Episode description

This is an Episode where Bill describes his time in the Cua Viet River as a river boat captain in Vietnam. It wasn't aired on Memorial Day, but it fits. The 2nd one is from 1994 where he interviews Sheriff Mack. I interviewed Sheriff Mack at SLC Red Pill, and since then have been less than impressed with the staff around him.

What what what? I was ten minutes late yesterday, I can be ten minutes fifteen minutes earlier today. All right, I'm here, aren't I? That's right? So today is Sunday, May twenty eighth, twenty twenty three. We're a dead center of Memorial Day weekend. And not every Sunday is going to be yet another Bill Cooper rare Bill Cooper episode. But this one is because I found a Bill Cooper that I had listened to a while back that suited the mood of the day. So I'm gonna play it, and

in addition to that, I might play another one. My daughter's asleep in the other room. She's not She either wore herself out the last couple of days or she's not feeling well. She won't tell us which. So she's a very very headstrong, very independent six year old so and very very gifted athlete for sure, but definitely gymnastics gymnast. Anyhow, she made the hot Shots, which she's the only sixth grader. I'm sorry she's doing six year

old on the hot Shots team. She's with all older kids now and that helps to drive her to be better too, so she pays attention more when she knows the big she looks up to the bigger kids. So it's cool. She's doing very well, this is my point. And she's doing phenomenal at what she does. So if she comes into the room or if she needs me for something, I'm off the chair, all right. So just that's why I'm starting a little early. And Mom is doing some stuff to

help get the bills done, and I'm doing I can. I'm making sauce all day and all that stuff. So I just came in here because today's one of my days, Saturday's Sundays, six pm, you know, live shows. I have not heard back yet from Christina whether or not Doctor Artists is away or if he's home tomorrow, so that's still up in the air. I'll probably put up the little Leona Place marker after this show that's holding

the spot for the live stream for eleven am tomorrow. But if it doesn't go off, I'll come on anyway and we'll do something, even if it's not Doctor Artists. Okay, we'll do something, and you'll get the three days that you don't pay for. You'll get everything you don't pay for, all right, So here you go, So let's go do this now and let make sure I got the right one here. I might follow it up

with something that It all depends how much time I got. You know, there's a Quaviett nineteen ninety six conference when he's talking about the Quaveette River where he was a riverboat captain and if he Nam because a little bit of that story in the first one that I picked out. And then there's also the Wall, and the one that I wanted to start off with is the Wall

talking about the veterans. I'm sorry, the Vietnam Memorial. He talks about this, talks about a lot of other things too, but he makes a lot of good points. And who better to spend time reflecting on the Memorial Day with Bill Cooper. We've already done a lot of the Revolutionary War tie ins, and I'll remind everybody again it wasn't a t tax. It was

the fact that they're about to take away their ability to utilize currency. Gee, that sounds familiar, and that in Lexington and Concord they were going to confiscate the British were going to confiscate all the stores of weapons that they had so that they couldn't fight a war therefore they would become enslaved. Those were the two things that are happening. Then, the two things that are happening.

Now, it's time draw your line and say, as a matter of fact, take four steps, big steps back from where you from where that line is, that's not the line. And no further, we want you a little bit further back than that. Okay, nobody's gonna ever do anything that I say that anyway, because you know that would require action. I don't think a lot of people want to do that. Let's go ahead and do Oh and I have one for Sheriff mac two from way back in nineteen

ninety four or six. Let me tell you in a second, you're ninety six eight, nineteen ninety six. No, I'm sorry, that was the wrong one. It is, oh, March thirty one, nineteen ninety four. Holy cow, Sheriff Mickey Mack. If you guys don't know who he is, he was at the last Red Pill as well, and then he snubbed me him and Sam Sam is awesome. Sam Bushman is awesome. And I'm not I'm not blaming Sam for this, but in their little and I

can't even really blame them for it. Because I know they have lackeys, right, other people that do that handle certain parts in the in the fill out thing for to get them to have, you know, to see whether or not they they're gonna come on your show. Like if you you you invite him on your show. They're like, how many people blah blah blah. I'm like, I have to qualify really, So I got irritated by that. And then apparently my number one wasn't high enough, so they never

they never responded back. I'm like, I interviewed you at red Pill. I made that mention in the comments. I was like, I already interviewed these guys at red Pill. They know who I am sort of. I know who they are sort of. And then nothing. So some some some secretary was like, you're not big enough. I'm like, oh yeah, okay, when I am, fuck you, how about that when I am, I'll remember that. Okay, I sweat, I said my swear. I got my swearing for the day. Let's get this rocket and rolling.

I'll probably say a lot more. I'm Italian from New York. The hell do you expect from me? Hey? Kids, ear muffs there there, It's been it's been said. All right, here we go. Let me just go ahead, and every time I try to enter full screen, there we go, enter sand Man. No full screen. All right, I'm gonna have to jump over the music. But other than that, I'm not really dis jockeying too much here. We're just gonna play it. Good evening.

You're listening to The Hour of the Time. I'm William Cooper, you know, folks is funny. I'm just got an even email. I'm sorry. There is going to be one very long similar somewhat long, but it's a very info packed like lots of things you can learn history by learning listening

to this quote unquote song. That one I'm gonna allowed to play because this is something that Bill used to recur uh play recurringly on his show, and this is something that another famous guy of that time made for Bill for his

show. So that's gonna play. I'm gonna let that play this episode from a new listener here in the valley, a very nice people by the way, who I'd never heard of me before, I guess never listened to the Hour of the Time before, listen to one broadcast and sent me a big long email about all the things that I should be talking about on the show, that I revealed to the world before anybody else ever even knew that they should be talked about it, that they were happening, and I I,

you know, I just had a good laugh over that. I haven't answered it, and but I will. It's amazing that when I began first revealing the truth of what the New World orders, all about what's happening and where we're going, maybe many years ago, and predictions about what would happen in the future, all of which have come true, and that I said this

before it ever happened. I said that people would go into school yards and shopping centers and fast food restaurants and schools and open fire and just randomly kill a lot of people, and that an in depth investigation would reveal that they were current our ex mental patients, all on some kind of antidepressant or psychotropic

drug such as prozac. I have all of that happened. And the reason that I'm was able to do that over all these years as because many many years ago, when I was in the off of Naval Intelligence, attatched to the Office of Naval Intelligence and the briefing team of the Commander in Chief, the United States specific fleet. Without even realizing it, I was privy to a lot of the documents outlining the plan for the new world order and how

they were going to ring it about. And that's what caused me to leave the military service. You see, I had planned to stay in and retire, but I left just five short years before, actually closer to four years before. I could have retired very comfortably on what all of you called your tax dollars, but instead I chose to get out and devoted my life to education and research and put it all together. I was the first one to put it together, the first one to tell the world. Now everybody's coming

out and talking about all these things as if they invented it. It just amazes me that when I first began talking about telling everybody what was going to happen, and when I knew Oh viciously attacked, I had to travel a thousand miles just to get three people to listen to me and somebody's living room somewhere, and none of them would chip in and help pay for my travel

expenses or anything else. It was a real bitch getting to this point, I gotta tell you, but I'm very happy that due to my efforts over the years, and a few other people, and believe me when I say few, I mean very few other people who were right on target and doing the same thing that I was doing and taking the flat that came along with it. We have awakened sizeable percentage of the population. Now, whether they

ever decided to do anything or not, it's a completely different question. But they've been handed the truth and the documentation, and they are now responsible to do something about it. And there will be a civil war in this country. It's unavoidable, cannot be avoided. It will happen. And I've spent a good portion of my life on the air, in my newspaper Veritas, in my book, trying to get a consensus of the voting population to become

knowledgeable and act so that none of this ever has to happen. See, my goal was to prevent armed conflict. I fought in the war in Vietnam. I know what war is like. Wars not glorious. There are no heroes there really aren't, folks. People do what they have to do in the heat of the moment. Most of the time they don't realize what they're doing. We call them heroes. And believe me, you do your job, and in the thick of battle, when you just know you're all going

to get killed, you're not fighting for your country anymore. You're fighting for each other. Everything you do is to save the lives of you and your comrades, your your friends in arms. I remember that probably more than anything, there is a a closeness that develops amongst soldiers who fight with each other

for a period of time. You may never know where a man is from, or what his father does for a living, or anything about his girlfriend, because you try not to learn those things so you won't be hurt so much when your friends are killed. But you learn more about them personally, about their personality, and about who they are, than anyone on earth ever can. And so you develop this closeness, and you learn who you can depend upon and who you cannot very quickly, and the natural leader has emerged.

