Hello everybody on Rumble and the podcast. This is Daniel with the Ballbusters show. We have here and hopefully this will be a recurring Thursday thing at eleven am Pacific time two pm Eastern and if you're in Central that'd be one pm. Doctor Peter Glynnen n D. That's nature Opathy and nature Pathic doctor, and he's here to answer your questions. My phone number is right underneath my little box here. It says six one nine three five four eight eight seven

nine. And you can also go through the buying me a coffee link if you want to type something. But if I have to go look for it, then just do it like a super chat would be on YouTube. Doctor Glyndon, how are you and how has your week been? So it was my voice, Well yeah, it's good man. We're all good chipping away at the rock of human suffering. It's it's it's an interesting time that we're

living in because of all of the COVID nonsense. A lot of people are starting to wake up about the medical monopoly, and not only that, but just the failures of conventional medicine, and the people are starting to pick their heads up out of the sand and look around and say, well, what am I given? Why am I paying all these medical insurance premiums? What do I get for that? I get a system of medicine under whose care

I got sick in the first place, So that's great. And then when I get sick, they don't have an idea of how to cure it. All they can do is manage it with drugs and surgery, and drugs and surgery and drugs and surgery. I mean, the only thing it's good for is traumacare. Heaven forbid, you have a bullet in your arm or you know, your broken leg or bleeding artery, that's what they're good for. People are starting to wake up and become aware of, you know, the

alternatives that exist. And I'm one of the only ones with experience in alternative medicine that's standing up in the public form and waving a flag. So it's interesting. It's an interesting time, and I'm happy. I'm glad that you're here with us, because that's the that's the kind of information we need to have. We need. It's enough. It's not enough to just say, okay, this is wrong, Well what's the what is the answer? Then? You know, like, how do we feel these things? How do

you find the root cause of things? And I had two personal training clients yesterday at the gym, and one of them their husband is a racky war vet. His back is all messed up. They have, you know, there's bulges and stuff like that that they can see in an MRI, but I guess it can't tell when you touch. But he's in chronic pain all the time, all different places. I'm sure there's nerves being pinched, but I don't think they're even considering chiropractic or any of that other stuff. They're

just talking about surgery. And he's thirty four years old, so they don't want to do the surgery on him. And then he's gonna be e mobi because I'm gonna putting rods and everything else in them if they have to do that. So and it's I guess it's like his midback, it's not like his lower lumbar. It's going to be brutal on him if they do that. Well, so they shouldn't do it. You should always use surgery as a last resort. But you know, like the fella said, if all

you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. So to the surgeon. Everybody needs surgery, even if they don't well. A very good friend of mine is a retired orthopedic surgeon, one of the best in the world, Dave Jenda, Doctor Dave Jenda, and I fixed his arthritic neck with medical nutrition. It was a great story, right. He was a orthopedic surgeon and he had bone and joint pain, and all of his buddies said, oh, you need surgery, you need surgery, you need surgery.

Came to us and within four weeks it was his pain was completely gone. And it was completely gone four weeks. So, you know, you don't know what you don't know. And in the wonderful world not so wonderful world of conventional medicine, there's a lot that those people don't know that they don't know, and that's a problem, you know. I colleague of mine, I was at a continuing education conference years ago, was in January, I think, and a buddy of mine presented this case. A colleague of

mine. There was a fifty five year old woman. Her spine looked like spaghetti. Oh boy, it was congenital. She had horrible like two curves in her spine and also one going forward. She had paimental stenosis, she had lipping vertebrae, her spine was a flippant mess and discarnations degenerative discs. Zero pain, Wow, zero pain. So the notion that somebody's pain is a function of the anatomy, which is revealed on diagnostic discovery, is not

supported by clinical experience. It's not a one to one correspondence, Oh, you have a bulging disc, you're going to have pain. It's not. And more importantly, there is no guarantee at all that the surgery is going to eliminate the pain. And this is never told to the patient until the morning of the surgery, when they bring in you know, a ream of legal documents, this thick that the patient has to sign right before they take

the drugs to Gwindo surgery. That and you know, the legal documents say, oh, you know this. If it doesn't work, you can't hold the hospital responsible. And if you're in pain after the surgery, you can't hold the hospital responsible. Blah blah blah blah blah. Patients rarely get informed, they really get information enough to give consent. They just don't when this is the standard of care. Now, this is the normal, and this brought to you by the medical monopoly. So my advice to your buddy is

you should attempt to cure this condition before you just have surgery. And let me this isn't rocket science. So here's how many nutrients the human body needs. There are ninety essential nutrients. A nutrient it's called essential if you need it but you can't make it, sixty minerals, sixteen vitamins, twelve amino acids, and two fatty acids, for a grand total of ninety Your body

needs this stuff on a regular basis just to function normally. But these nutrients are not all present in the food, and they're getting less and less and less and less present in the food as time goes by. Your body's like an automobile. So if your car needs eight quarts of oil but it's only got two, it's only a matter of time until the engine seases. Now, if you've got a car that has two quarts of oil in it and you drive it at twenty miles an hour, you're probably going to be able

to drive it for a long time before there's an engine problem. But if you drive it at one hundred and twenty miles an hour, the engine's going to seize in like thirty minutes. So, when you have an undernutrified body and you're in the military and you're walking ten miles a day with a sixty pound pack, you're sweating bullets because you're in full dress in Afghanistan and it's one hundred and twenty degrees, you're gonna burn through your nutrient reserves in a

flipping heartbeat, and you're gonna be in pain. And here's a dirty little secret. You want to ask your buddy when he was in active duty, how many of his buddies in the military with him and his unit we're taking pain meds, advil and prescription meds. The answer is everybody, because all of those guys are in pain, not because they have bad genes, because of this, and it's a giant flipping problem that the military doesn't understand this.

