We have doctor Peter Glidden here to answer your health questions. The phone number is six one nine three five four eight eight seven nine. and observing to make sure that I do a good job. So how you doing, doctor Peter Gliddon? Very good? You can never start them too young, Daniel, It's all good. That's right. She's she's she's the manager making sure I'm doing well. And she's got this little, uh, little cute little donut maker that Rebecca phone. So sorry, seven years old, that's a great that's a great age. You're not going to get alleged, all right. So we have a couple let's see, we have somebody

already asking this question right here. It says my husband had a retinal hemorrhage. Optomologists gave injections anti growth hormones. He had a stroke three days after the eye injection. Is it related? Yes? Whoa he is open to a nutritional path, no synthetics, I guess. Okay, So the first thing to consider when anybody has any brand new symptom, you know, like the stroke, it comes out of nowhere, The first thing to consider is

what have you done differently? So you know, he gets injections and then he has a stroke, it's related to the injections. Wow, So most probably, so they should do a deep dive into the drugs that were used and look, you know, on the internet, all kinds of drug related information on the internet, and see if this is a complication, a known

complication of the therapeutics, because most probably it is. And he was probably before the injections, given a packet of legal documents to sign saying that he, you know, is going to hold harmless the hospital of the doctor. If anything negative happens, usually they give those forms to the patient to sign

immediately before the procedure, once they've already been prepped for the procedure. And so it's the patient's kind of like, what really, you want me to read all this stuff and sign it now, And the nurse will say, oh, just sign it. It's just a boilerplate. But if I had to guess I would say something like that happened, and yeah, it's definitely a problem. So what do we consider with a retinal hemorrhage. We consider this a copper deficiency. That's the first thing to consider is that it's a

deficiency in the mineral copper. And one of the things that drives copper into the ditch is selenium, zinc, and vitamin C. So a lot of people did excessive amounts of zinc and vitamin C and vitamin D like David during COVID, and they didn't do it holistically. They just did fractionated nutrition with a boatload of these supplements, a lot of these supplements, and they would drive selenium and copper deficiencies. So before COVID, we saw maybe three cataracts

a year. Now we're seeing five a week, and it's a result of the ridiculous amounts of zinc and vitamin C and vitamin D that people did not on my recommendation, I'm during COVID, So I'm gonna bet you twenty five cents during COVID, this guy did a lot of the same things, and that's probably what drove the copper deficiency. Because this is the first thing to consider with retinal hemorrhage is it's a deficiency in the trace mineral copper. So

what do we do to fix it? Well, a stupid doctor would give copper. A smart doctor would give everything that the body needs plus extra copper. Because there's a relationship between all of the minerals, and all of the vitamins have pushed me, pull you relationships each with the other, and if you take too much of one, you're gonna drain some of the others and

you're gonna end up with a giant mess. So the recommendation would be the Healthy Foundation pack plus two bottles of selenium a month, because the selenium has copper in it, and that would be r recommendation for ninety days. Oh okay, So when you had said previously that the things that drive it into the ditch, and you had said selenium, you were prefacing that that would be a fix, not that it would drive the drive the copy. No, selenium was one of the things that the zinc and the vitamin C and

the vitamin D would make deficient. I got you, I got you. So yeah, so, and the the best way to get copper into the body is if you give it with selenium because they have a mutually exclusive relationship. Too much of one will drain the other, So that would be the recommendation. There's also a type of copper called Gammaden copper g A M M

A d y N Gammadin copper. It's made by a company called Surroyal s E R O y A L. If he did this program plus two bottles of selenium, he could also do the Gamaden copper and it's sold in little ampules with liquid inside each ampuel. The recommendation would be one ampuel twice a day of the Gamaden copper, and I would do that for three months. Now is that what's that thing called on your website? I forgot what it's called? No, And there's a there's a lot of controversy which is ridiculous in my opinion, around the whole concept of

what's a synthetic vitamin and what's not. And ninety percent, if not more, it's probably ninety five percent of all of the research that's ever been done on vitamins. And you can go to pubmad dot com, which is the you know, the government website that you know, inventories, medical research, millions of articles on PubMed dot com. And type in vitamin C, for example, you'll pull up thousands of research articles all on vitamin C. Thousands