Sometimes people you would never dream could ever be a leader. And I've seen instances in Vietnam where officers, much to their amazement, found that in the heat of battle, their men stopped following them and followed someone else, sometimes just a private, because he was the better leader. And nobody ever said a word about it. Smart officers get their mouth shut, because nine times out of ten, if the men hadn't followed the real leader, that

also would have got them all killed, including himself. It's amazing what you learn in real war, real war, not television stating Private Ryan, Apocalypse Now, Hamburger Hill, all those oh what his name, the guy that's pretty famous Platoon, He made Platoon all bullshit. The only thing that even came close to reality from my perspective, in any of those movies was some of the parts of Apocalypse Now controlling the way that the patrol boat operated in

the commandment. Thou shalt never leave thou boat, Never leave your boat, never ever leave the boat. That was true. That rocket attack was very realistic, exactly the way it was. Some of the firefights they got into very realistic. However, the scene at the bridge where there was no leadership whatsoever and everybody was just sitting around smoking pot and shooting off into the night

bullshit, Total bullshit. Scenes in Platoon were senior sergeants were laying in a hammock in a in a hooch with a bunch of private smoking pot and getting high and having a party. Total bullshit. No one would ever follow a sergeant who behaved in that manner. Total crap. The ending scenes and apocalypse now right out of fantasy Land, Right out of fantasy Land. The Boys in Company see more bullshit, more bullshit. Full Metal Jacket very realistic.

Full Metal Jacket was pretty close to the truth. Boot camp and all as a matter of fact, and the combat scenes and the way that they worked together very realistic, although the way they dressed was not. The military doesn't change just because you're in war. Believing some of those guys would have been court martial for the way they just for the way they dressed. And all this stuff about all the GIS and Vietnam being high on dope being dopeheads,

total bullshit, total bullshit. There was some dope in Vietnam. There were people who sought it out and used it. They never did it openly, They never did it in front of their sergeants, so their officers. They never ever did it while they were on duty except for just a very small percentage. Most of them usually get caught. When they get caught, they go, they go to jail, prison, they get court martialed. They end up in places like Fort Leavenworth's total bullshit crap. I don't know why

people believe that about our military people. Lots of drinking on the river. I patrolled near the DMZ when we would be going up river on patrol on the south bank, somewhere in the two Lema patrol area, there was always this little table, two chairs, a big colorful umbrella, had a couple of Vietnamese ladies sitting there, and we called the boss the boss lady. We call her whiskey because you could always knows your boat into the bank there

and buy any kind of whiskey or scotch or booze you wanted. That was her specialty. I don't know where she got it. I didn't care, and ever asked. I always kept the bottle of scotch on the boat. And after a firefight, when my men were so keyed up and wound up and their knees were shaken and they couldn't stand, I'd give him all a shot of scotch. Me too, But that was it. One shot. And the Navy we call it medicine on board chef. It's usually brandy and

it's only administered on the order of the senior corman or the doctor. If there is one on board your ship, on board of patrol boat Vietnam, the captain is God. I was the captain backed on board any navy vessel. The captain is God. And I mean literally God, and tell you quite frankly, at the time, I was too young to be God. I really was. But I did my job well. I took care of my boat, my crew. Except for the death of my gunner's mate, Robert T. Baron, whom I dedicated my book to, I never lost

a man. Pretty proud of that. I saw a lot of people killed, killed a lot of people, but I never lost one of my men except for gunner's mate, third Class Robert T. Baron. He was not on my boat when he was killed. Strange things happened. I guess what brought this on, probably wondering why is he talking about this stuff? What brought this on was Tomorrow's Thanksgiving and I was just thinking today about all the things I should be giving thanks for and getting out of there with my life.

It's one of them, I gotta tell you. As I mentioned in the description, this wasn't originally aired I Memorial Day, but it fits and it's a good story. To commemorate Memorial Day with standing on the deck of a boat in the middle of a river. But there's no place to hide, no foxhold you can jump into. Things get pretty hot. I'm pretty hairy and really really really scary, and there's been many times, many nights when after it was all over, my knees wouldn't hold me up anymore.

The barrels of the fifties would be so hot they would be glowing red, and we would light our cigarettes off the fifty barrels, fifty caliber barrels. The m sixty barrels would look like pretzels. They just we're limp. We changed a lot of him sixty barrels, and not too long ago. Well, let me preface that with years ago, I began writing a book about my experiences in Vietnam on the river, and I have a big, thick manuscript and it got misplaced somewhere. So Doyle is usually the one who goes

and searches through the storage to find stuff when we need it. And I asked him, you know, when when he's there, you know, looking through stuff, if he ever comes across anything that looks like a manuscript, bring it back. Not too long ago. He found it. He found it, It gave me goose bumps. It brought a rush of adrenaline through my body like you wouldn't believe. It was like I was right back there

in the middle of a firefight again. And when I began to read what I had written years ago, the tears began to come out of my eyes, and I just felt this overwhelming emotion, the same emotion I felt when I went to the Wall in Washington, DC. You know, there were several million men who went to Vietnam, but there's only a couple of hundred thousand of us who ever really experienced combat and actually fought the enemy. And none of us whoever did that, can stand before that wall without crying.

And none of us can tell you why. I can't tell you why. All I know is when I go to the wall the first time, was just devastating. As I began walking toward it, I felt this from endous waves of emotion just overcoming me, actually literally overcoming me. And then the chairs began to come and then I began to sob, and then I just cried from the very depths of my soul. It seemed like and there were other people there and their old uniforms doing the same thing. None of us

were ashamed of it at all. We were mystified, surprised, and just looking at all those see I was talking about it, I start feeling that again, and just looking at those rows and rows and rows. Good man, most of them boys really who've died for something that nobody really even understands. To this day, first time I ever saw the wall was on television, and I felt those waves of emotion coming through my body, not the same as being there, and I've got a few little tears and sort of

wipe them away, didn'tlet anybody see it. But when I went there, it was like a river, like a dam burst. And I can't tell you why. To this day, I don't know why. I don't know what it is, where it comes from. But deep inside me and every other man that ever fought Vietnam, there is this pent up emotion that in

some instances breaks loose and there's nothing we can do to stop it. So that's one of the things that I was thinking about today that I am so thankful that, except for one man, I was able to keep my men alive through all the hell and the fury and the fear. And you see, we only patrolled at night, every night. There was never a break,

There was never a day off. It was every night, night in, and night out all night, and the darkest dark you've ever seen, in the middle of the monsoon, where it never stopped raining for three months, and you couldn't even see your finger right in front of your eye. If you poked your eye, you couldn't see it. And we would engage the enemy, and this darkness. Nobody who ever fought in that war will ever forget the flares. Flares made a ghostly light, They made shadows dance

move. It was spooky. It was like you were living inside of a horror movie. And then out of the night, these little pinpricks of light would come flying at you. First it looked like they were in smow motion, and it looked like they were coming so slow, and they were so beautiful they couldn't possibly hurt you. All of our tracers were red. Their's was green, and when they used ammunition they captured from us, it was red too, So they would be throwing red and green little balls of light

at us, and we would be throwing red balls back at them. And the noise was unbelievable, and to this day I'm hard of hearing from all of the guns going off around me and the explosions. To be forty rockets that hit our boat are hitting near it, and I just feel so sorry for all of those people who didn't come back, and I feel sorry for their families who are going to be partaking of a turkey tomorrow without those good men. I never think of these things on Veteran's Day to me as a

joke. Veteran's Day m but Thanksgiving is different, Christmas is different. Fourth of July to me, is is a day of divine inspiration and the day to be revered with me. And most people look at Thanksgiving it's just another holiday. They don't really give thanks for anything or think about how lucky they are. That's the day to be offered, be with the family and have

a big turkey dinner. And some homes prayers are still observed. Most nobody gives a damn, nobody says a prayer, nobody gives thanks for their good fortune. And that is very sad, because that's what this day is all about. This day that will dawn tomorrow and I know it's going to be a beautiful day wherever you're at. No matter what the weather is, it's going to be a beautiful day. Okay, I'm gonna let this play. If you listen to lyrics, you'll actually understand why there's a lot of information

packed in this little song type thing here. All of a sudden, in the middle of night, there's a loud knock on your door. Hey honey, something's not right, and I'm from the I RS with a pier attacks and you've got to complain, saying as a fast house you your gold. You no will wave if you want to drawl, dance the duc and give

what you're told. Hillary, shalala areno Janet Dyke Reading the words of General Albert Pike, the Money founder of the Ku Klex Klan, engineer of the Masonic master Plan, Pike said, Lucifer has got across this land and putting Saint Jake the mark in your right hand. Well, we're all dancing with the drums of a board of right. Clinton's prepared for another huge tax order quarter out of chaos. Depression inflation creates the pang and rape the nation order

hole crisis creation in site Black and White program at gien. Got my ask, here's a round it. You are in room. We ain't him a minute? Black one world, but it's not new Iron Mountain, computer beast and cattle mutilation black projects. Do you have those? In weird jip edy combinations? The Nazi doctors didn't die, come on get him. They came here with the oss through operations, paper clip national idea, Devin Carton, Yeah, vaccination, bio chip, milk, Carton kids, and edit engineering.