It would be the easiest thing in the world to fix. Yeah, you know, that's one of the questions on the list that I had here

that I was going to ask you. So for people who because another one of my clients yesterday told me that they had some pain before they came to the gym and they hopped some tile and all and got on the treadmill, and I'm thinking that the treadmill warmed them up more and got the blood flowing, and that's why they felt better by the time we started exercising, and not because it's so much the tile and all that's knocking around our kidneys and

liver. So what would you suggest, Because habits are hard to break, routines are hard to break. People are creatures of habit instead of instead of reaching for that every time you have a pain, what would you recommend people do instead suffer and die? Yes? A right, So it's not it's not like that. It's a great question, and it's a you know, it's a it's a question which is informed by the medical world that we've all grown up inside of. But it's not like there's one medicine to take to

manage your pain. It's like, well, why am I in pain? Right? Because thing exactly exactly right. It's why am I Why do I have musculo skele little pain and I'm thirty years old? Well, it's two reasons. Here's how many nutrients your bones and joints need. Here's how many you have? Your body doesn't have the raw materials to handle the normal stress of life. So things are starting to break down, just like the car running out of oil. It's no different. Number two, people are unwittingly

on a regular basis eating food that's inflammatory. Yes, that's a huge one. It's like putting diesel fuel in an unletted engine and then wondering why the car runs like shit, Well it's the wrong fuel. I'm sorry you put the wrong fuel in it. Why did you do that? Because you didn't know any better? So to deal with you know, this type of a situation. It's not a question of what am I going to do to alleviate the pain momentarily, it's what am I going to do to make my body

so healthy that it doesn't have any pain? Right? And that's the better question. And so what do we do to do that? We diet modification, foundation, medical nutrition is the first steps. And fifty percent of the time, even more than that, I'm making these numbers up, man, but it's between fifty and seventy five percent of the time just the generic stuff that I recommend were is enough. It fixes it. There. You know some people that'll fix it one hundred percent, some people fifty percent, some

people twenty five percent. Some people do need a private appointment with someone like me to figure it out, but most people don't. Most people just need to get a clue. I gotta stop eating these foods, Okay, okay, okay, I can do that, And I got to fill my body up with these nutrients. I can do that. And it's those two steps fix half of people's ills, no kidding. And so as far as the sourcing of that type of nutrition and when it comes to what are bad foods

that will also strip your nutrients from you what little you do have. Yeah, so, so, like I heard, sugar is bad for you guys, Like a lot of refined sugar will take most of your nutrients away. Yeah, there's a lot of misunderstanding about sugar, is there. Yeah, your your your DNA is made from sugar, Daniel. That's that's why your wife thinks you're so sweet. Right. So, DNA is an acronym for deoxy ribo nucleic acid. RIBO stands for ribos. It's sugar. So you

know the DNA looks like a ladder that's been twisted. Yeah, Well, the styles of the ladder, the things that go up and down, not the cross members. That's ribos, So your DNA is made from sugar. Sugar is really important for your overall health. Your sugar is the gasoline of the body. You couldn't blink an eyelash without sugar. You need sugar. The problem with sugar, and there's a big flipping problem with sugar in this country, is number one, how much do you eat? I saw a

statistic. I can't remember the number. I think it's like the average American now consumes five hundred times as much sugar in one year as they did one hundred years ago. The amount of sugar that we consume is astronomically high. But more important than that, as far as I'm concerned, is your body's ability to metabolize the sugar. Because what's the job of the sugar. The job of the sugar. You eat something that's got sugar in it, or

a carbohydrate, your body turns it into sugar. Now there's sugar in the bloodstream. Why is there sugar in the bloodstream Because your cells need sugar for energy. It's like the gasoline of the body. But the trick is getting the sugar out of the bloodstream and into the cell. Inside the cell, it's got to go through the cell wall. How does it do that needs minerals to do that. If this is how many minerals your body has,

but this is this is how many you have. The sugar is going to pile up in the blood and it's not going to be able to get into the cell efficiently. It's going to linger in the bloodstream, not because you have a bad gene, not because you ate too much sugar, maybe you did, but because you don't have enough minerals to get it inside the cell where it needs and that leads to a whole host of other problems. Too much sugar in the bloodstream for an extended period of time, that's no bueno.

But usually the problem here is the lack of minerals and also Omega three, essential fatty acids are very important to help this process of getting sugar inside the cell. This is what's necessary. This's what nobody knows. It's really a good idea to moderate the amount of sugar that you eat. But even if you ate the perfect amount of the perfect sugar for your body weight every day, you would still have a problem because you don't have enough minerals and

your body can't make minerals. They have to be imported. Yeah, that's very interesting, and I'm glad I asked that question because I man nutrition ists even at well, I say, even like there's somehow better at hospitals or something, but they're not. They don't give you proper guidance at all whatsoever. They trained in an allopathic model of nutrition, which is juvenile, quite

frankly, and old fashioned and outdated. And although you know it's the norm and the universities these days, but you know, it's like it's like teaching people how to hunt ducks with a slingshot. It's stupid, right, it can be done, but it's a lot harder that way. So one of the questions that I received from a good friend of mine is the person who actually took over the store that I used to have in San Diego for the hot sauce uh RF fan wanted to know he has lipomas in his arms.

And because I had said something, not knowing that that was a thing, or that you have that same man you've been working out, you know, looking big, and he's like, no, man, I have lipomas. And I had to go look that up and he kind of explained to me that, you know, fatty nodules or whatever that just accumulate in the body. And he was curious if there's something that the doctors aren't telling him that it could actually see. How does he have to live with it or is

there something that can dissolve them? Is there some kind of nutrition you can deal with to fix it? Yeah? So, so lipomas are normally so it's an accumulation of fat in the skin, and the skin has a number of different layers in it, like an onion, right, and the layers are interconnected, and your skin is moving all the time, right, you move, the body's skin moves, and the layers of the skin need lubrication in between them. If they run out of lubrication every time you move,

there's friction there that shouldn't ought to be there. And if there's enough friction in one part of your body, part of your skin where there shouldn't be, you're going to get local irritation and the body's going to lay down fat there to relieve it. Yeah, So stand aid basically to try to patch up an inflammation. Yea. So then write not rocket science. So what

do we need weed for skin lubrication? Well, we need sixty minerals sixteen vitamins, twelve amino acids, and two fatty acids, with an emphasis on fatty acids. So for someone with lipomas, we would give the ninety essential nutrients plus extra omega three fatty acids as kind of foundational medical nutrition support Number

one. Number two, If his father, grandfather, mother, or grandmother or any of his brothers or sisters also have lipomas, then he has an inherited constitutional weakness which is not going to be fixed by medical nutrition, but which can be fixed by a therapeutic called homeopathy. So if there's any of that in his family tree, then in addition to the medical nutrition, I

would consult a homeopath. And there's I'm looking it up right now. There are twenty four homeopathic medicines which have been proven to be successful in the treatment of lipomas. But the homeopathic medicine is not prescribed based on the pathology or the diagnosis. The homeopathic medicine is prescribed based on the way the symptoms present. Okay, so he would need to consult a homeopath. You can get a specific treatment for his lipomas which would be different than his next door neighbor's