type in calcium. You pull up thousands of research all done on calcium. Right, do whatever any of the ninety essential nutrients is type it in. There's been lots of research throughout, you know, the last hundred years on vitamins and minerals, amino acids, and essential fats, and all of the research done on vitamins has all been with the synthetic stuff, and it shows that it's extremely effective. Now, for example, we have to wonder what

we're talking about when we use the word synthetic. So let's say I was in organic chemist, and I had the means I could take a cylinder of oxygen and a cylinder of hydrogen, and I could mix them together under the right conditions, and I could produce water. It's one hundred percent pure H two O. So does that mean that you shouldn't drink it because it was man made? It's chemically identical to water that falls from the sky, is

less Is it actually better for you because it's not pollutants in it. So when we use the term synthetic regarding vitamins, we have to be very careful because there's a lot of misconceptions and misunderstandings regarding it. Perhaps the only vitamin that I would be comfortable saying you should get a natural form of it rather than a synthetic form would be a scorbic acid vitamin C, because a scorbic acid that's made from fruits or vegetables has bioflavonoids in there that came from the

fruits and vegetables. But you could add bioflavonoids to synthetic vitamin C and you get the same thing. So and with these products, right of which, some of the vitamins that are in these products are synthetic, some of them are some of them are organic. Eighty three percent of the people who take this, we serve a ten thousand people who did this, ten thousand people,

eighty three hundred of them recovered their health. Whatever their complaint was, they got better from taking this, which contained in small part synthetic vitamins. So, as far as I'm concerned, when it comes to vitamin supplementation or medical nutrition supplementation, What matters is the clinical effectiveness, you know, and are there any net negatives that occur from it? After doing this for thirty

five years, hands down, it's not even a fair fight. These supplements are the most effective I've ever seen, and it does not matter that some of the ingredients are synthetic. It's irrelevant. And I know that that's probably a mind twister for you. But that's why I'm here, is to you know, take the Zen sword and cut off medical myths at the knees.

And this whole thing about synthetic vitamins is mostly hogwashed. It does apply in some instances depending on the sourcing, right, but those instances are the exceptions rather than the rule. Yeah, yeah, because I've heard erythrotol can come from corn or it can come from sewage, like there's I mean, depends I guess on how they're doing it. And I think you and I talked about cianical Belman in that helmon before. Yeah, And you know, apparently

as long as it remains the molecule, then it's fine. But if it's dropping off this, I mean, then you are technically making cyanide. And when it breaks down, right, well, I've never known anybody that's developed cyanide poisoning from a vitamin B supplement. I mean, I don't even think that that's possible. And the chemical reaction, you know, domino effect. I don't think you can do that. So there's again there's a ton of misinformation about all of this, and what does it all boil down to.

It doesn't matter. What matters is clinical results, and why are we giving the supplements? You know, why do we give extra copper when there's blood vessel hemorrhage. Why do we give extra essential fatty acids when there are plots that form in the body that creates stroke. Why do we give sulfur bearing molecules when we have a bone and a joint problem. That's a better question. And you know, then what it boils down to is, well, what the heck are we going to do to fix that problem? And does

it work? Well? This works eighty three percent of the time, which is unheard of in any type of medical field, I mean any type of medicine, even drug therapy. If pharmaceutical manufacturer could develop one drug that developed eighty three percent improvement, you know, out of a of a population of

ten thousand people, they'd win the Nobel Prize. Right, So so I have this question then, because this is something that I've tried to avoid myself personally, and I even went so far as to try not to use it when I was making my products for my host sauce with sodium benzoit because of benzene. Right. Yeah, no, that's also a myth. I hate to bust it for you, but there's no mine. As long as that

we know the truth afterward, it's fine. Yeah, no, yes, So there's no benzene in any of the Youngevity products that have sodium benz weight in them as a preservative, and those products are checked regularly for the presence of benzene. It just it's not. It doesn't the sodium benze weight does not break down into a free form benzine. That doesn't do it, right. So the reason why I didn't use it for a sauce is because they're citric acid in the peppers, right. So they say that when you and