Blendon says, they're health plans for you and your own good Sure, and at all Hitler's robin Hood order, a sonic mind manipulation inciting riots. It's a crisis creation order. Bioship implantation, vaccinate your kid? Are you in identit vacation? This is a test for all of us. So I have today just one simple request, a comprehensive package of health care benefits that are always there, can never be taken or whatever be taken away at nisdering,

social lusion, media, high land confusion through sonic religion. It's a liar, not your brand for Luciferian messiah. The Illuminati thinks that they're enlightened, that they're to be the gods of Earth. Born of incest, from the sons of Satan and their sisters Sansertanni, Third Hidden Agenda, Kissinger, Nixon, Bord and Bill. While your kids out back smoking crack for some cheap thrill. They've numbed us down and dummed us down with lor I TV,

drugs, the NYA and public schools. They've taken your brightest and our bits and made him public schools with manage media, brain bending lies and spelled the Banster Stodia Well, Johnson, Bush, Carter, Reagan, Gore and dam They've all been pushing Pikes beside Master Land Rhodes, Scolar, the Oration, Clinton speaks then rapes, the Nation Order Luciferian, the Subjugation, Lower Order, Illuminati, Coronation Mass, Grand Orders of the Quest. Think they're

superior. They think that they're the best, and you're inferior. Are you in that old path? Scullen Bones, Croling Team, Knights Templar Harvard University. They're the Bustian Fraternity, Knights of the Golden Circle, Ancient Order of the Rosen Cross, cr Albatross in Party rackabellast by m k ultra Isa from the Oss to the Cia Mass Murder Lay Galileo Nassa to Latonium two thousand duel son. They'll call it the Lucier or fun Hereman Giza hit. They called

it Eluciferian Millennial. A thou points blah blah, rob bund at all. I as hard as Lucy's trust in the UNSA go back, wake up stupid to read the scoop mull and sudden driven and turn him to coop called Bohemian Grove, Beverly hall Lord, the tray of they want it all? Yeah, isn't your ginrich harmy Buckley goal and New World Order authoritarian control carafe.

Just a little reminder, ladies and gentlemen, and I hope you are duly reminded that when they take this country down, they will do it on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter Are, the fourth of July. The goal will be to catch all Patriots at home, full of turkey, stuffed with in Easter ham, maybe maybe a few drinks under their belt, sleepy lounging on the couture in the chair watching some football game,

caught unawares, unawares, unawares, with their pants down. Understand, get my drift. I've been warning you about this every year. No one knows the dates they intend to implement their world government plan, but in effect it's already in place. All they have to do is make sure that it is secure and reveal it openly to the public of the world. The only thing standing in their way are the patriots in the United States of America who keep

at their arms. Never ever give up your guns, Never ever give up your guns. I want to give special thanks to the people in California. Do to date, with the deadline just a few days away, I've only turned in about three hundred and fifty of the newly outlawed so called assault weapons. Three cheers for the gun owners in California. Don't turn in your guns, no matter what that they come to your door to get them. Give

them to them bullets first. Give them all your bullets first, and when they've when they've taken all your bullets, then you can give them your gun. I hope you know what I mean by give them your bullets. Shoot the bastards. Shoot them. Don't ever give into tyranny, don't bow to their Marxist New World order. Don't give up what all the men who have fought for liberty and for the Constitution and all the history of this country died

for. Don't make their deaths worthless. Don't give up the ship. And remember, you can never be free unless you're willing to die for it. You can never be free if you are tied to material possessions. You can never be free unless you love freedom and are willing to pay the ultimate price.

Get that price is demanded by God, that is, to give up your life and defense of it. Every member that if you cannot stand fast, if you do not have the courage, the bravery, if you don't have what it takes to fight the battles, your children, their children, their children's children will live in slavery. When you look at your family and say you love them, how much do you love them? You love them enough to die for their freedom? Are you just another bullshit artist? Are

you thankful for what you have? That all those who have defied, died in defense of the Constitution and of this country have made possible for us to enjoy. Are you thankful for that? If you are, then give thanks for it tomorrow. Send up prayers in thanksgiving tomorrow for all of the good and wonderful things that we have and for all the good and wonderful men and

women who have died to make it possible. But the founding fathers, who, by some wild stretch of providence all came together, this incredible group of geniuses in one spot, for the first time in the history of the world, set the common man free and created a government to be his chapel servant. As is the nature of all governments, God greedy has reached outside its

jurisdiction, outside its bounds, and is now a tyrant. Thomas Jefferson said, the tree of liberty must occasionally be watered by the blood of patriots and pirates. Eternal vigilance is the price of freedom. You cannot be free if you are not willing to die for it. You have to be willing to lose all for it. You have to be willing to turn your back on everything that you own, the cherish and love if required, to ensure that we will always have it. We all die, ladies and gentlemen, all

of us are going to die. Listen to me carefully, because I don't think some of you realize that all of us will die. And it's not when you die that counts, is how you die. What you died for. What the meaning of your life is? What did you do to make life for your children and their children and their children's children better. Some people think life is so precious that they hang on to it in the face of

all reason, rolling over in their own excrements. And some old folks home because they don't pay the attendance enough to keep them clean, half out of their mind, can't remember a damn thing. Pitiful is that the way you want to die? Because I don't care what your children tell you. Now, when you get old, they're not going to keep you at home and let you die at home. They're gonna do like everybody else does them. They're gonna warehouse you in an old fols home while you sit there waiting to

die. It's pitiful. It's pitiful that the people who changed our poopy diapers and took care of us when we were sick and ill and little, and guarded us and protected us when we were babies, we are not willing to do the same for them when they reached their old age. It's pathetic. It's an indication that we've lost our minds, lost our minds, and who pays for it? Usually the government, sucking off the tet again. It's a nation of powerly tit suckers what they are. It can't be free like

that. I have a good friend who was getting out of the system, learning how to be free and enjoying it, loving every single second of it. And then one day he came out and got out these cards a bill. I'm rich. I'm rich. I can't believe it. I'm rich. I said, what do you mean? And I'm not gonna tell you who

it is because I don't want to embarrass him. He said, I just found out that there's an aid program in the government, and they say that I can have one hundred and three thousand dollars because I qualify for it. I looked at him and I said, well, I guess then you're rich, but you're not free. He said why, I said, you can't be free if you accept that money. If you accept that money, you become a child of the government. They can rule your life. You can't

be free if you accept that money. See, the law is it's always been the law throughout the ages, is that the benefactor who takes care of you and changes your diaper and gives you money in all that kind of stuff has a right to decide your life. He looked at me, and he says, you mean I can't have the money. I said, you many have the money if you want it, but you just can't be free if you have it. He looked at me for a minute, and he says, oh damn. For a few minutes, I thought I was rich.

He told him to take their money and stick it. He did the right thing. He did the right thing. I was so proud of him. I'm still proud of him today. I'm just so proud of him. I could bust how many people would have the wherewithal, the moral fortitude, the understanding of freedom that would allow them to say no, I don't want your money. See, that's how cities and states get bought. They accept money for interstate highways, they accept government funds for their police force, they accept

federal funds for city improvements, and everybody gets greedy. They don't understand if they stop sending their money the federal government and keep it at home, they'd have a lot more money than they ever dreamed of. Orerever we'll get from the federal government because most of it disappears down the federal government's administrative costs.

