Hello everybody. We are back with doctor Peter Glidden here on. Let's see. We are on Facebook, we are on Witter because I refuse to call it the other name, and we are on Rumble. We were kicked off of YouTube last time, so I'm not gonna mess with it anymore. Let me fix this background because they always change it there. No, it's nice and breat everybody's happy again. I can see your comments on if you guys,
depending on where you are. If you're in Facebook, I'm gonna be able to see them in one section, if you're on the other one. Look forward to the show today as always. Okay, cool, thank you guys, forty five and we are ready to rock. So doctor Peter Gliddon, hef you Ben, How was how was your week? Yeah, we've been good. Things are good. It's getting getting cold here. I know a professional meteorologist too. He's like against he's been doing it forever and he's
he's against the whole computer modeling weather predictive stuff. He thinks it's you know, like mostly bs. And he tells me that next week in my neck of the woods it's going to be about twenty below. Wow, local the normal you know, like ABC, NBC, c NBC predictions are it's going to be nine below. But he's saying it's going to be twenty below, So we'll see if he's right. Is that before or after windfield? In upstate New York? The way say, oh, the windshill factor is this
or the windfield factor is that it's before the windshill? Yeah? Man, So so you know in wintertime, it's all right, it's been greater. It's been a gray, gray, gray winter. Yeah. You're up in Minnesota too, right, So I mean, I actually had a couple of people this week contact me looking for your office, so I sent them the correct information so that they could hopefully find you. Okay, So I do
not have a brick and mortar practice anymore. I stopped the brick and mortar thing about five years before COVID, and I only treat well, I only have clients virtual, Okay, So I consult with people all around the world virtually. Let me see, this morning, I talked to a guy in Chicago, Michigan, someone in Florida, and we had someone in Barbados. So we're everywhere all the time. That's one of the good things about COVID. You know it's made this whole tell a consulting much more of a norm
than an outlier, so more and more people are used to it. And I got to tell you that the uh the I've come away with a couple of take homes after doing this for thirty five years, and the number one take home is that for most of the conditions that most people go to the doctor for most of the time, you don't need a private appointment with someone
like me. If you finally had a you know, aha moment and you're you've seen the shortcomings finally of the conventional medical method and you're actively seeking alternatives, well that's a great thing. And it's my experience that the first thing that you should do is from the comfort of your own home, on your own you should modify your diet. You should take a handful of nutritional supplements on a regular basis, and you should do that for ninety days and then
see how you are. And the majority of the time, the generic health recovery protocols are all that's required. You don't need a private appointment with someone. Why because the human body knows how to fix itself. The human body wants to fix itself. The human body is trying to fix itself all the time. This is the biggest secret in the twenty first century of medicine.
Because you're a medical doctor, would have you believe that it's all a giant, complicated genetic mashup, and you can only figure this out if you have a doctoral degree. And it's they're wrong. It's absolutely, positively, one hundred percent wrong. So this is why I've really gone whole hog over the last five years into putting information on the website which serves that need. Right, if you have asthma, point and click, I'll tell you what to
do for ninety days. See how far back you bounce. You've got fibromyalgia, I tell you what to do. You've got rheumatoid arthritis, I tell you what to do. You got heartburn, you get high blood pressure, you got talk about eighty eight different diseases. I think on my website and I tell you what to do for ninety days in order to stimulate your body's ability to fix itself. And you're going to be surprised at what happens when
you employ these protocols, and it's it's quite remarkable. There's a little bit humbling to me right as a private physician, because you want to think that you know, everybody's different and everybody needs Yeah, they're there, they're the illnesses right there. So this is this is my message. I'm sorry about that. This is my message that surgery is complicated, but healing is easy.
And if you're stuck with a diagnosis and you want to actively do something about it, just go to my website, source the information, apply the information, and then see where that leaves you in ninety days. Yeah, the lyme disease one, I think there's a lot of misconceptions as to what that even is. He has a lot of misconception about a lot of things.
