediction I've ever made has come true, except for the one where I said it would not be able to try Manuel Noriega in an American court and sentence him to prison because as the head of a foreign nation he had diplomatic community. But they did it anyway, which
means that the law really doesn't mean much to anybody anymore. They're going to do what they want to do, right, Yeah, you're right. You know, I'm waiting to hear some morons blame it on talk radio and Christian patriots. Well, from what I heard, a previous caller called from Florida and said, on Florida on the radio, people are already asking questions about
patriots and malitias. Oh no, which is what I said when I first came on at nine point thirty this morning, is that you watch Eventually, sometime today, somebody is going to start blaming American patriots and militia members. And the Second Continental Army of the Republic has ordered its units underground, and all patriot leaders have been asked to take measures to protect themselves and go underground.
And be very careful who you listen to. Don't listen to people like Alex Jones and the other great BS artists that are just out there to stir people up to do something that they should not be doing. You know, I'm watching the videotap I work today, so I came home and I'm just
now watching the videotape of the towers going down. It just seems to me that they went down really fast, don't you say, not only went down very fast, but everybody in New York City who were near those towers heard explosions at the base of the towers and then they collapsed all the way down the ground. So people are like, Okay, well, this just have to go
through this part and they don't fight. Yeah, I understand the point of that too, of them like counterfeiting biblical prophecy and things like that, but I don't hold it past because I don't know. And it's at the end of the day. God uses wicked people all the time to fulfilled things. You know, Peter used to kill Christian, Solomon had seven Solomon had over seven hundred wives, and God still used them to write a third of the New test of it. So at the end of the day, it's just,
you know, I don't know if this is real. Probb one of the reasons why I think somebody was messing around with that Old Testament because and with Peter. Peter is the Peter that actually means rock, and he's the rock that the church was built on the Church. Was that completely against Christ, so all the religions. So to say that is to say he's still been betraying ever since before when he was killing Christians. You know what I
mean. It's like same leopard, same spots, different motive, different application of strategy. Really, but I see that that's for a different time. But let me let me take a look over here, and I have. Yeah, I hadn't been following the news enough to know, because I don't ever want the news to know if they were talking, you know, if they were spicing things up over there, because I mean, you know, I I think, I think I hear still people talking about is Taliban when it's it's Hamas the
Taliban. Like I don't understand why they are saying that, because they're trying to link up what Biden Biden did with leaving all the weaponry there to what happened in Israel, and like what Is it the same group or they? Did they sell this stuff to him? Did they loteit to them? I'm like, I don't. I don't get the connection yet. It's a good question for real. So I have something up here I just want to read

six. I'm sorry, that's chapter seven. So this is the United Nations Charter, and we're paying attention to tonight our articles thirty nine through fifty one. Most of them are a couple of sentences, so it will go fast, but I want you to listen to what it's saying, and please go find this on your own. It's the easiest thing to find. It's actually in our telegram group. I dropped the link in there, but you don't have to look at this huge long URL. Just type in you and charter
and it'll it'll pop up something for you to read it. Okay, hold on one second, because I want to piece this together with something that is in Behold the Pale Horse and what FEMA's role is and the Patriot Act and all this other stuff. So it says the Security counts Article thirty nine, the Security Councils shall determine the existence of any threat to the piece. They're going to determine what is considered a threat to the piece. And remember piece
is defined as any resistance to socialism. Okay, each of the piece or act of aggression and shall make recommendations or decide or decide what measures shall be taken in accordance with Articles forty one and forty two to maintain or restore international peace and security. Security Council can't be You have to accept whatever the Security Council says. As a member of the United Nations, we don't elect these people. These are just people who are just there. They're just going to
appoint themselves and you don't have anything in it as a nation. As a member nation. Once they you know, they make their decree like a freaking pope, it is for you to do. So they're going to decide what's going to be taken. They're going to decide whether or not you're going to be actively involved in that measure, so that as a member stay So remember that, that's that first article. Yeah, and they can legally do it too because of you know, the Patriot Act and the NBA and all this
stuff that enables them to pretty much just have a total dictatorship. Yeah, I'm not sure how that how that plays across lines because of that, that would make sense for our country. But ye, United Nations is a separate entity. It's not even a country. There's no reason a treaty U N treaty should be signed by a non nation. So this is all completely null and void on its face. But that's not how. It's all about how they act, you know, not how it's you know, lawful or unlawful.