lip homas. If that makes sense. Yeah, that makes what it make sense? And thank you for that. Yeah, that's that's it makes sense. So another question of his was hair loss. I knew I'd be a trillionaire if I knew the secret to hair loss. So there are a couple of things to be aware of. Right. So hair is a non essential tissue to the human body. So if this is how many nutrients your body

needs. And by the way, the fundamental foundation on which all of nature pathic medicine is built is this that your body is inhabited by a spiritual force which is intelligent. Your body is intelligent. Your body is running millions of biochemical reactions right now, all of which are completely outside of your conscious control. Your body grew itself. I'll buy itself from two cells into you. I'll buy itself. Your body knows how to deal with Your body knows how

to take care of business. This is the fundamental concept of nature pathic medicine. Your body knows how to fix itself. Your body wants to fix itself. Your bodies trying to fix itself, but it needs help. I don't know what that's from. That's not me. I think I asked them some gremlins in on a computer here there's a ghost in the machine. The second time something like that's happened. Great, it's not on my end either. Wow. So so so what were we talking about? The balloons threw me

off. The body knows how to fix itself. Yeah, but what was the oh hair, hair, hair? Okay, good. So here is a non essential tissue. You don't need it to survive. So if this is how many nutrients you need, this is how many you have. Your body knows it's running out of nutrients, so it's gonna rob nutrients from non essential tissue to keep essential tissue healthy. So one of the most prevalent causes

of hair loss is nutrient deficiencies. And you know, our culture is upside down, inside out and ask backwards right right, And so especially in you know the world that that you've walked around in the weightlifting world and the body lifting world, Oh man, they're on the crash course to shortened life spans for sure, a lot of them. Yeah, but seventy five percent of those people are all shave their heads or they're all bald, because that's the

new look, right, brought to you by Vin Diesel. Yeah. So but I'm telling you that hair loss is an indication of nutrient deficiencies. Now with other parts of the body, like with your heart, with your lungs, with your liver, with your kidneys, with your skin, you can joints. You can recover your function. Your function. There is a point of no return for everything, but you can recover your function when most other areas of the body if you if you intervene in time. I don't know

of anything that's going to grow the hair back. I have a couple of ideas based on things that I've seen tangentially with some of my patients, but I don't know of anything that's going to grow the hair back. About ten

percent of the time, and again I just made that number up. When people follow the medical nutrition protocol that I recommend, their hair will grow back, or the white hair turns black or red or goes back to their natural color, or the gray goes away and they go back to their natural color. That happens, But it's the exception and not the rule. And I wish I knew the secret sauce to make that to flip that switch, but

I don't. Yeah, and that's have you seen those little things that look like voda tillers for your head that people like make little micro cuts in and then they throw on whatever miracle grow grass seed chemical is on there. And I've seen people in the bodybuilding community on YouTube that were losing their hair like usually in this spot and it came back, or that's what they said.

Did it Maybe something else did, Maybe they got plugs. I don't know, but it just yeah, So I don't have I don't have any experience with that. And I would argue that if if you do anything extern to fix a problem which arose from an internal imbalance, it's going to be temporary at best, Noah, because you're not, again, not getting to the

root cause of the problem. And this again is a function of the medical culture that we've all grown up in, which is all about treating the symptoms, treating the symptoms, treating the symptoms, treating the symptoms, and not giving a crap about the cause. The tumor is not the disease. It's the result of the disease. So when you cut the tumor out with surgery, or you burn it with chemo with radiation, or you dissolve it with

chemo, what happens. It comes back comes back with a flipping vengeance, and that's what kills cancer patients, but nobody talks about that. The giant problem. I've had patients that have had four knee replacements forgot. You know, it's you don't have arthritis in your knee because you have a titanium kneed deficiency. That's what everybody thinks, and you know medical doctors. I've was talking to a medical doctor twenty years ago and he said, look, in

his perfect world, everybody would have their tonsils removed at birth. Everybody would have their appendix removed at birth, everybody would have their gallbladder removed at birth, and every woman after the childbearing years would have a uterson or ovaries removed because it's only a matter of time until those things break and you're and you're in trouble, so just take them, take them out because you don't really need them. That's how these people think. And it's in freaking insanity.

And I'm choosing my words carefully. It's insane, right, not not evil, but we won't call it that at the moment. So when it comes to adamo strengthening and teeth whitening, what are natural ways to do that? If there is any because I've heard there's a lot of claims about, you know, how you can strengthen your enamel, and then I've heard that none of them are actually true. So I don't know if there's something that can be done with calcium or magnesium or whatever. But oh, I've seen at

work. Yeah. Yeah, So there's two things to do. There's one thing you can do topically, and there's one thing you can do internally. The thing that you do internally is the ninety essential nutrients, because your body needs now sixty six percent of the ninety essential nutrients are minerals, things like calcium and fluoride and phosphorus, things that there your bones need to be healthy.

Sixty six percent of your nutrient needs are minerals. So you've got to be chugging this stuff down on a regular basis or you are sol no kidding. And if you do have a problem with you know, your teeth are losing flora, your teeth are yeah, becoming underfluoridated. There's a homeopathic medicine. I'll write it down here because it's a Latin name and put it up on the screen. It's called Calcarria florica. Let me put it up here, can I ask, is that a different type of fluoride than what they

would put in your water? Oh? Yes, yes, and what they put in the water is going to freaking kill you, right, Okay, I just want to make sure that we established that so people don't start drinking tap water based on that. Yeah. Yeah, it's very different. Oh, it's a homeopathic medicine called Calcarria florica. You get it in the six Oops. I forgot to see six sea potency six sea. See, like Charlie, this is going to come in little tiny white pellets or little tiny

white tablets about the half the size of an aspirin. See. You take a bunch of these, you put them in a mortar and pestle and you grind them up, put a couple drops the water in and make a paste. Then you take a Q tip and you paint the paste on the teeth that have the enamel problem. And if you do that every day for twenty one days, the fluoride will come right back, or the enamel will come right back. Wow, that's awesome. Yeah, a lot of people have

that. I don't know what the actual cause is, but some people say they have soft teeth, they have soft teeth because ninety central, right, they ran out of minerals to keep their teeth healthy. This isn't rocket science, right, right, there's no gene that codes for bad teeth. I'm sorry it doesn't exist. That makes sense. So what is if you if you could pick one thing that would supply the most like on a budget,