And again, just to be clear, right, your medical doctor is trained to treat pathology, so they don't and nature pathic doctors, Iurvedic practitioners, homeopathic doctors, and anybody who practices holistic medicine spelled with a W by the way, right, anybody that practices holistic medicine treats physiology. The medical doctor treats pathology. But the problem is the pathology is not the disease, the result of the disease, So the tumor isn't the disease. It's the
result of the disease. The cataract isn't the disease, it's the result of the disease. The arthritic joint isn't the disease, it's the result of the disease. The exzema on the skin is not the disease, it's the result of the disease. Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. So when you just treat the pathology without any regard for the physiology which preceded it, all you can do is suppress. It's all you can do. You can
suppress and you can manage. You can suppress and you can manage, and that's all that you can do, which is why chronic disease is escalating in this country. Life expectancy is getting shorter in this country, and the leading cause of bankruptcy as medical bills. Because the medical treatments are ineffective, they're not curative, and they operate from a juvenile understanding of how the human body
works in a relationship to health or disease. And if you want to watch a medical doctor's headspin and smoke come out of their ears, just ask them to define health for you. They won't be able to. And if you don't have a working definition of health, how is it possible for you to help somebody secure it? You can't. And this is, you know, a big eye opener for most people. It's a gigantic shit show. All
of conventional medicine. And remember, right, MD medicine, because it's based on reductionism, is perfectly suited for traumacare, military field medicine, surgery when it's necessary, the complications of childbirth. That's the wheelhouse of conventional medicine and they should be applauded for that. And by the way, that's for all of the advances in medicine have been made in the last one hundred years in surgery and traumacare. You know, new surgical equipment, new surgical drugs,
new technique, robot surgery. The shit they can do with surgeries unbelievable, right, Yeah, But like the fella said, when all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. So whether you need surgery or not, the surgeon's going to tell you you need it because that's all that they know. And you know, you put a white coat on and a stethoscope around your neck and people will believe most of what you say. And it's a it's a tragedy of biblical proportions. In my opinion, is something's
inflamed. Cut it out right, Yeah, well, I mean yeah, so the and this is then, is the result of a life time of MD directed conventional medicines. Okay, you have Alzheimer's. You've lost the hearing in both the ears. You need hearing aids. You've had both lenses of your eyes removed because of cataracts. All of your teeth have been removed because adventures. You've got three fused vertebra in your neck. You have a fake
shoulder, three fake hips, one fake knee. You need a prescription medicine to fall asleep, a prescription medicine to wake up, a prescription medicine to pee, a prescription medicine not to pee. You need an antidepressant, you need a proton pump inhibitor. You need all of these drugs just to make it through your freaking day. And the last ten years of your life are horrible. You're horrible. And then you know you get cancer and everybody's okay
with it. And I'm telling you, this is not the human experience. This is the human experience under the care of the MD. And this is the biggest problem that we have is that because MD medicine is everywhere all the time, chronic disease is everywhere all the time, and people think it's just
a part of life. It's not a part of life. It's a part of life under the care of the MD. And you know, most medical doctors don't want to hear anything having to do with anything else unless they were trained in it, even though it comes from a licensed and regulated physician leaning on science and clinical experience. It goes, oh, no, I don't
want to hear that. You know how many times I've had patients and my colleagues have had patients they've been suffering for years with something under the treatment of a medical doctor. Let's just say it's you know, exzema, okay, managing ezem or forever. And they come to see me or one of my colleagues and in three months the exzema is cured. It's gone. They go back to the medical doctor. Medical doctor says, oh my god, your exzema is gone. What did you do well? I went to a nature
pathic doctor and he used help me up withthy and medical nutrition. Oh whoa, whoa was probably placebo. I don't want to know anything about that. Just keep doing whatever it is that you're doing. I have another patient. And that's how it is. Even when the medical doctor sees results results, you know, beyond a shadow of doubt in real time, I am still waiting for them to call me up, just one of them, and say,
holy crap, well how did you do that? I mean, you cured the exzema, you cured the asthma, you cured the rheumatoid arthritis. This guy's no longer in pain. How did you do that? You would think that somebody who had devoted their life to medicine would want to know the answer to that question, But that is not how it is in md land.