We were treasonously put into this by Harry S. Truman and it's all been it's all been a big scam against the United you know, the United States and the and the the American people. What. Needless to say,
they pretty much are the shadow government in plain sight. So it says, in order to prevent an aggravation of the situation, the Security Council may before making recommendations deciding or deciding upon the measures provided for an Article thirty nine call upon the party's concerned to comply with such provisional measures as it deems necessary or desirable. They hear the power and the arrogance in that we're just gonna set
them all down like insolent children and tell them what to do. Such provisional measures shall be without prejudice or to the rights, claims or position of the parties concerned. The Security Council shall duly take account of failure to comply with such provisional measures. So if you don't do what we say, it's going to be a little bit harder harsher than a time out. That's what they as they shake their finger in your face. Measure do we take in Security
Council shall duly take account of failure. They're going to make a note of you failing to comply with such provisional measures the Security account. The Security Council may decide this is Article forty one. What measures not involving the use of armed forces are to be employed to give effects to its decisions, and may call upon the Members of the United Nations to apply such measures. These may include complete or partial interruption of economic relations. So a boycott and you know
what I mean, they're going to put you in the dark. You're not gonna trade with you and destroy your economy and uh, you know sap you in a you know, starview of resources that you can't get anywhere else, and of railca air, postal, telegraphic, radio and other means of communications, and the severance of diplomatic relations. This is why you're not supposed to
enter into these types of things. And that's why we weren't supposed to do this ever in our history, because you're like the League of Nations, the the Allies, the all this stuff, all the stuff you wor this wasn't ever supposed to be this way, because this is how crazy out of control
it grows. Should this article forty two, Should the Security Council consider that measures provided for in Article forty one would be inadequate or have proved to be inadequate, It may take such action now that we're talking about our army here, such action by air, sea or land forces as may be necessary to maintain a restoring an international peace and security. So we're going to bum you, murder the shit out of you, for peace, you understand, as
long as you say it's for international peace and security. Now you're still the bad guy because we had to come in and murder all of your families and destroy all these innocent people and blowed up schools and churches because you didn't comply to what we said, because we're almighty and you didn't do what we told you to do. Such action may include demonstrations, blockade, and other operations by air, sea, or land forces of members of the United Nations.
Now think about this. We're United States. We are the biggest funder of the United Nations. They are daddies. And if we are in this and Israel get the packs, well that that's up the perfect situation for us to be obligated to go help in one way, shape or form. They're already sending money. But also if you're a sinister minded person, it just means that the most likely country next to be hit and have innocent a large amount
of innocent people murdered would be us. Would be the United States because this terrorist group or whatever quote unquote had called to action all these other you know, people who are on the radical extreme of this religion to go and just cause mayhem and make a big saturnalia of the entire world and kill at will.
So with that being said, they've they've gotten their marching orders, and now we know that they're all over this country and everywhere else, usually peacefully living some of them, maybe not because the border has been open like Swiss cheese for the last four years. And you know how however, other way, they're flooded in here. Who knows who's just sitting here in sleeper cells
waiting to be activated and what they're planning. But I'd also like to remind people that there's about I don't know, ninety is it ninety tons or something like that? Is a ninety thousand tons, I don't know, a lot of tons of ammonium nitrate. A lot of shit is missing, literally and that's usually the quote unquote bomb of choice of people that they deem domestic terrorists.
So either the quote unquote terrorists are going to maybe possibly use that missing poop, or it could be blamed on a bunch of patriots or you know, domestic terrorists. Right wing extremist also known as people who just want to be left alone. Those people us will all be rounded up. If you own a gun. If you have one in your possession, probably gonna have it taken from you, or you're gonna be stripped from your family. Something

of permanent members of the Security Council or their representatives. Any member of the United Nations not permanently represented on the Committee shall be invited by the Committee to be associated with it when the efficient discharge of the Committee's responsibilities requires the participation of that member in its work. The Military Staff Committee shall be responsible under the Security Council for the strategic direction of any armed forces placed at the disposal
of the Security Council. Questions relating to the command of such forces shall be worked out subsequently Number four an Article forty seven the Military Staff Committee with the authorization of the Security Council, because of course they are the ones that grant all powers to the world, and after consultation with appropriate regional agencies, may establish regional subcommittees. How Nice, Article forty eight were closed or honest.