what would what would you recommend? You would recommend canceling your medical insurance and using the money that you were paying for medical insurance premiums every month, buy your nutritional supplements. You got to get a freaking clue. This is not there's no you know. This is not a game. This is your body needs this stuff and if you don't have it, it's only a matter of time until something breaks. So find a way to afford it. Get a

second job, I don't care. Get a divorce and take all your husband's money. I don't care. Find a way to afford this and the so and look here's the deal man. The nutritional supplements that I recommend, I recommend because in thirty five years of clinical work, they're the most effective ones I've ever seen, and I don't make any money from their sale. Let me say it one more time, I don't make any money from their sale, but I still recommend them because they're the most effective ones i've seen,

and I've seen them all because that's what my profession does. That's our wheelhouse and I've been doing it for thirty five years. And coincidentally, the supplements that I recommend, the ninety essential Nutrients, the Foundation pack, are sold by a company that gives people the option. It's not mandatory, but it's optional to become a distributor of the supplements. So if you take the supplements,

you like how they make you feel. You feel good, Your sleeps better, your mood's better, your energy is better, your joints are better, everything's better. You feel great. This stuff is great stuff. Doctor Glynnon's right. Then when you turn your friends and family members and church members and gym mats onto it, you get paid. So I know people are making six figures a year selling this stuff, and I know people that are making just enough to get their supplements for free. So the money issue is

not an issue. It's not It's only an issue in people's minds, and it doesn't really exist because there's a work around here. I think the only thing that I've had from Angevity so far was the plant arrived minerals and Rebecca and I love that. It was you got you have to dig another bottle soon Sumo's out. Yeah, So that's that one product, and I think it's twenty one bucks. Sixty six percent of your body's nutrient needs that one

bottle. But remember, and this is important because you know, we're so used to the allopathic reductionistic model. It has infiltrated every aspect of our life. It's called holistic medicine for a reason. Minerals are sixty six percent of your nutrient needs. But you don't just need minerals. You need vitamins, amino acids and essential fats too. It's like a you know, orchestra, you need everything. If you just take the minerals, you will feel better.

But if you take all ninety essential nutrients, that's when the magic happens. And that's what people need to understand. And honest to God, Daniel, one of the only reasons that my profession still exists in this medical monopoly that's been around for over one hundred years is because we get results more often than not. And so when people follow my advice most of the time, they feel better, and you know, the proof is in the pudding,

and that's what keeps people coming back to the well results, right. Yeah. I'm just looking to see if there's any questions, and I'm seeing some stuff in the chat here and it says, thank God, I've hope from the hospital. This is but my heart was only beating at ten percent last week and my organs were shutting down. They want to give me heart meds to help his squeeze better. And what does doctor Gooden think of mighty ninety

by Youngevity. I think that's we've kind of covered that, right, Yeah, So that's my So, So here's what I want to tell the listening audience about Youngevity. Youngevity is the company that makes the supplements that I recommend. I'm not a Youngevity corporate member. I'm not paid by Young Jevity. I do not own any stock in Youngevity. I am not a distributor of

the Youngevity nutritional supplements. I make no money from their sale. Youngevity has thousands of distributors all around the world, some of whom are honest and have integrity, and some of whom don't care. All they want to do is sell as many products as they possibly can. They don't give a crap. So if you are interested in taking the Youngevity nutritional supplements, you are the smartest person in your neighborhood. But you need to get them from the correct

Youngevity distributor or you will be taken for a ride. And Daniel is a Youngevity distributor. So if you're interested in getting the Youngevity products and kicking those tires and slamming those stores, you should purchase the products from Daniel. Give his office a call. He'll tell you what to do, or put you in touch with people in his organization that will tell you what to do, and then everybody wins. And no matter who you get the stuff from,

you're going to pay the same price. So it's not like there's price gouging or price fixing or anything like that. But it's a question of integrity and the knowledge base behind the people who are selling you the stuff. So it's a really big deal. It's really important that you have that piece figured out absolutely. And let's see, there's one learn here. Thought, okay, well, let's move on to this next one. Because this was a question

that was said to us thyroid health. Now, I know there's a couple of things out there, and maybe this actually works its way into a discussion about selenium too, I don't know. Yeah, so how their problem is that, you know, they worked in it around all the equipment all the time. And now maybe it's that reason, maybe it's not. But they're dealing with Graves disease. Okay, so Graves disease. And for the previous person who asked the questions, she's got the funky heart. Yeah, so

I wouldn't do the mighty ninety from Young Jevity. I would do the Young Jevity Healthy Brain and Heart pack. It's called the healthy Brain and Heart pack for a reason because it gives you the foundation ninety essential nutrients plus extra stuff for your heart, which is important. That's where I would start all right. Now, as far as the thyroid goes, people don't get thyroid issues

because they're sitting in front of a computer every day. People get thyroid issues because your body has run out of the nutrients that it needs to keep itself healthy and their thyroid was their weak link. So if you look at a side X ray of the neck, to do a side X ray of the neck lateral X ray. Your neck has a curve in it looks like an s that's the natural optimal way for the atomy of your body to be.

If anybody has any thyroid problem whatsoever, you need to go to a chiropractor, have a lateral X ray of your neck and have the chiropractor check the curve. Either have a nice, healthy curve or you don't. A lot of people have what's called a military neck, where their neck is like a it's and their neck in their head is like a popsicle on a stick. There's no curve whatsoever. So if you don't have the right curve, the nerves that are in your neck that go to your thyroid are not going to

be optimal. The signal is going to be interrupted because the curve isn't correct. And that's what you've got to get the nerve function optimized in order to have a healthy thyroid, and you have to have the curve of the neck assessed. Now, a good chiropractor is worth their weight in gold. Let me say that again. A good chiropractor is worth their weight in gold. The trouble is is finding a good chiropract So you have to ask around right,

I don't know, figure it out. Find a good chiropractor. I prefer chiropractors that have been trained either in applied kinesiology or total body modification as add ons to their education. But nonetheless, you need the curve in your neck assessed. Now. If the neck is not correct, if the curve is not if the curve is funky, the chiropractor will be able to put you on a program with exercises you can do at home, and with adjustments

the chiropractor can do to put the curve back. So you have to figure that out first. Number two, Yeah, of course, load it up, Load it up on your nutens that you need. Yeah, with an emphasis on iodine. Okay, yep. And the iodine that I prefer is made by a company called Surroyal. It's not a young ngevity product s E R O y A L. It's called gamadin iodine g A M M A D Y N iodine. Alex Jones also sells a good iodine, at least he used to. But I have a love hate relationship with him. So