All that money they send to Washington, DC disappears in the bottomless pit at Everything that you pay and income taxes goes to service the interest from the national debt. None of it goes to fund government or pay for anything, None of it. If you have half a brain from mathematic and you discover what the national debt is, and I'm not talking about deficit and all this craft bologna about balanced budget, you think that we're in the clear, you better

think again. Balanced budget All that means is they didn't spend more than what they allotted to spend, and they can a lot to spend more than they've ever spent before. And as long as they stay in that budget, the budgets balanced. Keep crazy nuts. You think everything's okay, Well it used to be. They try to save money, they wouldn't allot so much. They spend more than what they allotted, and there'd be a deficit. The

budget wouldn't be balanced. Now you thought something was wrong, take a look at the national debt, ladies and gentlemen, and take a look at the interests that must be serviced every year. It is to the point, and has been for some time that if they took all your income taxes and double them, you couldn't service then just on the national debt, or ever pay off any of the principle. That's why the debt keeps getting bigger, because

the interest that's unpaid is piling up, and now it earns interest. The ignorance of the American people is just wild. People in other countries look at us and shake their head. They think we're insane because we're so stupid,

and it's the truth. It's absolutely amazing, boggles of the mind. For those of you who have been calling wanting to know the address of the hospital where my mother is get a pen and paper, because I have it here and I'm giving you fair warning, and about a few minutes, I'm going to give it to you. So for those of you who have been calling wanting to know the address of the hospital where my mother is at. She's had a terrible stroke, and because Bill has these warrants out for him,

he can't go see his own mother. He also missed a high school reunion from the class he graduated from in Japan. They were having it somewhere, I think, right in Arizona, but he wasn't able to go because they could have picked him up. I'm going to give you that address in a few minutes, so I give you time to run around and fetch you a pen and paper. And I want to thank all of you sincerely who have been staying prayers for my mother and who have sent flowers. Thank you,

thank you, thank you. Many of you found out where the hospital was on your own and just sent flowers. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. And I know you've made an old woman very happy, at least as happy as she can be under the circumstances. Nothing like being very ill and think that nobody cares. That's a terrible thing. Well, she knows that a lot of people care, and I know that that is a great comfort to her. Well, I hope you've got your pen and paper.

Now Here is the address. It's Valley Baptist Medical Center. That's Valley Baptist Medical Center, two one zero one Pas Street. That's spelled p E a s E Street. It's Valley Baptist Medical Center two one zero one Pas Street, spelled p E A s E. In Harlingen, Texas, h A r l I n g e M. That's h A R L I n g E N Texas. I'm going to read this two more times. Valley Baptist Medical Center two one zero one Peas Street spelled p E A s E in Harlingen spelled h A r L I n g E N Texas.

I don't know the zip Valley Baptist Medical Center, two one zero one Peas Street, Harlingen, Texas. And here's a telephone number. You can't speak to my mom, she can't talk. But if you want to call them and get the zip code, the number is nine five six three eight nine one one zero zero. That's nine five six three eight nine one one zero zero. I'm going to open the pones now and take your calls, and the topic is open. Whatever you want to talk about is okay by me.

Mom. Let me see we got here. I mean this party of factively sporting the Changers in the New World Order, the Christian if you which want to think pretty old world world eliminated. If the lower of the particle change silence will be introduced and controlled by the players included the possibly a word free using any and yeah that marcharger little mass certainly after marchng players the people of the government. Drather than borrowing. Good evening, you're on the air.

Hello, Bill, listened to Dave from Florida by day. How you doing. I'm pretty good, I said, prayers for your mother, Thank you very much. My friend and I had an experience. I'll make it very brief. My truck lock on the Ignition seized up and I had to be coded into the state capital of Tallahassee and they replaced the lock and they saw that was a retired locks medical and I asked the locksmith, you have a Medico cylindrical deadbolt. And I saw him right there, and he wouldn't

sell me one. He kept discouraging, you know, me from buying money, said, Medico cannot be picked. He said, do you want me to install it? I said, no, I'll install it. You just want to purchase one. And he said, the only reason you need them is for key control, and that's the only reason we use them. And this is very suspicious to me because in New York everybody has a medical lock and they don't want people to have them down here, and they won't sell

them to you. You mentioned that they're gonna, you know, everybody's house when they're gone. If you're using a quick set lock. No, they'll hit everybody's house when they're home. When okay, when they're home, that's what the that's what they want, right. But if you have a medical lock, they'll you cannot pick it. I believe you know the reason. And it's got hard plate and you have a secure lock, and they don't

want to have people to have it down here. Ridiculous. I don't know anything about that, but I don't think locks are going to stop these guys. I think they'll knock the doors right off the hinges that they have to. Well, I have my doors chained with padlocks on them when I'm in it in my house, So they have to go through the chain. Then they have to go through another door, both faded boats, so I have some time to you know, then they have to go through a few clips

of ammo. Huh right, very good, fred du buy gave you a second chance body armor that so I'll get a few shots off. Good for you. I have had times when Nate came in here and looked around and then relocked this house. And you know as well as I do, how easy it quickset lock is to pick. Yeah, well, isn't it? Is there a point to this, because the point is why did the locksmith

in the state capital discourage me so much? I didn't want to get in an argument with him, I don't know, overselling me a very high security dead boat when I was willing to pay cash. I don't know. Maybe he's in charge of the local theft ring. Well I know I found out that these blocksmith's work hand in hand with the local police department. And if you have them in stall, want they've got your key code for your home.

Well that doesn't surprise me a bit. They've even got the codes in the copy ers now that they can if something turns up that was copied on a copier, right, they can read a code on that piece of paper that you can't see that tells them exactly which copier it was copy though. Oh yeah, that's the truth. It's been revealed now, it's so it's open knowledge. Yeah, but for years we didn't know that. We didn't know they were doing that. Right, Let you go and get somebody else

in here, because it's almost the end of the show. Okay, thanks five to zero three, three, three, four, five seven eight. We got time for me one more call. I think five to zero three three three, five seventy eight. Good evening, you're on the air. Hey Bill, it's Kim all right, I'm gonna be ball to stay. I was listening to your show. I think you were talking about me, about that gentleman that can receive money government? Was I talking about you?

If you were, I'm proud to say you were. I am not embarrassed about it at all. Well I was. Well, let me tell you something, Danny's up to two hundred and two thousand dollars. You're just making a sweeter and sweeter over the time they're trying to buy you. Yeah, we are, And I'll tell you what, it was a hard wealth. When I looked you in the eyes. That was one of the hardest things I think I've ever done in my life, to turn down two hundred thousand

dollars of free money. Yeah, but well, I certainly admire you for it. Most most people wouldn't have the moral for to two to the springs to do it. Well, let me tell you something. We need more educators like you to make people realize. I mean, you can never embarrass me. You need to take me off everyone in a while. But oh, I know I've made you just a matter of the hornet. A couple

of times, you could have killed me, but never embarrassed. I mean, you do things that have a kindess your heart and people just you gotta have enough freaking brains to realize that what's happening, and it did. I finally realized it's time and that's it. When when you said that, I you know, I just said, well, you know, I'm sure that's what you're talking about. But I've got a calling, said to tell the people it is me, and I'm not embarrassed to say they tempted me with

money. Yeah, but uh, between me and Pauline, he said too was to say no. Yeah, anyways, I'll let you go. Okay, all right, thanks to good night and now I'm good holiday you too. Thanks for being honest my friend. Good Night, folks, God bless you all. Good Night, any Quin and Ellison. Happy Thanksgiving. I will miss you, especially uh poo and I used to cook the Thanksgiving Christmas turkeys every year, so good night. She was gonna give me a toy. Oh yeah, So everybody, this is Faarah Hi. All right,

let's uh, let's get that one. I'll go back over to the screen, all right. So let's put up like that. Okay, I don't know if I have time for another one. Let's see. Let me take a look at the roster here. Look how pretty you are? Farah, just wake up that pretty. Let's get rid of that one. Let's try. I haven't listened that one yet, but just looked interesting. So I was gonna clip that one out. This one's two hours long, not happening. Yeah, she'll be home sooner. She just asked, asked me to

ask you that question. So well, she's asking if you want food. She can get your stuff like that too. But the Joe, the question was about food. Are you hungry? What if she brought you home chicken? Yeah, I thought so, okay, the little roadtistry chicken? Or do you want? That's what you want? Okay, I'll tell her. I'll tell you went through a distry chicken. Alright, guys, we're gonna we're gonna probably watch the Second Amendment. Sheriff against anti gun legislation. Now