it's also in your body. Right, So apparently when that interacts with it, it breaks down so that the sodium and benzine are separated. So that's really and this is something that ten years ago had nothing to do with the Young Jevity products. So it just me personally trying to stay away from soda that has phosphorus. It's posphoric acid, sodium benze. It's all just baggy

chemicals and sugar right, and then corns through it. So I stopped drinking sort of probably over a decade ago, and just always try to avoid soda in benzoi because I noticed it. It's also a preservative and a food coloring, Like, why do you need that? It just seems like they put it in everything, So I figured there must be something malicious about it if they need to put it in everything, you know, and make it a requirement, because a lot of times the things as the requirements into these foods

because they're poison. So yeah, So so the answer is, yeah, you're correct that the recipe second of the formula is important. And these recipes are the most effective recipes I've seen in thirty five years of doing this clinically, hands down. And I don't make any money from their sale, so

I'm not I'm not cheerleading these products because I make money from them. I'm cheerleading these products because they eliminate human suffering better than anything I've seen, right, And so if you were looking for a copper like cop obviously you said don't don't supplement with copper, but doesn't whole food vitamins you also have copper

in it. It depends on what the food that was used to extract the vitamin C from, because remember, copper's a mineral, and the plant can't make minerals a good point, and if it doesn't it's not in the ground,

then it doesn't right, then it's not right. So it's really difficult to know for sure how many minerals you're extracting from the plant, because I mean you could have now, you could pick an ear of corn from one row, and then you could go three rows over and pick another ear of corn, and this ear of corn would have copper in it and the other one would have none in the same field. So it's like that when it comes to minerals, it's very complicated, which is why you're just spitting into

the wind. If you are trying to get all of the minerals that your body needs from food, you can't do it. You know, I've always said it, because it's true. You could own one hundred acres of the most organic farmland on planet Earth. You could only eat the stuff that you grew, and you'd still be deficient in minerals because in order for the minerals to get into the plant, they need to be in the soil, and they're not in the soil anywhere on planet Earth. Some of them are,

but not all of them. You need sixty. You're lucky there's eight minerals in the soil that your plants are grown in. And the tricky part too, there is you can't as a human really get it to absorb into you unless it passes through the plant first. That's it. And if you're you know, Joe Monsanto or following the rules of agribusiness, when you spray an herbicide onto the plant, it prohibits the absorption of the mineral into the plant.

So even if the mineral is in the soil, if the soil is grown, if the plant is grown with herbicides like glyphosate, the minerals don't get sucked up into the body of the plant like they need to be. So this is why everybody is sick, and I mean everybody. This is why because here's how many minerals the human body needs here's how many minerals are in the food. Here's how many minerals are in your body. And then the stress of life rolls into town. It sucks you dry from minerals,

and then things start to break. So you get high blood pressure because you run out of calcium and magnesium. You get a blood clot because you run out of omega three essential fats. You get retinopathy because you run out of selenium. You get kidney problems, kidney stones because you run out of calcium. You get bone and joint problems because you run out of multiple minerals. You get blood sugar problems because you run out of chromium. The list goes

on and on and on. It's minerals, minerals, minerals, minerals. Minerals are extremely important for overall optimal human health, and the minerals are not in your food. Supplementing with minerals is mandatory, it's not optional. And right, minerals are two thirds of your body's essential nutrient needs if you supplement with all of it, including the minerals. So sixteen vitamins, twelve amino acids, two fatty acids, and sixty minerals, which is all in here,

right, I am on that. So yes, so you're way I mean, you're way ahead of the game. And every week on my website I have a live Q and A just like this. We had seventy two people this morning. I think. Awesome. Only one of them could have been from our shows because I probably were. Yeah, and all these testimonials from people that are following the recommendations, and guess what, no more migraine headaches, Guess what, no more carpal tunnel syndrome. Guess what their heart

healed. They don't have any large heart anymore, they don't have congestive heartfilure anymore. Guess what the blood pressure normalized. Guess what the chronic sciatica disappeared. Guess what it's The list goes on and on. I'm telling you, man, this is the best kept secret in the medical market of the twenty first century. own without needing to see a doctor, with clinically verified therapeutics. This isn't theoretical mumbo jumbo. It's clinically verified therapeutics, which are all science based, developed and delivered by licensed physicians. Well, so why was that band? Right? It doesn't make any sense because I'm less, you know, the cabal, we consider the cabal. Then it all makes sense and cured as