I don't know. M So, I don't know if I'm reading this right, but it says, what are your thoughts on it looks like it says I G with a bigger G testing. Oh yeah, I G G testing Okay. So that's that's fancy schmancy doctor acronym talk for immune globulin G. And that's A that's a part of the blood which is supposedly related to how

your immune system deals with things. So if people think or know that they have a reaction to food, you know, like the kid eats a peanut and his neck swells up and he can't breathe and he eats the epipantor he's going to die. That's an immediate hypersensitivity reaction, which is moderated theoretically by the immunoglobulin A. It's an immediate hyper sensitivity reaction. Immunoglobulin G is related to delayed hypersensitivity reactions, which means you eat a peanut and six hours later

your knees hurt as a result of the inflammation caused by the peanut. So there's blood testing that you can do which checks your blood and the IgG component against you know, five hundred different foods and then gives you back a report. You know, peanuts are okay, but you shouldn't even look at Granny Smith apples. Just don't do it, and you know I don't. I've had limited clinic. All of this testing, by the way, looks really

good on paper. The research is good, the laboratory methodology is good, there's an adequate amount of sensitivity and specificity. But in clinical work, I don't know. I don't know. I haven't ordered an IgG test in twenty five years, so I don't lean on them. What I prefer people to do is you do something called the diet diary, where every time you eat something, you write it down on a piece of paper for seven days in a row, and then on day eight you look at everything that you eat

and you categorize the stuff that you eat. Right, maybe I eat a lot of bread, Maybe I eat a lot of cow's milk products, milk, cheese, butter, ice cream, whatever, whatever it is that you eat the most of. Don't eat that for twenty one days and see how you feel. That's the first place to start when you're trying to figure for

the food thing out. Yeah, you know, that accountability thing kind of plays into that, because when you have to write down what you eat and you don't just mindlessly grab something, you have to actually think about what you're doing. I think that alone starts to alter your habits a little bit because you're like, oh my god, is that what I did yesterday? And that's true. Yeah, And I know when I do ice cream because I

don't really drink milk or anything like that. I eat cheese, but I think there's an enzyme missing, so it's not like drinking milk or whatever. But I get like bloated gas panes in my intestines the next day. So

I tried out to do that. I love ice cream, but I'll still try to stay away from it. And it's interesting because it's a delayed reaction, so a lot of people will miss it because they haven't been trained to put two and two together, like with you, I mean hard enough to understand, well, I eat ice cream on Monday on Tuesday, I'm gonna have a problem. Most people they eat ice cream on Monday Tuesday, they

have the problem. They don't connect it at all to the ice cream that they ate the night before, because who thinks like that, right, But you're absolutely correct, And this again goes to the lack of education that we've had in you know, grade school and high school and college about all these simple things because of the medical monopoly. Yeah, they keep us in the dark, and they keep opening up our pockets too. So if you knew

what I know, you'd be horrified. We go into some deep dives into like the more I guess more people would have a hard time if they have never been exposed to it, to accept it as being in reality. But I mean, there's there seems like a lot of delivered action going on, and for what for what gain I can I can have. I have a few ideas for what for what ends? They're trying to started one hundred years ago, and it's a plan. This isn't happening by accident. The proliferation

of fast food is not an accident. The methodology of farming is not an accident. The ridiculous notion of the Mediterranean diet was not an accident. All of these things have happened in a step wise fashion in order to make people sick and to give big farm more money. Because remember, in the pharmaceutical model, nothing is cured. Everything is managed. Nothing is cured, everything

is managed. And remember a patient cured is a customer loss. So it's been set up educationally, socially in order to keep people in the dark about real aspects of health and human anatomy and physiology, and to feed them pun intended food which is hurting them, and then to only give them access to medicine which is never intended to cure the condition. And this is what we've

all gotten used to. There's so many things that they let label as health food that are like just like the Amiga six content not to mention the heck saying GrapeSEED oil is supposed to be this, it's it's not, And they punted off as a health food product that's in you know, sprouts and whole foods as such, labeled as such, and that stuffs awful. And almonds if you're a male from what I gather, walnuts and almonds are not good

for free testosterone in your body. I could be wrong about that, yeah, And also I mean, you know then and now for the icing on the cake, big corporations like Nestley and pharmaceutical companies are buying up item companies m and adulterating the products. Right. That's happened to three four companies that I was I loved as a nature path and you know that's our wheelhouse man. I mean, I've I used to work for a nutritional supplement company that

only sold to doctors. They had the best quality control in the industry period. That was their thing. That's why they were formed, and they did it and they were just bought out and now they're the products are not the same. It's a big problem in this in this world, and it's getting worse, folks, it's not getting better. You better smart enough, You better learn what to do to make yourself healthy. You better do it because the medical allopathic medicine is not the way to do it. Yeah. You

one person would say, Okay, it's a corporation. They're trying to cheapen the product and raise a profit. I don't think that's the case. I think they're just trying to eliminate a source of fixing yourself away from there. And they don't care what the loss is because it's all funny money to them anyway, that's right. And now they're taking homeopathic medicines out of whole foods. Jeez, you weren't they going to make a prescription only or something like

that. And it has to go through the trying to They tried first, they said it doesn't work. It's placebo. It doesn't work. It's placebo. It doesn't work. It's placebo. It's quack medicine. It's placebo. It doesn't work. It's placebo. And then they said, oh, we need to regulate it because it's a drug. So you know, there is no honor amongst thieves. Only in inverted world. Would that make any sense whatsoever? Okay, So I just had this actual thing happening with Rebecca,

and it could have been going on for a very long time. She had mercury feelings in her teeth still, and I just had I just paid to have her, you know, removed from one side. She has two more on the other side, but they're apparently art leaking. But we're going to take care of those next. But they didn't want to do they beget on both sides for the reason I guess they couldn't. So it's got to be

two sessions. But she had three cavities, and they were supposedly really good about cleaning out all the whatever they said it was in the inside and all that stuff, and then they captain and filled it with obviously not metal, but for however long there was mercury feelings were in there. How could that? I mean, she's had all kinds of joint pains. Her tongue was swelling and getting you know, bubbles and stuff like that for a while.