I know the story from Sheriff Mack. He's been living off the same story since nineteen ninety four. So for whatever that, whatever that's worth, if that is that is that in a negative tone, Well, then it is. That's whatever it is. He was kind of they were kind of they were and maybe not him. Ah yeah, that's you, isn't it. I'll get you a new ice pack to you. All right, I'm gonna share this screen and make it big like this fair. Is there anything you'd

like to say to anybody? Let's see, let's put using practice, make perfect. That is very true. And what team did you make? Blazers? No, you're not Blazers hot Shots. That's the highest one you've been on yet. But these talking about the ranks on the different levels of the gymnastics. She is the first sixth grader, sorry, sixth grader, six year old, I keep saying it the wrong way. First six year old and the only six year old on hot shots. That's pretty awesome. That

means that year must be really good. You're one of my friends were in mine? Is Helena not on the team? She really isn't going next year? She her mom signed her in football? Soccer? Yeah, same, Yeah, I can imagine her playing soccer a lot more than with shoulder pads on. All right, so let's get this one started. That was that was a here, let me scoot you over a little bit. Are you good? All right? So do you need help with this? He may help you put with that on? Good? Very cool. If you can

hear that roaring underneath that's uh the other computer that she's on. That thing is so loud. The fan on that computer for like the power pack or something. I don't know take it's for, but it's freaking loud. All right. Anyway, let's get to start and started. Oh hallelujah, shaff Man, welcome for the hour of the time. Thanks a lot bail where you become a real hero with a lot of people. I think I told

you laugh last time, and it's very yell. We tried to do a little entertaining and he have a lot of serious subjects on here, so you got to have a laugh once in a while. Well, I'm prep for that. If you can't laugh and keep your sense of humor, then I say it's about time to check it in. But I have a good wife and family to keep me in stitches. All that's great. Well, what's happened since the last time that you paid us a visit? Oh my gosh,

it seems like about a month ago that we talked last. Look in it. Yeah, it wasn't very long, and during that time, I had a lifetime of things happened to me. We got a lot of talk about it, and I think that was your little daughter that woo, yeah, that's pooh. She sounds darling, And it reminded me. My little fifth grader came home just the other night and I guess she's been studying the Constitution at school, which really cleared me. And she she came home and

she said, Dad, look what we led the school. And she showed me this piece of paper and that had the Second Amendment on it, and she says, this is what you're doing. Huh, this is what you're fighting for her? And I said, yes, it is, Mandy. And she asked me to tell her about it, and she said, what doesn't ridge me? And I told her what a fringe mean? She goes, well, Dad, isn't a isn't a five day waiting period of one of those? Wouldn't that be a kind of a fringey? And I said,

yeah, it word, Mandy? And so why did our government do that? And I said that's uh, that's the exact question that I and a lot of other people are asking them, and that's why I'm doing this because I promised the people that voted for me that that I would stand up for the Constitution and that I would ask these questions to the government if that ever happened. And she says, Dad, I'm glad you're doing that.

I don't know. This country was made by that kind of men and women and doesn't seem like there's any left anymore except for few, very few. And then I started asking. I want to ask the Janet Renos and the Cereh Brady and any other congressman, or any other person in this country that supports gun control in any manner to explain to their fifth graders or their young children that waiting periods registrations, that the twenty thousand gun control laws we have

in America already, how those would not be infringements upon our rights. And I'd really like them to do to be able to do that to where a person is just learning about what the word infringe means and what the Constitution is about, and how they could logically and morally try to justify gun control when

the Constitution, especially from a historical perspective. If you teach your young child about how our country was formed and about how it was good, honest American people who were able to defend our liberties against the King of England, and

now we have a new King of England called Washington, DC bureaucracy. And how if you look at it from that perspective, from the history and from the origination of our country and the origination of our constitution, how you could describe as to a young student and tell them with a clear conscience that the gun control as we have in American today are not the violation of our constitution or right. I don't think it can be done. I honestly don't.

I don't think so either. And I don't think than anybody's going to get those people to address that particular issue, because in our study we find them to be screaming Marxist and Marxists don't want Americans to have guns because they're pulling us into this socialist new world order. Well, that's just right wing paranoia. Did you know that? Well that's what they keep telling me. Yeah, telling me too. I don't know if you knew this. I was

on Good Morning America last Tuesday, nine days ago with Sarah Brady. Yeah, I knew you were on there, But I didn't get to watch it because I didn't know beforehand. I found out after the fact what happened. Well, you didn't miss a lot. I felt basically that it was somewhat fair. I didn't like the fact that I had to speak first, and then she got to follow up and kind of respond to what I had said. Yeah, that's called the that's called you. You put it out and

we tear you down routine right. Yeah. But at the same time, I got to express basically what I wanted in two minutes. I only had about two minutes. And the final statement that I made was that the yet people in America are afraid of crime and they want something done. But more importantly, the people in America are becoming increasingly afraid of their own government who will not support and defend the constitutional principles upon which he was found in the

first place. And then they switched off of me and with the Sarah Brady. So she got a little bit carried away, and she started claiming that this was nothing, that the five sheriff's nationwide who are suing the federal government about the Brady Bill, nothing but a bunch of ponds for the NRA, and that the NRA is telling them what to do, and that the NRA

is backing him and paying their lawsuits. And then, to Charlie Gibson's credit, he corrected her and stopped her and said, well, he understood that the NRA worke uping with some of the suits, but that he knew for a fact that the sheriff and Aragona cheff Bank was not receiving NRA funding and that he was doing it on his own, and so that was one good thing, and I appreciated he doing that. And then Sarah Brady said something

else that wasn't true. She said that the Brady Bill allows for the shriff of the cleos, the chief law enforcement officers who are in charge of doing the background checks, that they are allowed to charge fees. And first of all, that is incorrect. Were you already aware of that? Oh? No, I wasn't aware of it. Now that there's nothing in the Brady bills. And here she is getting one hundred thousand dollars a year and trying to sit and trying to put the NRA down as one fundingness when she's making

one hundred thousand dollars a year. By God Control Incorporated to be their spokesman. Yeah, and I find that totally hypocritical. But anyway, she was wrong, and at least Charlie gets and pointed it out to her. But the other thing was is she's obviously not even read the bill, but she's the boarding and then puting all over the country because the bill does not allow for the charging the fees. And as a matter of fact, it is

not lawful for sheriffs to charge a fee in the state of Arizona. That's why some of the other shriffs who were not able to gudge fees have turned over to For instance, in Devon County they have two starm pd doing the checks. Marion Cooka County they have a FEEXPD do the checks because the cities can charge the fees supposedly, and the sheriffs cannot. So know that there is no provision in the Brady Build to charge fees. And I find it

amazing that that, first of all, we make a bill. I'm not going to say week there's nothing to do with me washing my hands of it, but it's amazing that the federal government will make what they call a law and that will violate the constitutional rights of the citizens and then turn around and say, and yes, we could charge the citizens for it while we do it. Well, that is just absolutely amazing. We're going to stop you

and stop your rights and have you paid for it? At the same time, well, you know, they are Their concept of the American people is there. We're just a bunch of stupid cattle. It is cheap. And I'll tell you if for a good many years we've been proving them right, or we wouldn't be in this position. But I think that's true. That's

true. We we the people have to take some responsibility in this because our hands have been out or to Washington, DC asking for this event and asking them to take care of us and allowing them to take care of us. And and but it's it's also very gratifying. And I will tell you this honestly, Bills, it's uh. We last talked of UH. And I'm

going to tell you this. This has two parts to it. It has been extremely gratifying to me to see that there are a lot of people across this country that are not putting them with this and that are starting to wake up and saying, you know, Bill Cooper is right. Some of these other people that have these conservative talk shows are right some of the information that's coming out there. It's time that we wake up, and they are waking

up. And the reason I know that is because I have had literally thousands of letters and calls, the messages and people stopping by. In fact, there was a man who stopped by Stafford today. He went into the Chamber of Commerce and asked him where the sheriff was that was standing up for the constitution, and they told him that I was right across the street. And

he came in from Oregon. On his way across other places, he decided to take a little detour and turn to Stafford and offered me his suport and left me in check for fifteen dollars and said that he came here specifically just to shake my hand and spent five minutes in my office. And I sure appreciate it. And there are a lot of people and I'm going to take the second part of that. What I was going to tell you is that I wouldn't be able to make it in this without the support. And I'm

not talking about the monetary support. I'm talking about people who have come by, who have called, who have given a positive word and say keep going, Sheriff, don't stop. We love you for what you're doing. I'm tremendous. We thank you for having the courage to stand up for us. We're grateful that there's somebody that's an elected official that standing up. And I'll be honest, if you deal, if it wasn't for that, I wouldn't be able to do it. I'm not the type of person that is strong

enough to go it alone. I'm just not. And it wasn't for you, and you're listening, audience and others, good honest American citizens in By County, in the state of Arizona and across the country. I wouldn't have painted. And that's the way I was in high school, when I was playing sports and other and since then. If I'd ask people that were able to lift me up and help me, my family, my mother and father and others close to me and good people around me, I wouldn't be able

to make it. And this is what's been able to keep me going well. I sure, I am happy to hear that you have that support. Of course, we tried to muster as much support for you as we possibly can. I know up here in Patchee County or we're in Saint John's tim West Berranta, a big jar in his restaurant, collecting money to help you in your fight. And we're all spreading the word and passing out literature. And of course all the listeners to this show have written me letters expressing their

desire to help in any way they can. There's a lot of us who know what team we're on and uh, and we do love you and we know that you're on our team and we're going to back you all the way. Thanks, and it's it's been me a joint and I really appreciate it.