In the end, the action required to carry out the decisions of the Security Council for the maintenance of international peace and security shall be taken by all the blessing all the Members of the United Nations, or by some of them, as the Security Council may determine such decisions. want to I want to cover a couple more things. Okay, let me read something from Behold a Pale Horse. This says it's from page one to eighteen. I'm not sure what the actual page would be in the book itself, so you just have to get your own digital copy and go from there. But it says, somewhere within the volumes of secret NSD directives, there is a plan to suspend the Constitution of the United States of America. The
existence of this plan surface during the Iran Contra hearings. Congressman Jack Brooks, Texas attempted to bring it into the open when he asked Colonel North directly if North had ever helped draft a plan to suspend the Constitution. Brooks was silenced by the committee chairman, Senator Daniel kuli In. Yeah, Hawaii, Senator innuli inul Yi, I'm probably not saying that right. Whatever stated that the subject dealt with national security, and any questions regarding the matter could be brought
up during a closed door session. We never learned the outcome. I would like to know who gave anyone in any branch of government, with any title, the right to suspend the Constitution at any time, for any reason under any conditions. I believe the plan to suspend the Constitution is directly tied to the underground facility called Mount Weather. Now let me just stop for a second. The Constitution was suspended during the Civil War and Habeas Corpus was suspended,
and there was no congressional act ever to put it back in motion. And by the time we have nineteen thirteen roll round, we lose our economic independence. Then we lost our sovereignty as a nation when we were in default insolvent to the banks in nineteen thirty three. So constitution notwithstanding, we don't have a government, a real one, so it's all smoke and mirrors. Institution
does not even apply to any situation like that. But as I was reading, I believe a plan to suspend the Constitution is directly tied to the underground facility called Mount Weather and to the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Mount Weather is so shrouded in secrecy that nine to nine point nine per seven Americans have never heard of it. FEMA, however, is another story. Remember Hurricane Hugar Hugo. Remember the federal agency that was sent to handle the emergency and was
thrown out by the citizens because of gross incompetence. FEMA was incompetent because emergency management is just the guys for its real purpose, which is to take over local, state, and federal government in case of a quote unquote national emergency. Guess what it was declared during COVID. Yeah, And no matter if the national emergency is one day or one hundred days or or two years long,
they control override for five years minimum. So regardless of they that it was over in October at twenty twenty three, or whatever the hell was October of whatever, it doesn't matter. These technically still are in control. The only way FEMA could do such a thing is for it is if the constitution were suspended and martial law were to be declared. Therefore, its very existence is proof positive that a plan to suspend the constitution does in fact exist.
Now, tie that into what I was just talking about earlier with the United Nations and what just happened with Hamas and Israel. If you even want to leave the Hummas thing is even from them. It's a joint effort. It's just a tool. It's a hammer that knocks the nails in, but you know, Israel's holding the nail for the hammer whatever the point is, the next strategic move would be to have something messed up happen here so they can
take guns from Americans. It's either domestic terrorists or say they need to protect us from ourselves because we don't want them weapons to fall in the hands of these terrorists who have already attacked us once. Whatever the stupid reason would be for dumb people to just surrender their rights and turn in their neighbor for having these dangerous weapons. This could be one of the scenarios that plays out, and someone who watches the show actually saw it happening with the National Guard.
So Mount Weather, just outside of a sleepy little town called Bluemont, Virginia, about forty six miles west of Washington, DC, is an area of wilderness covering what has been called the toughest granite rock in the eastern United States.