a customer lost. Yeah, and then you realize that, you know, it's not it's not just a happenstance that these insect decides would prevent nutrients from going into the food in the first place. It's not just a byproduct. That's a direct effect, because that's what they're intending to do. You know, you start to see just how sinister everything is. Yeah. The more you feel back that onion, the rotten ner it gets. When I'm so, if I do my three to four miles on my elliptical, should I

be going back and hitting up the ninety essentials again? I will take Yeah, yeah, I would so so yeah, So the answer is yes. And it's easy to understand why right, Because if you have a sports car, you're driving it at one hundred miles an hour every day, it's going to burn through its oil faster than a recreational car that you drive to the grocery storing back right, Right, So the harder that you drive your body, you know, as an athlete or a weekend warrior, the more nutrients

you're going to need. So so the answer is yes, But regretfully, there isn't any diagnostic work that we can do to tell you exactly what you need to take. Yeah, it's one big giant flip an experiment. So the answer is yes. As an experiment, I would do a little bit more maybe of the minerals before exercise and see what your recovery time is like. Yeah, I definitely usually double up in the house UFX and then I do the the tangy tangerine again too. Yeah. So yeah, so that

and then and then the other thing. Maybe you can help. So since we're dispelling rumors today, I think this might be one of those that we could probably uh get out of the way as well. Almonds and walnuts on the mill free testosterone. I've been told that this is a terrible thing that you should never eat. It's just as bad as soy, but for a different reason that almonds, And I'm not even talking about the athlotoxin that could

be, you know, possibly part of the peanut thing. But I was you know, is it true that almonds are terrible for men for men, and walnuts as well, because that's that's the going thing in some of these because they lower testosterone, or they attack the free the free testosterone in the body, or there's some other adverse effect to them. I don't know, although that would make sense to me, that there's a relationship metabolically between the

stuff that's in almonds and walnuts and hormones. That would make sense to me, But I'm I don't have any basis. So the answer is I don't know, but but I think it's worthwhile investigating. Yeah, it's very hard to find information on it, and usually that's how I determine whether or not it's real. You know, it's like if it's if it's if it's buried deep enough and it's probably got some truth to it. Well, I tell you one thing. The main reason that you know if low T is even

a thing. It might be, but there's no way to know because the population is unhealthy. Everybody in the population is unhealthy. So how do you know what healthy testosterone levels are? Like, you can't because the population that you're testing is unhealthy. Yes, so you don't know what's a normal testosterone level and a healthy human, because there are no healthy humans. Yeah, everything's in the dirt, right. So however, here's what we do know.

All hormones are created by cholesterol. I mean that's what they're made from. Cholesterol. Eat lots of eggs and meat. There you go. You just stick a butter a day unless you have a dairy intolerance. Oh I do. I love butter. I drink stuff and stop taking cholesterol lowering stanton drugs and take the ninety essential nutrients because this is what your body needs to make the hormone. If it has the cholesterol base, it needs nutrients to

manufacture the hormone. I'm working on my stepfather to try to tell them that too. About the statins. Yeah, I did a really great webinar on that, right, Cholesterol myth busting Yes on the website. So one of my favorite webinars that I've ever done in all time was that one. If they showed that in high school, every high school biology class, it would change the world. Yeah, and that would be it should be real on the top, pretty close to it's up. Yeah, next one day,

yeah, clesterol, Yeah, click on it. There it is how long is it? Fifty nine? Minutes and forty six seconds. Yeah. So it's an hour long video that everybody in the world should watch, and it would bring the pharmaceutical industry to its knees overnight if everybody did that, which

again is why this book was banned. There's quite a lot of videos I'm super dead, yeah, but that one especially because when you drive cholesterol into the ditch with statin drugs, not only do all your hormones dry up, you know, and men have erectiled ysfunction that was never a thing before, right, and women have menopausal symptoms for five years instead of three months. Jeez. But you also promote dementia and Alzheimer's because now I think it's ninety

or ninety five percent of the brain that's affected by Alzheimer's. It's made from cholesterol. And then imagine so imagine that it coupled with little copper. So then your lasting is gone a mile and sheathing is gone. Man oh man, just a bunch of short, shorted out wires in your head. Yeah,

oh my god. Plus, here's a fun fact to know and tell your Your brain cleans itself of waste products through your lymphatic system when you're sleeping, So if you do not have a good night's sleep, your brain is not going to be able to clean itself out. So that's going to contribute to brain fog and all kinds of pathology in the brain. I have this weird thing that go on with me where I there is a matter what time