You talk about the jarge. I just got a call from somebody and the Largens and Benson Benson or Businy I can't remember which one now, but anyways in Colchy County and they've been putting charged up the different businesses of their own and others, and they've been collected money and they said they're going to

come by and drop some of that money off to me. And then it's just really tremendous to see people working together like this, and I share do appreciate it as anything that happened the court wise, they're legally yet yeah,

that's also a really good question. What happened about a week ago? The federal government issued a memo And it's really strange that they issued his memo and don't ever send it to anybody who it was intended for her, who had talked about the cleos or the cheff who was responsible for as they say, responsible for doing these background checks. Well, basically this memo issued by Jennerino's office. A legal advisor for Jenner Reino and I Kenna remember his name right

now? He goes Wellinger and Mije Wellinger and some other people were also quoted from the Justice Department office getting this memo. And the only way I heard about it is that a reporter for the Associated Class for Wanting to Be called me the day after this was released. I was it was on a Saturday,

you know. It happened to be at the office doing paperwork, goarting to catch up on the week's paperwork, and she called me at the office and it asked me if I was aware of it, and I said no, and she said, well, often to send you a copy of our story. She didn't have a memo either, but she had spoken to how many people and had some information, so she sent it to me, and

otherwise I had never received a copy of the memo. And the memo stated that the Justice Department says that it was obviously Congresses intent because of the vagueness and ambigu ambiguous language at the Brady Bill, that it was obviously Congresses intent to not force the sheriffs or the cleo's to comply with the Brady Bill, and that they were obviously leaving it to the discretion of the sheriffs and cleo's. Yeah, well, they couldn't do that anyway. You're not under their

jurisdiction. You don't work for them, you don't take orders from about what I've been paying for the last two or three That's right. It quoted me exactly, And as a matter of fact, the ad story quoted what I said that I was just that, I was just and I said just that that I said, Well, the isn't that what would get sent now along? So anyway, And it said specifically that the Brady Bill did not provide the authority through the federal government to prosecute sheriffs or clios who failed to comply

with the Brady Bill. But they hoped, they hoped now that the local police departments would still comply with the Brady provisions. Well, it sounds like there's some smart sheriffs out there who, for political reasons, have turned it over to the police departments to handle and when it comes to election time they can say here me, I'm not doing the checks. But but they're really,

uh, they're they're performing sort of a cowardly act. Goes well, yeah, yeah, and I think I think they hollow it, you know, especially every sheriff in the state said that they did agree with this bill, that it won't work, and it's that it's wrong for one reason or the other, run one reason or another, and it bothers me that they

won't come out perfectly and say that instead of just a closed meeting. And I believe that it's time for elected officials to stand up and be counted, and especially people that are representing the body of the of the people, and officials that are representing the people of this country need to stand up instead of just what you want to talk. I'm getting a little bit tighter that, to be honest with you, I mean too, and everybody's going to have

to make a choice pretty soon, you know. Militia units performing all over this country. Yeah, were you aware of that? Yeah, it was right. I received calls from a lot of them. Yeah, we have a strong militia up here, very strong militia. And just about two weeks ago up in Montana they had a militia meeting. Six hundred people showed up. And it's it's all over the place. I'm constantly receiving letters from people

telling me what they're doing, and in one way it's really scary. In another way, it really gives me a lot of hope for the future. Yeah, it does me too. And well, we had a do you have to take for carcials on the show? I can't remember. Yeah, I got a break at about the thirty thirty mark, which is about seven

more minutes. So. Well, another thing that happened Saturday. It was terrible weather, but a lot of the local gun clubs down here, especially about Bram gun Clubs, organized a fund raiser shoot and after all the interested parties to come and there there was quite a few people. But in a Saturday, if you'll recall, was the worst weather we've had in this month, and so it wasn't as good a turn out as we wanted, but

they still raised about fifteen sixteen hundred dollars in one day. So that was commended that the most of they received in one day from any type of donation, and so I was thrilled with that. But one thing that happened that's really interesting. I think it's gonna like this. Tokyo Broadcasting out of New York. There was a broadcast company company the only airs news to Japan, came out to Arizona and did a story about what was going on with this

Brady built by in saffurda air DOORA. Well, that's wonderful. Oh you're not a kid, And I was thrilled. And here I had an opportunity to speak to all the people of Japan about freedom, about government by for and other people. And the reporter, his name was Tokio, only spoke. We did speak very good English, but we could. We got enough to communicate, and he basically asked me the one question why you have guns? Why are so many guns in America? Why you have guns? Why

guns so important? And I said guns are so important in America because without them we would not be a frequenttry today. And the difference between Japan and America is that in Japan. The ways, the way it's set up is that the government runs the people, and the way it's supposed to be in America is that the people run the government. And the ultimate power and the

most powerful part of our government in America is the people. They bestow all power, and they bestow all authority, and they are the ones with the final sayso. And if you take away our guns, you take away our power. If you take away our guns, you take away our final say so. So when we have the guns, we have the power at the will and the capability of making the final decision as to what will happen in our own government. And it also gives us the power to protect ourselves against

criminal elements. And for instance, and nothing, nothing has made us more vivid than the two Japanese students who were just recently killed him. What was the LA I don't remember. I remember the story though it just came out and I was watching part of the tint I think it was the LA area. Yeah, that was because I remember seeing the Los Angeles police chiefs talking

about it this evening on the news. So and here again, what I told him is that if you were going down the street in New York and you were with your wife and there was two or three criminals that wanted to attack you, take your money and rape your wife. What would you be able to do about it if you didn't have a gun. On the other hand, if you had a gun, would be able to defend yourself and

your wife and maintain your personal peace and safety. I said. In Japan, the big payoff is that youve you do live in a more non violent society than America does, I says, But if we will, if we will get our act together here in America, we will also conquer that problem. But I said, on the other hand, in America, the police do not have the authority to come in my home anytime they want like they do in Japan. They do not have the authority to come in my home

and check to see if I have a gun. You do not have the authority to sold me in jail for kidney years for having a gun. And he told me that's what could happen to him. And I talked to him man to shooting. They gave out to watch it. I talked to him in to shooting a gun for the first time in his life, for the first time in his life. And he's thirty eight years old. He touched a gun for the first time and he shot a gun. And Shadow twelve

also did showed him shooting the gun. And it was an amazing story. And I'll never forget. When this humble Oriental man finally said goodbye to me, he said, Sheriff Prees one more time, let me please ask you. I don't get arrested for shooting the gun today? Yeah, And I was so touched by him, and I had no I said, no, You're not going to be arrested. I said, this is America. And I said, Toshio, did you see anything wrong happening out there today?