And you know, I get told everything at the last minute. It says, it's like suffering this time long in silence, and then you tell me and I go get it fit. You know, I get it fixed. But you know, she was chewing on ice for like months and months and not She's like, my tongue hurts. I'm like, and then she finally explains to me that she has these feelings. I'm like, well, we got to get rid of those, okay. So there's a couple of things

that she should do. I was one of the first nature pathic doctors in the world to do heavy metal analysis and detox. That's where I met my significant other. She worked for the lab, the best lab in the world that is involved with the determination of heavy metal toxicity. That's how we met. So I've forgotten more about heavy metal toxicity than most doctors know. So

here's what I want to tell her and you in a nutshell. Okay, So when it comes to mercury, one of the symptoms of Frank mercury toxicity is scolloping on the edges of the tongue. It's inflammation of the tongue, and the tongue gets so big that when you stick the tongue out, it still has the indentation of the teeth on the side of the tongue because the tongue is too big, and that can cause irritation and ulceration over time. So in the face of that symptom, she would benefit from this medicine.

I'll write it down. It's called Mercurious Solubless. You can get it at the health food store. Better hurry though, Yeah right, let me see if I can get this one. Can't type today for some reason. Here it is. I just said, I think the last time you're wrong, we were talking about propaganda around the I mean, I guess I can't do it that way. That's one. You're Curious solubless. I get it. Make sure it's meopathic thirty C potency. Sometimes this product is also sold as

Mercurious Vivus vi iv us. It's the same thing. Get in the thirty C potency. I would have her take two pellets orally once a day for seven days and see if she notices a positive difference. If she does, she should continue it until she's better, or she develops an aggravation. She develops an aggravation, that's a good sign she should stop taking it. The medicine will continue to work, the aggravation will pass, and then she'll experience

a cure. Sometimes you get the aggravation. Sometimes we don't. But if she takes it for seven days and not a damn thing happens, she stops. Okay, okay, number one, Number two, you have to do a web search for this product because it is no longer sold. It's a controlled substance now in the United States. The acronym is DMSA. For years. This is a key lating agent, a heavy metal key lator for years, for twenty years into my practice. I graduated in ninety one, right

around the turn of the century. And don't quote me on that, the FDA decided to make DMSA a controlled substance, took it off the shelves. You couldn't, couldn't no longer available over the counter as a nutritional supplement, can't do it, eat a doctor's prescription for it. Why did they do that? Because it is a safe, safe, safe, effective way of number one determining if you have heavy metal toxicity and number two helping your body to get rid of it. Let's not do that. Let's not make that

available to the general public. So try to find it if you can and get it. There's a company in South Africa that sells it. So I have a question now that we brought this up. There's a chilute out there that's safe, safe, safe safe, How does that compare to something that you can get called DTA. Well, you can only do. The most effective thing to get rid of mercury is DMSA. Okay, So if we're

talking about mercury, then you need DMSA. You don't need DTA, right, And I was just wondering if there is more health issues potentially because I'm tilled it strips away everything. Well, I'm only at the beginning of my diatribe here. You're absolutely right. Sorry, Okay, So it's twenty milligrams per kilogram of DMSA. Twenty milligrams per kilogram. You're not to exceed more

than two grams in one day. Twenty milligrams per kilogram. So you take that and then you collect your urine for six hours and then you send a sample of that the lab and I'll tell you where to order the test. You can order it all on your own. Do this all on your own, and then the lab will analyze it and they will tell you whether or not there's mercury in your system. Now, this is an easy thing to figure out because the mercury is either there or it's not there, and if

it's there, this will determine it. I mean, this is like using a metal detector for look for gold. It's either there or it's not there, right, Okay, So this eliminates all the guesswork because sometimes with the malgams, you know the mercury off gases and then it's gone from the filling, but it's in your system. Sometimes your system can get rid of it, sometimes it can't, and this is the only way to know. So the test you order at direct Labs m H D I R E C T

L A B S dot com. The laboratory the name of the test is urine toxic metal urine toxic metal. The laboratory is Doctor's Data. Urine toxic metals by Doctor's data. So you do twenty milligrams per kilogram of d M S A just chug it down, swallow it down, and then I would say, for the next twelve hours collect you. So Doctor's Data will send you a kit that includes urine collection device, an orange container that you pee

into, where you pour your urine into. After you pee it, put it in the fridge, and then you pour off a sample of that into a sample tube that you mail back to the lab. And they send you all of this before you do the testy and then you'll know. And then if it comes back positive, have me back on the show and I'll tell you what to do for it. Okay. You think that it's possible to acquire the d MSA somewhere, Yeah, yeah, okay, yeah, I

know of a country, a company in South Africa that sells it. Okay, So so, and this is another little little known nugget of pharmaceutical FDA ftc HM freaking nastiness. I mean, it's I'm telling you, if you knew what I know, you'd be huddled in a corner shivering. It's bad. Man. As bad as you know it is, it's a hundred times worse, and it's not going to get any better anytime soon. People need to figure out now what to do to extract themselves from the conventional medical mouse

trap and only use conventional medicine for traumacare because that's their wheelhouse. And ironically, it's not that hard to do. If you're smart enough to pass the driver's license test, you're smart enough to learn what to do. And that's why I have all the information that I have on my website. That's why I exist to provide self help health recovery information based on thirty five years of clinical experience to anybody with ears to hear. It's all on my website that

there's a link to at your website. Yeah, it's actually reading the description and I'm going to just share it real quick. That screen right now, but don't get me started. Pisses me off. How much people suffer needlessly. They suffer needlessly. Yeah, it's good to make it. Throw it up there, and then you have all kinds of videos on here and all kinds of information for people that they could You can spend hours upon hours upon hours learning lots of stuff here. Yeah, it's pretty cool, actually,

if I do say so myself. It's taken me a long time to put this together, but I did it, and it's just by way of empowerment. Man. I mean that if you go back to if you scroll back to cholesterol yep, yeah, scroll up a little bit. That one video right there, cholesterol mythbusting, that's worth the price of admission all by itself, just that one video. I've got hundreds of hours of instruction on this website. People need to know it. People should have been taught this in

high school. They should have been taught this in high school, but they weren't. And more's the pity, and uh doc lit it. I think, I think the point because I don't want to be lost on people who you know, maybe didn't quite catch that. If this isn't just about an alternative way to make yourself healthy or a different approach to it, it's you're actually fighting a war with people who have very ill intent for anyone that's caught

in their system. That's I mean, that's when that I mean, that's what it all boils down to. I mean, I never, you know, I never, I never signed up to be in a war. But here we are, and you got to do something. What am I going to do? Shut up and go home and have a private practice, and you know, treat three hundred people a year. Well, I mean I do that, but there's hundreds of millions of people who are suffering needlessly. Like your buddy with he's thirty years old. Is the the military vet.