I go to bed. I don't really get to sleep until about three in the morning, and then I'm sleeping too late the next day because I just I didn't start to sleep until, you know, staring at the walls or not sleeping really just with my eyes closed until then, and then I finally fall asleep around that time. It's at three am. Does that change when we like to bring a hat or fall back? Yeah, it's just all it's well, I don't we don't do that here, but this spring forward

fall back thing. But it's it's not really it's just really late in the So I'm guessing three, could be two, it could be four some nights, but I mean, it's just it's one of those things that just continues to happen and it's not okay, very good. Do you does anything happen to your physical temperature at night when you're sleeping, I sweat but I don't know if it's because I'm heated up or not. What part of your body

sweats, uh, back, chest and probably my head too. Do you have a tendency to uncover or stick the feet out to cool your body off or not? I don't usually use the covers. It's usually like an armrest for me. I just kind of roll up the blanket and put it underneath my elbow. Do you, Oh, so you sleep without any blankets on at all? Pretty much? Okay? If you're hungry during the day, can you wait to eat or do you have to eat pretty quick or you're going to get a blood sugar crash? Oh no, none of that.

I can. I can go for a very long time without eating, okay, very good. And how do you feel about eggs as a food? Love them, hate them, take them or leave them? Absolutely? Love eggs? You do? One of my favorite things eat eggs, tuna butter all day long? Okay? And the one I'm not supposed to have bacon? Okay, hold on it? Could I mean it could just be that, you know, body changes because I've been for the last couple of months.

I've been on the elliptical for three to four miles a day, like almost every single day, So that could have something to do with it. But so here's it. Okay, So here's the other thing. I will fall drop do when or worry. I'm at six o'clock because of the exercise the days that I do it, which is almost every day, six o'clock in the afternoon, I'm out. If I'm standing, I'm sleeping. If I'm sitting in a chair, I'm sleeping, narcoleptic out. That's how long?

Usually about an hour? Does that have anything to do with eating? I think it has more to do with the exercise. But it's not like you have dinner at five point thirty and then you're out like a light at six oh. If I eat, I get tired. Yeah, but I don't it. Don't have a schedule set for anything. Really, I don't typically have Funny old Saucy's got it some jokes today? Should I put it? We got dk Lampson's an answer to D. K Lampson's question about seleni

and being taken between meals. Yeah, yeah, that's what I left it up there. So there there's a category of nutrients that they're not harmful, but and they're called fightates and you spell that p H y T A T E. So if you are eating a food that's high in fightates and you take a mineral supplement with that meal, then the fightates will bind to the mineral, making it hard for your body to absorb it. So, rather than have to explain that at length to everybody, I just say take your

slenium supplement between meals. Unless you know, if you're eating a meal that has zero fightates in it, then you can take any mineral supplement with a meal. But if there's fightates in the food, then you should separate the minerals, you know, a couple hours on either side of the meal. Right, DK Lampson comes back because Amazon banned your book. Maybe want to join your tribe. That's funny. Do any calcium supplements cause plaque build up

in the body, No, it's the opposite. You will get calcium deposition depositions in your blood vessels, not because of too much calcium, which is impossible to do, you can't do it, but because of a magnesium deficiency. If you have calcium deposition anywhere, you got bone spurs, you got calcium deposits on your arteries, You got calcium deposits on the lenses of your eye. You get cataracts, it's because of a magnesium deficiency. So the

magnesium directs where the calcium goes. Right, It's a giant symphony of interrelated parts and every part affects the other and a push me, pull you fashion, which is why we get remarkable results when we give the whole freaking orchestra. We're the only people that are doing this, you know. Everybody else is just you know, giving a trombone and a trumpet and the drums.