And there was probably five thousand round the bullets fide out there that day. Jan's blazed in the whole time. There was three different shoots going on at the same time. There was probably a hundred different shooters and all sorts of different guns. And I said, did you see anybody get hurt? Did you see anything go wrong? Now? Weren't these good, honest, friendly

people out there today? Oh? Yes, He had a wonderful time, and he thanked me and take me in fact, their business the company called me just yesterday and thanked me again for our hospitality and showing everybody, the reporter and governments such a good and I said, that's what America is about, being able to go and do things without governmental interference, going and shooting and having a good time, not hurting anybody, not violating anybody's right,

but just having a good, honest American time. And Testy, you know, I think that memo that the Justice Department sent out, I have a feeling that that was meant to appease the sheriffs and maybe appease you into dropping your suit and going back about your business. But if if it's a deception like that, or if it's meant to be a sort of a bride you know, telling it, well, you really don't have to do this note and tell the other sheriffs, mister mac but we'll tell you you really don't

have to do this if you don't want to. But I'll tell you you're you're right online. And it took me about a day to figure out the boy that this memo really was. And if you want to get into that after the break, we will, because I think it's going to take quite a while to maybe address that and tell you exactly why I know this memo was not honored in its approach, So you're not going to take the bait and you're going to stick to the constitutional issue, which is the real issue.

Oh yeah, I mean you know that's I did get one call from a reporter and say, hey, you know, and this was this got a lot of press when that memo came out and the local paper down here said Sheriff maca is elaid it over the latest ruling from the Justice Department. Well, first of all, it's an opinion. It's a legal opinion, and legal opinions are no different than any other opinion. Everybody has one and

it doesn't mean a dang thain and anybody can give their opinion. And my opinion is that as long as the Brady builds on paper, it's dangerous and can be used against me. Yes, sir so, but hey, I'm sure that you have been forced to look around and take stock of what are you going to do? What are you going to do if it comes down

to bucking under and marching into slavery in the new World order? Are standing up to protect the freedoms that so many Americans have died to give to us and to protect over all of the years since this nation was founded, since the Declaration of Independence was pinned by our poor fathers, since the Constitution and the Bill of Rights were written and became the supreme law of the land.

Do you have any idea you thought about how many people have given their lives so that we could remain free and enjoy the fruits of the labor, the efforts, the sacrifices that all who have gone before us brought about. I want you to do that tonight because very shortly, as you already know, everyone's going to have to make a choice, because it's going to come down to that they have named in nineteen ninety four is the year that they're going

to take the guns away from the American people. Didn't really work it that year, and we're not very far from it happening right this moment. Now. The Constitution forbids them to do that, forbids them to break down our doors in the middle of the night, to search our homes without any kind of a warrant or criminal charges. But we know, those of us who are watching and paying attention, that it's already happening across the nation right this

moment. The people's homes are being broken into in the dead of night, search trashed. Have you ever seen a home after it's been searched? Trashed is the proper word for it. Their property is confiscated, their cars are seized, their children are taken from them. Their property can be literally auptioned off within the twenty four hour period. It has happened to many, many, many people. Charges never filed, and they haven't a prayer of getting

their property back. What do you think this is all about, folks? You'd better start giving some serious thought. And those of you who didn't listen to me and have really been losing money in the stock market drop and it's not finished. I can share you it's when to go lower. You'd better take stock now. You need to prepare for the worst and pray that the worst never comes. It's better to be prepared for the worst and the worst

never come than have it happened and not be prepared at all. So call our sponsors, Swiss American Trade and do it now two eight nine two six four six Do it right now, ladies and gentlemen. Sets and two hundred years ago, who didn't understand the complexities of the modern world The Constitution is a living constitution. It provides within it the method whereby it can be changed if we the people believe that it needs to be changed, and so far

we have not allowed it. Therefore it does not need it. What do you have to say about that, Sheriff mac Well, we we need to get back, as you were saying, we need to get back to the basics. We need to get back to that basic spirit of freedom that existed at the time of our country was founded back in seventeen seventy six. We need to understand that these principles are turtle uh, their God given principles.

They're divinely inspired. Our Constitution was divinely inspired, and we need to understand that those principles don't change. There's a lot of people saying, well, yeah, America is so much more advanced than it was uh in seventeen seventy six and the time of the Constitutional Conventions, and uh the ideas passed on from Alexander Hamilton and Andrew Henry and Thomas Jefferson and George Washington. We're good at that time, but America has seen a new day and we need new

ideas. No, that that is that is completely uh stupid thinking. Uh, we cannot abandon our past and think that we're going to form some sort of future by going to these social programs and socialism and Marxist ideas. These are those ideas have always been here, controlling the matters and and gout control has always been here. And we have got and learned from our past.

If we're going to prepare for a future, and the best way is by what you were just saying, making sure that we keep the spirit of American freedom waiting on our own personal flags and carry this banner with us wherever we go. I think we need to educate Americans that gun control really does work. It really does work. Get reproved it there, Stalin proved it, Cuba, Castro proved it, proved it. Yes, Socialism everywhere it's been

tried on this earth has always resulted in crailure. Yes. And democracy is a code word for socialists. This is this is a republic. And people forget that they're buying into these these buzzwords that the socialists use to help them them to their will and give up their will. Actually, and Abraham Lincoln, Um, he couldn't have said it any better. And I think his Gettysburg address is probably the best definition of what our country is really about.

And and and he said that this nation under God shall have a new birth of freedom and shall not perish from there. Government, blackboard of the people shall not perish from the ear. And nothing was absolutely more applicable to our day than his two and a half minute speech. You know, it's amazing

you're not just played that, played that the other night. That is to see what Abraham Lincoln, how inspired he was, even though it was the Civil War, in the Battle of Gettysburg, that that touched his heart so much for him to be inspired to understand at that point, with all the strikes he must have been going through, and for him to to be in tune with the Lord enough to understand that that this really was the definition of our government was all about. And I sure admire him to that speech me

too. The same people killed him. I believe that kills John F. Kennedy and the symbology you've all there, The connections were all there. What

what next? What do you do next? Now? Well as always saying the court to break this memo put out by the Justice Department, turns out that it was merely a ploy to gains some courtroom positioning, and because the MOMMO was followed up by a courtroom brief to the judge of the stating in about a twenty page momoor and a twenty page brief signed by about ten different time attorneys for the federal government that that now Sheriff Mac or the other sheriff's

specifically me in this case because that's where it was filed as any reporting Towson, where I found my lawsuit, that I no longer have any standing to sue. I guess, I guess you don't have any cost to people rights to look for you. This is not going to affect your cost too. For Rushold probably say the sheriff has to do this, Well, we're not going to force the sheriff to do it, so the sheriff can't say no, the sheriff can't do us. And the Brady Bille fans, now,

everybody go back to work and sheriff leave us alone. He is a little boy, and so so what they're basically saying is that we said we wouldn't force the sheriff to do it, so he can't do us. Why he crying? He can't see us now we said we won't force him, said we one prosecuting. Now he has no standing, so tell the sheriff to go home and leave us alone. So that's what's be an argue right now. But at the same time, after discussing this with my attorney, he

agrees that that's what the memo was for. He agrees that it was dis employ And like I said, it took me about a day to figure that out, because at first I was happy when I first saw it, go oh, Colled, you know, it's great, And then right if I go, okay, what's going on here? And then about the next day I started to figuring out there at thanking my standing to be able to sue. And sure enough, when I saw that brief, my attorney sent me to company the brief and he says, yeah, he says, Mac,

You're right, that's what it was. And so down the judge has not ruled on that yet, and I really doubt that this is going to win for him, because we have filed another brief of counteracting at stating that the law is there, it's still on the books. Sheriff Maci is the CLEO as described in the Grady Bill. He is the one responsible for doing those

checks. Whether they say they will prosecute or not, it still says on the law that the sheriff could go to jail for not doing it, he could be fine for not doing it, and basically that he still has a fundamental belief that it does not serve the needs of the people who elected him. Now, what is the how does the suit read exactly? What are

you suing him for? Okay, And naturally the suit does not mention the Second Amendment because, plain and simply, my attorney said that that would be last at because there are so many cases where the Supreme Court has ruled against the Second Amendment that it would be a waste of time in court do rehash stuff that the Supreme Court has already said isn't against the Second Amendment. I

thank you. I think you should go talk to your attorney. We've researched all the Supreme Court rulings on the Second Amendment and that's just not true. Well, in fact, the Supreme Court has ruled that any weapons that could be used or should be used by the militia cannot be tampered with, regulated, registered, or anything else. But I'd appreciate seeing that because I am aware of also some others. In fact, I have seen several cases where it goes both ways, and I do admit it has gone both ways,

and that's why I think there's a lot of an ambiguity about that. But I would love to see any documentation of that. Because my attorney is a Second Amendment specialist. He wrote a book on the Second Amendment. He agrees that it is a violation of the Second Amendment, and in fact, the name of his book is the Origins and Development of the Second Amendment. It

goes way back to like twelve hundred AD. I can never figure out why people don't argue the case with the with the militia in here, because the second Article Amendments specifically states a militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people keeping their arms will not being fringed. So they always point to this militia thing. Well, the law says that

there is an organized militia in the federal law. It states that's organized militias the National Guard, but it also states there's an unorganized militia and it consists of every man of board between the ages of seventeen forty five. Now that's the federal government. The state of Arizona says every man and board between the ages of seventeen and forty five, and they expected to own a weapon and be able to be a muster on a moment's notice and fight to protect the

state. So any regulation of weapons that could be used by the militia is to me would be the best argument to use. Although the pile clause of the second article in Amendment is the right of the people to keeping their arms will not be in France during that time. In the United States Senate in nineteen eighty one, I believe it was um Rules passed a resolution of the Senate that specifically stated that the militia is not the military, is not the