When I played that clip of Bill Cooper, there was a point where he said that the government had gone underground and that they were at their underground hard hard site hard sites in Mount Weather, and I had brought up the idea the comment that isn't it strange that something that's supposed to be a liberal Marxist terrorist group was called the Weather Underground, and there's this thing called Mount Weather whatever. It may not have nothing to do with each other, but
that's the whole Billy Bill Ayers thing. And yeah. So the area is surrounded by science marks Restricted area, and this installation has been declared a restricted area. Unauthorized entry is prohibited. Other Science state All persons and vehicles entering here on are liable to search, photographic, making notes, drawing maps, or graphic representations of this area or its activities is prohibited. Such material found
in the possession of unauthorized persons will be confiscated. In an Internal Security Act of nineteen fifty, the installation is beneath a mountain and its name is the Western Virginia Office of Controlled Conflict Operations. Its nickname is Mount Weather. It was ordered to be built by the Federal Civil Defense Administration, which is now the Federal Preparedness Agency. All of these agencies I didn't even know existed,
right, We've got enough of them. Mountwather was designed in the early fifties as part of a civil defense program to house and protect the executive branch of the federal government. The official name was the Continuity of Government Program. Congress has repeatedly tried to discover the real purpose of Mountweather, but so far has
been unable to find out anything about the secret installation. Retired Air Force General leslie B Leslie W. Bray, director of the Federal Preparedness Agency, told the Senate Subcommittee on Constitutional Rights in September nineteen seventy five, I am not at liberty to describe precisely what is the role and the mission and the capability that we have at Mountweather or any other precise location. So there's multiple ones.
And June nineteen seventy five, Senator John Tunney, California, chairman of the Subcommittee of Constitutional Rights, charged that Mount Weather held dossier's on at least one hundred thousand Americans. So what's that rounding people up, getting them, getting the strong pieces off the chessboard by taking them out before the conflict starts. Wow? Yeah, he had it all down, every organization, every branch, every agency. Just yep. And that's how you that's how you
started fight, right. You take out the leaders first, people who would have, you know, good leadership skills in a conflict. Oh you're prepared, Oh you're quote unquote constitutional restorationists all right, well, you won't be here when the fight starts. Yeah. He later alleged that the weather computer is described as the best in the world, can obtain millions of pieces of additional information. Remember this is the nineteen ninety area era that this was written.
Add to add, you know what, thirty three more years worth of worth of technology to that the best in the world then, and what do they know? Can obtain millions of pieces of an additional information on the personal lives of American citizens simply by tapping the data stored at any of the other
ninety six Federal relocations Federal Relocation centers. I know for my stint in the Office of Naval Intelligence that these dossiers consist of information collected about American patriots, men and women who are most likely to resist the destruction of our constitution and the formation of a totalitarian police state under the New World Order. The Patriot Data Bank is constantly updated so that when the pointed hour arrives, all patriots
can be rounded up with little, if any effort. The plan calls for this to be accomplished in the dead of night on a national holiday. The most likely holiday is Thanksgiving coming up guys. When everyone, no matter the religion, race, or creed, will be at home, the targets will be ripe for the picking, after a heavy meal, maybe some alcoholic beverages, and during a deep sleep. Yeah yeah, they love the witching hour.
There is a traitor in the patriot movement who provides the secret government with accurate names and addresses of patriots who will fight to protect and defend the Constitution. My recommendation is that no Patriots should ever be at home. This is

My recommendation is that no Patriots should ever be at home or at the home of any family member because you don't want to get them involved in it, right, You don't want them to be harmed because of this on any holiday ever again until the Patriots, until the traders have been hung and the Constitution restored as the supreme law of the land. sources state that Mount Weather is virtually an underground city. That would make sense with all the tunnels and the digging that Josh had brought out city complete with dormitories, private apartments, streets, sidewalks, cafeterias, hospitals, purification systems, power plant, office buildings, a lake, fed by fresh water from the underground springs, a mass transit system, and many other astounding things.
Several distributing oh, several distributing facts. Disturbing. That's I said it wrong twice. God damn it. Several disturbing facts emerge when one researches Mount Weather. When is the conclusion that a complete parallel government exists at the site.
Nine federal departments exist there, Agricultural Commerce, hw HUD, Interior Labor, State Transportation, and the Treasury. Apparently at least five federal agencies are also in residence, FCC, Selective Service, Federal Power Commission, Ciberal Service Commission, and the Veterans Administration by the Vendors. Two privately owned cooperations have offices at Mount Weather, the Federal Reserve of Surprise Surprise and the US Post Office,
which actually becomes weaponized during times like this. There is also an office for the President of the Presidency. What makes all this upsetting is that there is a president and a complete set of cabinet officers in residence at Mount Weather. Who are they and who appointed them? Where is such a thing provided for in the Constitution of the United States of America. Boom and now, because you did talk about this, we could go on more. Let me
just see if there's anything less. I think it starts going into specific details about certain things, and that's where you know, the eyes kind of gloss over. But let's let's bring it down a little bit here. A former high level official from Mount Weather agreed that officials from Mountweather agreed that the base at Mount Weather is much more than any standby government facility or storage center for the preservation of records. They describe it as in the actual government in waiting.