Well, that's great, fractionated right, you need everything else. So if you've got calcium build up anywhere in the body, it's because of a deficiency and magnesium. Period. Looking at the different packages, should we use the healthy Foundation pack? Yes, yes, that's the first thing to start with, is the foundation pack. You do that for ninety days and look to see how you feel. What we also recommend people do, and this is interesting, is that before you start to take the stuff, you do a

symptom inventory. So you get a legal pad or a piece of paper and you draw a bunch of columns on it, and in the leftmost column you write down in line items all of the things that are bothering you, like you know, I don't fall asleep until three am. I perspire every night.

You know I've got a cough, I crash at six o'clock in the afternoon, my left elbow hurtz or I get migrain headaches on the full moon, whatever the heck it is, right, And then on the immediate column next to it, to the right of it, you give each of those symptoms of numerical grade from zero to ten. Zero being it's gone, ten being me into the backyard and shoot me because it hurts so much. And every week, while you're doing this for ninety days, you give each of

those symptoms a grade, because here's what will happen. Let's say you have ten things on that piece of paper. If you didn't do the symptom inventory, six of them would go away. You would forget that you even had them, and you would be hyper focused on the four that were left, and you wouldn't think the program is working because the brain forgets stuff once it disappears bad stuff. It just does. So if you keep a symptom inventory, it's a much better way to track whether this is working or not.

And the only time this doesn't work is if you're not taking enough of it right or if you haven't eliminated the twelve bad foods in addition to taking it. So it's like that we have Jordan who had asked. I think it was about twenty minutes in to the end of last episode, so I didn't get a chance to see this, says Hi, Daniel, can you ask doctor Glidden about the newborn vitamin K shot please? And I was wondering what

his recommendation would be for taking the Healthy Starter pack while breastfeeding. I was taking it while pregnant one scoop tangy tangerine, two ounces of the OSTEOFX and plant derived minerals three EFAs plus per day, then an additional capful of OSTEO and plant minerals at bed, but wasn't sure if I should change it. Now I had a healthy baby girl on February twenty eighth. Congratulations. My

recommendation is to name all children doctor Glidden, just so you know. I want every child in this country to be called doctor Glidden from now on. Just FYI. So, the only reason that the medical doctors give a vitamin K shot is because they have They don't know what they're doing. They're like color blind artists throwing crap against it. You know, they don't know that they're colorblind, so the painting the picture and it's wrong, they don't care.

So if you are so my recommendation for three months before you even consider getting pregnant, you go in the Foundation Pack and you stay on the Foundation Pack throughout the pregnancy. You stay on the Foundation Pack. When you're breastfeeding, you stay on the Foundation Pack for the rest of your life. And when your child stops breastfeeding, you give the child the Foundation Pack in doses appropriate for their body weight. That's how you do it. And if you

do that, your child will be super baby. She will be intellectually ahead of her peers, she will be athletically ahead of her peers, she will be ahead of her peers in every aspect because her body has been neutrified since conception, which is rare in this day and age. So her body doesn't need vitamin K because it's had it all along right, other kids would need

it. But I'm sure that there are net negatives in a fractionated nutrition sense from just giving a vitamin K shot that has to upset the apple cart somehow. So medical doctors don't care because they don't think vitamins are effective. They don't they don't even know what a vitamin is. You want your medical doctors had to explode. Ask them to tell you what a vitamin is? Yeah, and what else is in the vitamin K shot besides the vitamin K quote

unquote. And also ask your medical doctor to define health. You would see what they say. Your head will explode. So so yes, continue it while you're breastfeeding. And then when the child starts eating solids and comes off of breast milk, you give them this appropriate for their anyway, and they will be super kids. All of our grandchildren they ask for this. Now they don't have it. They want it. They ask for it if their parents forget to make it for a couple of days, Oh can I have

some of that vitamin juice? So and also for kids, you can get creative. And because this is all liquid except for the EFAs right, so you can get creative with the tangy, the osteo, the minerals by mixing them together with fruit juice and putting it in a popsicle mold. Oh smart, And now you've got to now you've got a ninety essential nutrient popsicle, so the kids are going to eat that up. So that's how you do