National Guard, but consists of the whole people. Right yeah, and so they even included women in all ages. It will be the power of the sheriff to co states in a RS Code eleven for forty one, that the sheriff has that the sheriff has the power command every able body person within the confiance of the county where he is sheriff, to command all able bodied citizens to his aid in enforcing the law. Well, I got real big news for these people. There are too many of us that are not going to

give up our weapons period. We're just not going to do it. I don't care what laws they pass, I don't care what they say. It's unconstitutional. It's against the constitution of the United States Americans. Is that Podesta in the background. I'm gonna put my stave there all this guy right here, I'm certainly right above. It looks like Tony right there. I could

be wrong. It just looks like him, all right, losing asogrim your his own state constitution, in most of the constitutions that I've ever seen in this country, of any state, in any state. That's right. And uh And then I you know, even as as much as yesterday, I still get another letter to the editor and in any local paper here from a lady who's who says, sure, if I admit that the Brady Bill is a feeble attempt to help us, but it's designed to help us and protect

us, and you should be upholding the law. And gosh, I'm bold his laws. Forget the guns division, which is a secret law of the land. Forget my oath of office so I can help Sarah Brady and voices little broken symbolism to feel sorry for what happened to her husband, And I'll be honest with you, I do feel sorry for her husband. I am sorry that he got shot. I'm sorry to President Reagan gut shot. But I'm also sorry for these other victims across the country who weren't able to defend

themselves because they weren't able to garn themselves. And if we plain is simply the bottom line is if more people carry gar and there'll be fewer of a skinny shot. I think more people should study history. These same socialists who want to take over the United States and name us into a socialist New World Order, into theewing the totalitarian socialist United Nations Charter. There has no bill of rights, no individual rights for anyone. These are the same socialists who

who brought about the Bolshevik Revolution, who created the Soviet Union. These are the same socialists who created communist Cuba. These are the same socialists who throughout the world have first risen the power on the promise that they're going to give the people what they need, and then the first thing they do is just arm the people and enslave them. They've done it throughout history, and they're

going to do it to us, right. And before we got up on the Second Amendment, you add to what basically with the grounds of my suit work, and the other one was the other main areas. And I think this is as important, or if not more so, um probably is more so more important than the Second Amendment. And that is that plain and simply, the federal government does not have the jurisdictional authority to kill me or any other shriff in this country that we have to force feed the law. You're

absolutely correct. And if they would simply butt out the Second Amendment would be fine, but they won't. And so we're suing on the ninth and tenth Amendments about the rights and the limitations of the constitutions puts on the government and being able to intervene and local and state affairs. And then we also are suing on the thirteenth Amendment, which states that slavery, that outlaws slavery and

in voluntary servitude. Here again, the federal government is telling me I have to serve them without just compensation, without an agreement, without a contract, And I'm not going to work for them, because first of all, I work for the people in Graham County, and if I am forced to work them work for them by either saying I will be fined or imprisoned, that the form of slavery, and it definitely is involuntary servitude. What are you

going to do? Have you thought about what's you're gonna do if you lose this? Yes, I thought about a lot of different things on that. First of all, there are some There's another thing that we're suing for, and that is that I have had two deputies tell me that they would not

of course the Brady Bill if I asked him to. Now I have a discriminary matter to address, because it does state in Arizona law that a sheriff or department head, a police chief cannot ask an employee to do something, or a deputy or a sheriff or a deputy or a police officer does not have to comply with an order from his gee or shriff if it is unlawful.

Well, that's what Nuremberg was all about, was that Nuremberg where they tried the Nazi war criminals after World War Two for the first time in history, they made the decision in international law and that you could be tried for war crimes, even if you had been ordered to commit those crimes by your superior officers. Yeah, so the fact that that it's illegal takes precedence over whatever your supervisor might do to punish you, exactly. And that's that's right

in the law. Because you know, I've gone before these commissions before where employees have file a grievances against me. It's been very seldom, but it stays there is a law that they have to do it. I say, unless my order is arbitrary or capricious or unlawful, and they do not have to comply with my orders, that they're unlawful. I said, two employees tell me they would not do it, well, I would hope that you would never issue such orders, and I would certainly back them if they didn't.

So so now I have a disciplinary matter. And so then if if they take this and have to go with it, there may file agrievance and say sorry, sure, we won't do it. I love the way Bill talks like he doesn't it doesn't matter who's in the room with if he thinks that they're stepping out of the line, even if he thinks they're approaching that or suggesting that he put. He makes it makes it clear where that line

is. That's why I love about Bill. And so then it will then be documented and on the book stating that, and I will agree with them, you know, so you'll be on the books. I'll be on the book stating that they're right, that they're they're filing disgrievance and that they don't have to do it. Well, America's gonna have to draw the line somewhere, and it might as well. And I was really proud of you too that that he's for coming and telling me. In fact, I had one

of them in my office today. Well, I wasn't aware that this would happened. I'm very proud of them too, and I wish that this would begin to happen across the country. I know it won't happen to most police forces because they change their officers by a psychological profile that guarantees that they're going to do what they tell them to do. Well, that's another thing.

And I hope there's a police that police officers listening to this. And I want to tell every police officer in this country, as I told the others, you do not work for your sergeants You do not work for your chief of police. You do not work for your sheriff. You work more for your sheriff than a deputy works more for a sheriff than any other police agency. That's the way the system was set up. A deputy is an extension of the chriff, and that's what deputy means. You are acting in my

stead. So but at the same time, you do not work for your chriff or your chief, or your sergeant or your captain. You work for the people, and that's what you have sworn to do. And you are supervised by a captain or a sergeant and a chief who are supposed to be teaching you constitutional principles on the way to perform your duties as a servant of the people. And your primary function is to make sure that the rights of the people for whom you work and who pay your salary, that those rights

are secured and never violated, especially by an officer of the law. Well, it's so refreshing to hear that. As we study what police officers are being taught in the major cities across this country, we find two things that are very disturbing. One, they're told that the public the people that they work for are the enemy, and they are told not to associate with anyone

who's note officer. Are we aware of that? It's incredible. I'm not aware of that they're told to associate with only police officers, but I am aware of the other part in some instances. In some instances, I know it has happened. Their trained that anybody out there could do a man any time, and that they're supposed to be on the guard that anybody they see could be a potential enemy. Is I've heard that before. Well, we've

come. We've come to a sad, sad situation in this country. Yeah, And I issued the sheriff mack and we're just about out of time, So okay. I issued a call for arms, and I called for everybody in this country to form militia units and get ready to make a decision whether or not they're going to give up their arms or whether they're going to support

the constitution and save this country from from its final decline. I sincerely believe that when the last gun leaves the last hand of the last honest American, it will be the last day of freedom on not just the American continent, but the whole world. Oh yes, I sincerely believe that I want to

thank you for all that you've done. We support you, and once again I'm gonna ask my listeners to send contributions and if you'll, well, I'll tell you what we'll I'll give the address to send it to tomorrow night on the hour of the time. So everybody be listening and have your pen and paper. We're out of time. Thank you very much, Sheriff Mack. And we wish you well, and remember we're all with you all the time.

Thank you much. Good night and good night, folks. God bless you all due And then you read the little paragraph ohips there you go. All right, that's it. We headed a little extra there. That was an scheduled Sheriff Mack. What do you do in your face? All right? And let me stop sharing there and then pop this back up? You

mean, and I caught you. I caught you, all right. Everybody, have a happy rest of your Memorial Day weekend and think about what it means and if we deserve the sacrifices that people made, and if not, let's fix that. Um it's showing off