We do not merely store essential information. The facility attempts to duplicate the vital functions of the executive branch of administration, as stated above and apparently below. According to my research, this includes a president and all cabinet members actually in residence. Protocol even demands that subordinates address them as mister President or mister secretary. Most of these mysterious appointees have held their positions through several administrations.
We just act on the orders of the president and national emergencies, said the
former Mount Weather official. The FPA is FBA, in its nineteen seventy four annual reports, stated that studies conducted at Mountweather involve the control and management of domestic political unrest where there are materials, material storages short Oh my god, where there are material shortages such as food riots that sounds like something that could be coming up the way they're messing with the food supply, or in strike
situations where the FPA determines that there are industrial disrupts and other domestic resource crises. The report states that the bureaucracy at Mountweather invokes what it calls civil crisis management. Officials who were at Mount Weather and who have furnished us with data say that during the nineteen sixties the complex was actually prepared to assume certain governmental powers at the time of the nineteen sixty one Cuban missile crisis and the Assassinate
assassination of President Kennedy in nineteen sixty three. The source said that the installation used the tools of its civil crisis management program on a standby basis during the nineteen sixty seven and nineteen sixties eight urban riots and during a number of national
anti war demonstrations against the administration by the American people. You know what this tells me, They try to artificially generate a particular crisis, and I hope that it gets to the point where American people do that one stupid thing that they can then justify martial law with. And we haven't given it to them yet, not because we're smart, but because everybody's a pussy. So that's
pretty much the reason it says. The only document I was able to find that attempts to outline some of the statutory authority of Mount Weather is Executive Order one one four nine zero. I skipped down because I want to get to this part. It was drafted by General George A. Lincoln, former Director of the Office of Emergency Preparedness, and was signed into law by President Nixon in October nineteen sixty nine. Executive Order one one four nine zero suspended.
Executive Order superseded my God Executive Order one one zero five to one, signed
in October second, nineteen sixty two by President Kennedy. Kennedy's order used the language whereas national preparedness must be achieved as may be required to deal with the increasing The increased is in international tension, with limited war or with general war, including attack upon the United States. Now there's where it gets interesting, because remember what he just mentioned, right, what they might do here.
Nixon's order began with whereas our national security is security is dependent on our ability to assure continuity of government at every level. And let me start over, whereas our national security is dependent upon our ability to assure continuity of government at every level in any national emergency type situation that might conceivably confront the nation before
it was war. Now it's any national emergency type of situation. So that would have concluded COVID All right, alls in that category right before it was war is eminent and happening, then they can do this. Now it's like Nope, anything that we declare national emergency, we can enact. This scrap nicktion has deleted any reference to war, imminent attack, and general war from the order and replace them with the phrase during any emergency that might conceivably conceivably
occur, so preemptive. Preemptive. Nixon's order, which is the one in effect today, allows the government, in the form of FEMA, to suspend the Constitution for literally any reason they decide to call a national emergency. I cannot find a plan or executive order anywhere which outlines any procedure or allowance for the restoration of the Constitution after a national emergency has ended, and we've gone through one recently, So stop talking about those got our starn wrights unless you're
ready to fight for him, because you don't got them. Yeah, this leads go ahead, Oh, I kid, I'm disagreeing with Yeah, it leads to the obvious conclusion that no restoration of the Constitution is contemplated or desired by those in power. We did the U n thing and the UN peacekeeping Forces just to mention, So the rest of its kind of like quick, let me let me just jump into the Patriot Acting first here because we need to remember some stuff and it's a it's a brief summary, so it'll be quick. But the scenario that I'm going to continue to repeat, I'll repeat again after I mentioned these details, that is here we go. So this Department of Justice, I'm not sure if this is official, could be the
Department of Justice first priority is to prevent future terrorist attacks. Since it's passing following the September eleventh to the two thousand and one attacks, the Patriot Act has played a key part, and often is the leading role in a number of successful operations to protect the unison Americans from the deadly plans of Americans trying
to restore the republic. No, it doesn't say that, but that's what it means, terrorists dedicated to destroying America, America's path to socialism and our way of life. Yeah, your way of life. Not. While the results have been important in passing the Patriot Act, Congress provided for only modest
bullshit increment changes in the law. Congress simply took existing legal principles and retrofitted them to preserve This is a whitewashed the lives and liberty of American people from the challenges posed by a global terrorist network that you guys fund and create and actually manifest out of the dust. You know, you breathe your demonic breath into it, and then none of it becomes real. Like, isis the
USA Patriot Act preserving life and liberty? Well that's a misnumber, all right, So let's go to where it says the Act improves our counter terrorism efforts in several significant ways. The Patriot Act allows investigators to use the tools that were already available. They want to keep on continuing to lead back to that, like, oh, nothing's changed, everything's just weird. Is already available
to investigate organized crime and drug trafficking. Many of the tools the Act provides to law enforcement to fight terrorism have been used for decorators to fight organized crime and drug dealers, and have been reviewed and approved by the courts. As Senator Joe Biden explained during the floor debate about the Act, the FBI could get a wired tap to investigate the mafia, but they could not get one to investigate terrorists. Bullshit. To put it bluntly, that was crazy.