Come on, man, that's not the hardest thing in the world to fix. And there's lots. You wouldn't believe what I've seen. Number one, you wouldn't believe the mess the messes that myself and my colleagues have had to clean up. You have a number but most more importantly, you wouldn't believe the things we've seen people recover from. That's a big one. Yeah, that's the big one, man. And you know this is not guaranteed. This is not a panacee, a cure all for all human ill It's not

that. But it's a very smart, very sophisticated medical intervention which is consistent with natural law and which in my platform, is based on three decades of clinical experience. So you're intervening on the interveners, you're fixing what they just broke, trying to and you know, every once in a while we get

a win, and it's a great thing. That's amazing, And that's that's I just hope everybody is picking up on the importance of this right now, because he's right, I don't know what I don't know that he does know, And I already think it's a malicious, wicked, evil system that's definitely geared toward the shrinkage of the amount of us little people walking around here any way they can, and I don't think any I don't think half of them are aware of it, But I think from the from the top, it's

exactly what the plant is and has been for a while's integrated with eugenics and euthanasia and all kinds of other stuff too. So the zen sword that cuts through all of this that everybody can use. You just have to ask yourself right now, well, how I feel, how's my health? How am I doing? How's my mood, How's my energy, how's my appetite, how's my weight, how's my sleep, how's my sex drive, how's my aches and pains? How am I doing? How much money am I paying

in medical insurance premiums for the privilege of feeling like shit? And what can I do to actually make myself healthier? And it might come as a great revelation to people that you're a medical doctor, maybe the nicest person God ever created. But you're a medical doctor doesn't practice medicine. They practice allopathic medicine. An allopathic medicine teaches its practitioners disease management, not health care. If you want to learn healthcare, which would be prudent and smart, then you

have to go somewhere else. And I would start with me this from the shameless department of self promotion. Yeah, but you're spot on with that. I learned, I am still learning and continue to learn every day a little bit more, especially when I think I've gotten it all figured out, I

realized that even the stuff that I thought was helping Losco poisoned. You know, it's like or not as efficient or won't absorb as well, and there's a better form out there that's actually gonna do the job, and you're not gonna have to overload with the crap and you know all that stuff. It's just there's so many things, so many layers that you have to dig yourself out of because the mindset is still stuck there. Well, look, Daniel, don't feel bad, because I mean it's it's the same with me and

anybody that's really a true physician. Because That's why it's called the practice of medicine, right, Because I mean, I look back at the stuff I did twenty years ago and I was like, oh, I mean, could have done better there, Pete. But I didn't know what I didn't know, And so it's never a story. And what I practice every day. You will not find a more open minded doctor in the world than me. It's impossible because I work at it every day. Every day. I work

at being open minded and learning more. And I learned. I learn more every month. I learn new stuff. Here's what I just learned. One thing I just learned. The human body is a battery. The stomach provides the acid, the bones provide the base. The brain is the positive pole. The liver is the negative pole. So in order to have optimal brain

health, you need to have optimal liver health. Which is interesting because statin drugs, which are clinically linked to dementia and theoretically linked allegedly linked to Alzheimer's disease. I think Alzheimer's disease is caused by statin drugs. That's what I think. Staton drugs work by inflaming the liver, so you messed the liver up. You messed the brain up. You mess the liver up, you messed the brain up. Interesting. Uh huh wow. So yeah, it's

that everything's connected, type of like a Buddhist en stuff there. You know, I'm not a fan of Buddhism, but yeah, you're right, said, yeah, I'm not either. It's more of a materialistic type of approach to life. It's weird and everything is craph Boy, are there any more questions? Are we good? I think we're good with this list today. I just think that when people start getting used to this being a thing that's happening on regular basis, just like it'll it'll, it'll be more callers come

in. People are shy at first too, so I get that too. Yeah, let's style it in then every Thursday. I'm good, all right, sounds good, and then I'll send the links and we'll be good and I'll make that call that I need to make that we discussed earlier too. Really good, very good, look forward. I appreciate everything that you do and the platform here because it's important. You know, a rising tide does

lift all boats. So I'm in Thank you so much, sir. We do appreciate your time and we do appreciate your knowledge, your wisdom, and me personally, I appreciate your humor so much. Well, I think I need more of that. I'm looking at I look at a lot of videos that I did, like you know, five ten years ago, and I was much funnier than than I am now. I think I think the weight of all of this has kind of affected me like that. But so it's gotten a lot more real. You can't avoid it, can't ignore it.

So I will endeavor to be more funny in the future. Excellent. You hear that promise everybody and told them to it all right, thank you, sir, see in the future, thanks so much. Yep. And for everyone else out there, we are out. I have lots of stuff to do up until next Monday, so you probably this is going to be the last video, so watch it more of the ones for a little while, right, all right, So there we go. We are done. A couple of things I want to just since we're here. The doctor Peter Glyndon

link. The reason why the membership is also important is because you're going to get two extra times a week to ask him his question, ask questions to him, and it's not something you have to call. You can type it in the chat. You can send an email ahead of time and it'll be part of the thing. So what he does is he sends out an email says, you know, the schedule for the week. It's usually the same.

Uh, there's a there's a Tuesday and a Thursday. The Thursday one happens two hours before this show, so there's an hour of live Q and a that day and then tuesdays, so two hours total every week. The Thursday one it ends he's got he's you know, has us lunch or whatever for an hour and then comes back out with us. So you can utilize those three a week. We have include ours to get a lot of these

questions answered. And I think I hope that we're conveying here that there's a real serious need for this because everything that we were taught about nutrition, health, food and what food is and what food isn't it has all been used against us to make us speaker sicker on our way to on our road to a decline so that we're not And also cloud of judgment. You know, if you're sick, you don't fight so well, and if you think you're

being taken care of by your executioner. Then you're in a lot of trouble. Right if you mistake your executioner as your friend or your doctor or your go to for human health advice, probably not the best idea. And there's a reason why one hundred years ago, nineteen twelve, I think it was that they made these This war began with Rockefeller. I mean, he was on the scene in the early eighteen eighties, but late late eighteen eighties.