it, and you will have the healthiest kid in the world. And also the guy that invented this, that came up with this, my mentor, doctor Wallack. He's a character and he would lecture to back in the day when he was at his apex. He would lecture to five, six, seven hundred people at a time and he'd get up in front of the crowd and he said, I'm responsible for getting more women are pregnant than any man

in the world. And he was right, because this is this is a remedy for infertility because right, here's how many nutrients your body needs, here's how many it has. Your body has wisdom, that's your body knows that the baby's going to be you have a birth defector, not make it. So when you're undernutrified, the body does not want to get pregnant, it fights it. But when you're nutrified, just like that. The in vitro fertilization industry doesn't want to hear that, right, said the anches are too

simple, and then that nearly as costly as they would like. Yeah, and The dirty little secret that's happening in the medical industry now is the kids that were born through in vitro fertilization, the older that they got, the sicker that they got. It's one of the unhealthiest populations of human beings on the planet is in vitro fertilized hildren. And it's kind of like buying a baby gun and having it fire like a shotgun, right, because they end

up with like eight to ten kids afterwards. Yeah, it's crazy, right, So if you are struggling with fertility, then do this plus the eliminate the twelve bad foods for six months in a row, and then try to get pregnant again. And remember doctor Glidden is a great name for a child. Very good. Mama v had asked, I have been diagnosed with PMR and m on prendizone. Any natural way to manage this illness. I don't even know what PMR is. I got to look it up, Oh,

paulmyalgica rheumatica. Yeah, one hundred percent right. So, and you know, I have to say, if if we took pregnozone and antibiotics away from medical doctors, they wouldn't know what to do because they throw pregnazone and they throw cortisone at everything. Why do they do that, Because every single solitary disease is related to inflammation. Inflammation is comes along for the ride with every illness, every illness, there's an inflammatory component. So when you take pregnozone

or cortisone into your body, it's an anti inflammatory. So it suppresses the symptoms and you feel better, but the root cause of the problem is unchanged. And meanwhile that drug is chewing away at your bones, the cortison and the preadzones chewing up your bones big time, doing some other things as well to your dreanal glands. It's not a good drug to be taking over the long term, and the medical doctors dispense it like candy. But the biggest

problem with it is it's not fixing the cause of the problem. So what do we think the cause of polymyalgica polymyalgi rumatica is. It's a bad bad medical doctor. You don't have a bad gene, you have a bad medical doctor. So you are unwittingly eating food that's causing inflammation and hurting your muscular skeletal system, and you are your body doesn't have enough nutrients to keep your muscles, bones and joints healthy. It simply doesn't have them. So what

do we do for ninety days? We clean up the diet and this would be my recommendation for you for ninety days. And remember in this context, we're not treating disease. We're treating you. We're not treating polymyalgia or rheumatica. We're not treating migrain headaches. We're not treating kidney stones, we're not treating asthma. We're not treating anything. We are helping you to get healthy. There's a big difference between treating a disease and helping somebody to get healthy.

So here's the recommendation per month, one bottle of tangy tangerine two point five, two bottles of Osteo effects, two bottles of plant minerals, three bottles of EFA plus and two bottles of ultimate selenium per month for three months. to take it. What do we fix this all the time? Just want to make sure that was there so I could pull up later. Now, now I should probably add a disclaimer here so my lawyers are happy, right, so you can afford lawyers. Got eighty three percent of the time these recommendations are extremely effective. So However, if I was you, this is what I would do, and I would slam these doors and kick these tires for ninety days and see if you don't get traction in your health. And remember, if your body is so deficient in nutrients that you've been diagnosed with something extreme like polymyalgia rheumatica, then

you've got a lot of other things as well. You've got indigestion, you've got loose stool, you've got constipation, you've got hemorrhoids, you've got insomnia, you've got low grade anxiety, you got something else guaranteed. So when you start the program, you want to pay attention to how it affects you globally, not just what happens to your bones and joints. And that's why it's called holistic medicine, by the way, right this, yeah, exactly.