What's good for the mob should be good for terrorists. But who are you deeming terrorists? Anyone who is a threat to your control is a terrorist. Just like when a when a parent stands up and says, you stop doing you know, putting, you know, pushing this agenda bullshit at our children. You're a domestic terrorist now because you went to a school meeting, right right, So that's what you're talking about. Now you need to Now you
can wired tap that woman or that man because they're terrorists. This is a an ambiguous term that has no specific meaning or designation, and anyone who declares it you can't can can go ahead and get all this access to them. We suspect that they're blah blah blah. Okay, here's your here's your uh, you know, your rite of passage to ruin their lives allows The law allows law enforcement to use surveillance against more crimes of terror. Well, then
they should usual against themselves, because they are the crime. They are the criminal terrorists themselves. Before the Patriotarch, courts could permit law enforcement to conduct the electronic surveillance to investigate many ordinary non terrorism crimes, so as drug crimes, mail fraud, and passport fraud. Agents also could obtain wire tabs to
investigate some but not all, of the crimes that terrorists often commit. The Act enabled investigators to gather information when looking into the full range of terrorism related crimes, including chemical weapons offenses, the use of weapons of mass destruction which were faked and lined about in the first place, it's killing Americans abroad, and terrorism financing. Well, then you should look at your own books and see who the where the checks have been going their face. Uh, but
this is kind of funny right here. It's a basically because I'm reading two different things here. I'm reading that if they can't deem you a terrorist, they can accuse you of being involved in drug dealing and then just make that fabricate that for you can get the same type of thing, right, because what they keep on, they keep on, you know, referencing, is we could do this if you were a drug dealer or suspected drug dealer,
or if you're a terrorist. Now, well if what if one is more you know, plausible than the other one and they're just going to frame you with it one rather than the other. I'm sorry, I didn't hear it. No, Yeah, So that way they could just like plant something on somebody and then they can illegally tap and violate their rights even more right allows
federal agents to follow sophisticated terrorist train to evade detection. For years, law enforcement has been able to use roving wire taps to investigate with All they are talking about is the wire taps ordinary crimes, including drug offenses and racketeering. The roving wiyer tap can be authorized by federal judge to apply to a particular
suspect rather than a particular phone or communications device. So that means if you go anywhere, they can tap the people that you are surrounded by, therefore breaking and destroying and invading and abusing their Fourth Amendment right. They're the constitutional
rights as people who have done no crime. Because if they think that you've done something that gives them access to ten, you know, ten fifteen other people, and now they can start surveiling them because they're of their relationship with
you. Do you see how this is a spidering effect here, Yeah, because international terrorists are sophisticated and trained to thwart surveillance by who are these people you're talking about, rapidly changing locations and communication devices such as cell phones? Most of them live intents. The hack authorizes agents to seek court permission to use the same techniques in national security investigations to track terrorists that live in caves.
Allows law enforcement to conduct investigations without tipping off terrorists. In some cases, if criminals are tipped off too early to an investigation, they might flee, destroy evidence, immediate intimidate or kill witnesses, cut off contact with associates, or take other actions to evade arrest. Well, that would be the