Sorry, but you know, the laws actually came in nineteen twelve, and you know, and then the lobbying with the unlimited funds, and you know, when you look at the nineteen thirty three bankruptcy, it wasn't a country anymore anyway. So the banks that were funding Rockefeller owned it, owned us by that point, so they were going to call the shots regardless. Understand So nature, apathy, homeopathy, chiropractic, aira vedic, all the stuff

that's been around for thousands of years and helping people. Not saying you've every one of those categories where around for thousands of years, but natural law has been around forever, and that's what the principles are of all those things. They stomped that out. They intentionally poisoned a lot of the things that people used to use as you know, remedies, and they would then call it poison because they added the poison to it. And one of those ones was

adding petroleum products to turpentine oil. No, if you have parasites, I don't know if there's anything better than that that might be, but I know that that helps, and there's a lot of other things out there. You know. The one question didn't get asked about where because I want to he's the master of what selenium can do to help. Granted that's one of ninety, right, So what we need to kind of I think we all need

to on our own, like as our homework. Let's first get those Let's first get those essential minerals, vitamins and fatty acids in us and then reassess ourselves later to see how am I feeling and do myself the same problems. I have the same questions to ask because it's it's really because it is the wrong the wrong fuel in the tank or not just the wrong fuel, a weak fuel, you know, ineffective fuel, counterintuitive. You know, it's

fighting you more than it's helping. So fixing all that and I'm one of the people that have to do that myself. Yeah, to do it, and you know I would throw in in addition to like what you're gonna find on young Jet, I have to set up a couple of things and then I'll send and then I'll have something there for you guys to look at. But I can't say enough. This is the quantum energy minerals by doctor Manso.

That link is already there and there's fifty percent off of that. But what I'm saying this for is because this is an enhance full vacumic acid.

It's just specifically imprinted, sorry, especially imprinted with quantum energetic signatures to increased benefits meaning frequency, right, and we just I'm so glad that doctor Peter G. Linden had just told us, you know, about the human battery that we are, because that plays right into thetorial field that we create, the magnetic field around us, the aura, the bio field as they say, and that lends a lot of credence, not that I was ever doubting

this to doctor Alfonso Manzo's als Taft body system where he shows you how to fix that you know, that electrical body that you have and to acknowledge it, and then you know when things actually do benefit you. By doing these things, it's more more confirmation that this is actually what your human body is, and it's an intelligent, intelligently designed, amazing, miraculous thing, and

you got to feed it with the needs internally. You gotta spiritually be right with yourself and you gotta you gotta understand that everything is working against us, all the EMR, all the radio frequencies, all that crap. But if for also not, if we're undernutrified, what what are we trying to? You know, what do we expect it's going to affect us more? Our shields won't be up as anyway, it would be very weak shields, right,

So check out the description. If you have any questions. You have doctor Peter g Linnen's link at the very top for the membership and you just click it and then you're off and running. You have a set up to your thing and you're good to go. All right. You don't have to do any codes. Codes is already embedded into the affiliate link, so it goes right through that and you're done. I'll get the Eiffel sorry, the youngevity thing set up and make a phone call and uh, just geting situated.

I started doing something a long time, I forgot to finish it or something else happened, so I got to get done. And then you guys will have access to cheaper Young Devity two or the same. I don't know how it works, but I'll find out. Okay, do that's it, and then just on this on the side. If it wasn't for I don't care about this. I mean the brand, not not. So I'm not specific to a brand. This particular one I can find easily locally, and

it was inexpensive relative to what it normally is for trading. And I've been using this stuff for nine years to keep myself alive, not feeling like I'm dying. I was one of my daughter was when I found out we were going to have a daughter. I said, okay, no more stupid, but no more stupid, right, I'm not gonna do anything stupid anymore. So I start drinking reb I could start drinking obviously because it's pregnant, but

she's having We have never drink it since, is the point. It's eight years ago, so create them never had any kind of issue with it. Was more of like a boredom habit than it was I needed alcohol or anything

like that. It it didn't affect me at all. And I was a guy that in his early twenties I would have like, you know, bottles of hot sauce and beer filling my fridge and some cheese, you know, So that that was just because I liked varieties, and I was like, yeah, let's check out the cherry wheat today, and you know, the blueberry Sea Dog blue pile or something like that. But yeah, it's just yeah, I got over it. I wore myself out on it. I tired myself, I got boring. So I didn't want to do it anymore

anyway, And there you have it. Have a good one. I'll talk to you later. I have to go get out of here, make some hot sauce, and get an order out to San Diego by day right after my personal training appointment. Then got to go out there, so Tuesday you'll be gone as well. I just realized that because by the time I get out there, three hour drive, drop off the stuff, make one stop to get more supplies for sauce, it's gonna be too late to then drive

to La to get the containers. That I need, because we went through so many when I sent out this emailer hopefully and then then will then the orders just dried up for like three days, so I don't know what's up. I guys got to keep on priming the pump. You can't hit the same people every time. So check out the sauce. It's awesome and there's an eleven percent discount on it, and I make it handcrafted custom. Every time somebody orders, it's the freshnest it possibly could be, because I just

made it then for you. All right, there you go. Sure, And if you don't think you like hot sauce, it's because you haven't had one that wasn't mass produced before probably and you probably have and you most certainly probably didn't have mine. Because even people say they don't like certain things, and I'm not just talking about house sauce, but like, oh I don't like that ingredient to like take my taste my sauce like, and they buy it, used to buy it from the story all the time, like oh

I don't like this certain thing. I'm like, just try it. If you don't like this, you know, it's about the bottle. So preconceived notions of bad experiences, got shrugged those off. All right, that's it. I think I'm done. Next week we're gonna call in though, right. Thank you, appreciate it, have a wonderful day and weekend. I might be back on again because there's something really messed up that I wanted to talk about. This isn't the right conversation for it, but I've got something

I don't even want to put it at the end of this. I just want to tell you about it, and if I have time to wedge it in. It might be in the middle of the night, like I do. Sometimes. There's something that I think is kind of important that's going on, and I think we all need to be aware of it, and it's kind of happening, maybe possibly tomorrow, so I might have to do that tonight. We'll see, all right. Be on the lookout, Bolo, Be on the lookout, Bolo. Get it alright. Bye,