This one is from k Pete and it says hashimotives and asks you arthritis in both thumbs. Lastly, a couple of fibroids and still have painful periods years old. Yeah, so I've seen fibroids resolve, but it takes years, you know. So the the best thing that we can do with someone that's been diagnosed with fibroids is to make them pain free and to stop the growth of any more new fibroids. Right, and hashimotos thyroiditis is an autoimmune

disease. It's not really, but that's what the medical doctors think it is. I would rather teach you how to fish than give you a fish, right, And that's a better strategy moving forward, especially in this day and age, because they're going to come at us with you know, disease X right around September,

right in time for voting season. Yeah, and you're going to need to be forewarned and forearmed to fight that crap exactly, This insanity that's going on, and people are going to walk right back into same stupid trap they did in twenty twenty. Hopefully not. Hopefully not. I don't have some less, less and less And you know what has been my curious experience of mind that I never would have thought to be the case. I would have thought

it would have been the opposite, but it's not. I've lectured all over the country to every community that you can possibly imagine. I've lectured to Amish people in barnes with gas lights. They're sitting on wood benches. Nice. I've lectured at the University of San Diego. I've lectured all over the place right and invariably, when I lecture to a conservative audience, the response is, that's fascinating, Sign me up, I'd like to give it a try.

When I lecture to a liberal audience, the response invariably is that's fascinating. I'm going to do my own research and get back to you. Because for some reason, the liberal education makes people think that they actually have the ability to figure complicated things out on their own, especially when it comes to medicine. I don't know why that liberals have swallowed the MD blue pill harder

than anybody else. It is really difficult for a liberal to believe that their medical doctor's therapeutics are inferior, and then it would be the other way around. They're going to go to the same sources and resources that control the information, and I'm going to think that you're the liar, right, because they're not going to go out into the They're not going to find your book and read it to verify whether or not with what you said it is true.

You know, they're going to find some nonsense textbook that says this is what you know, and this is all you know. Here's the box, stay in it. So yeah, it's very it's a really interesting phenomenon. So here we are, right, We've got to pick ourselves up by our own bootstraps. And that's why I exist to help you understand how to make your body healthy with clinically verified therapeutics. This isn't theoretical, it's clinically verified.

It could be directed to you and doctor glennin On if you have any knowledge of the QRS MAP system or the QRS Quantum Resonance System therapy EMS therapy. Yeah. I was at an event at the beginning of February in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and there were representatives. The guy that invented that machine was

there. I looked it over, and I think it's worthwhile investigating. But all that that machine does and machines like it is give you your body an electromagnetic massage, which is good and has a lot lot of health benefits to it. Right, I mean you feel better after you get a massage massage, right, You feel better after you get a chiropractic adjustment, you feel

better after you get an acupuncture treatment, so all of these. You feel better after you take an epsom salts path right, So it's an effective therapy, but it is not gonna replace this. You still need sixty minerals. Your body can't make a mineral. You can expose your body to as many quantum electromagnetic fields as you want. It can't make calcium, can't make it. Can't make vitamin C, can't make it, can't make amino acids, can't do it. Can't do it. I mean you need to You still

need to drink water after you do the treatment. You still need to breathe there after you do the treatment, you still need the ninety essential nutrients. And it would be my supposition that people who were newtrified and you did that therapy would get a much better response from that therapy than people who were undernutrified and did it. Does that make sense? Yes, that's that's great. I was I was just wondering if it was a good therapy. I I

do. We do take My husband and I both take the ninety. However, I'm having a little trouble with the changerine for myself in what regards my stomach. But I just I lessened the dose. Well, what is what does it do when you drink it? What's your experience? Specifically? It's just an upset stomach? What does that mean? Do you get burping? Do you get bloated. Do you get heart burned, you get nauseous? What do you get? You get bloated? Okay? And do you get

bloated above the belly button or below the belly button? Above? Okay, so that's a stomach issue, all right. So here's what I would do. I would and that happens after you take the tangy tangerine. Correct, Okay, good. So I would stop taking the tangy tangerine for ten days. I would double the Osteo FX dose that you take. I would double the plant minerals dose that you take. I would make sure you're salting your food so that it tastes good. And I would do that for I'm going

to say fourteen days. I said ten before, I'm going to say fourteen days. And then starting on day fifteen, you can cut back on the osteo, cut back on the plant minerals, and add the tangy again, and I bet you your situation will resolve itself. Okay. I definitely will give that a go. Okay, it's happening probably because your stomach acid is still too weak and it can't digest things properly, and so more calcium and