It's the opposite of that. Yeah. And you know, if I, if I could, you know, cast a magic spell on the world and have it do one thing, it would be foreverybody to stop putting their medical doctors on a pedestal and start questioning, start asking adult questions to the medical doctor. Because people don't. People are scared of their mds, and they will do whatever the freaking medical doctor tells them to do. And then they don't blame them when it doesn't work. That's the craziest thing. I
mean, how often does cancer treatment work. You think that people would understand by now that it's not the way to go and D directed is not the way. It's not. And you know the reason is because we've had a medical monopoly for over one hundred years, and people don't know that we've had a medical monopoly. They think it's a free medical market. It's not right. So people look around. The only medicine practice in their hospitals is MD
medicine. The only medicine in their universities do research on is MD medicine. The only medicine their insurance pays for is MD medicine. The only medicine they make TV shows and movies about is MD medicine. Therefore, the mds must be better at what they do than everybody else. So that's a logical conclusion. Unless you add the data point of the monopolistic takeover in nearly nineteen hundreds,
then it all becomes clear. Your medical doctor is everywhere all the time, not because they're better at what they do than anybody else, but because of a hostile political takeover, which is maintained through egregious legislation and the unbelievable
political power of the pharmaceutical industry as evidenced by the whole COVID Shenanigans. When I read what do you call Murder by Injection and they give you the history of the AMA and they talk about Sloan Kettering and that whole build up there where they had the gentleman who happened to have, like I don't know, access to minds that had raid On and the Tingley must have Oh you've got
it right there. Yeah, the tingle must mean that it has some kind of magical power to it himself, his wife and his daughter with the radium. Is this guy still alive? Used to No, I think he died in like twenty ten or something. This book should be recommended, I mean mandatory reading for everybody in high school. Yeah. If everybody in the world read this book, we'd have a different world. And my books right exactly, those are the follow ups he's he can't use to smellons can write anymore.
So we got we got doctor Peter. Yeah, so you know, welcome to the monkey house here we are. It's crazy when you realize how what Shenanigan's were going out since the very beginning. If people knew that, would they really put as much stock into what they're talking about now. It's like it's all based that's their foundation. Their foundation is just a bag of lies. Yeah. And also, you know, it's based on theories which
were theories and which were at odds with natural law. I mean, the halls of conventional medicine are littered with the discarded remains of stupid therapies that were a standard of care in their time, you know, like blood letting and you know, purging with calamel and the high doses of mercury and what right. Yeah, And if you look at the history of naturopathic medicine, homeopathic medicine, iiurvedic medicine, the acupuncture, nothing is discarded because all of the
stuff that we do is based on natural law. And it's a law. It's inviable, it exists whether you believe in it or not, and it never changes. So in the wonderful world of properly applied adult medicine, we add things, we learn new things, and we add them, we never subtract. And you know that speaks volumes as to the reality of the situation that we are in the middle of here and now they're talking about the World Health Organization having dictatorial control over what we do in the US. Is you
know anything about that? Oh? Yeah, yeah, I mean I haven't really gotten into deep discussion about it, but yeah, there we've handed over the keys to the castle to them. They at least our corrupt government has I mean, is that is that a done deal set in stone or are they still debating it in Washington. I think it's just a matter of when
it goes into effect. I don't I don't think there's any question about whether or not it's going to Yeah, well, I'm telling you a lot there's gonna be a lot of people that are just not going to take that. I hope that. I hope so. I hope it's like that would cause a revolution. I think if they are a World Health Organization hum v's rolling through people's towns, I think a lot of people are not going to be okay with that. It's quite literally what the what the future looks like according
to that plan. Between that and you know, you have carry out there talking about we're just going to start the food supply, you know, because of climate we're going to start everybody, We're going to kill you now so we don't have to kill you later. It's unbelievable, it's ridiculous. So we do have a question. The question is from Gaya forty five and it says, what is the underlying issue for a fingernail fungus? Or and she's she or here Gaya is a you know, the female god or some guessing
that's what that means. But it's also asking about ezema because apparently you brought up and that was one of their issues too. So okay. So so there's a saying in medicine, you know, diagnostic science at least, that when you hear hoof beats, you think about horses before you think about zebras. So you think about common things that cause things before you think about weird
things to cause them. So the first thing to consider with exzema is that it is an allergic reaction to grain, and most of the time it's wheat number one, number two. It's driven by a deficiency in Omega three, essential fatty acids, so it's a combination of two things. It's an allergic reaction to a grain, usually something in the wheat family, and a deficiency of omega three essential fats specifically. But here is the magic to my method.
So there are ninety essential nutrients that the human body needs, not two, you know, not one like omega three fats that's one essential nutrient. There are ninety that the body needs, sixty minerals, sixteen vitamins, twelve amino acids, and two fatty acids. Fatty acid. Deficiency of omega threes is directly involved with the generation of exzema. However, logic would dictate that if your body was so deficient in omega threes that you got exzema, five
will get you ten. It's deficient and a lot of other things as well, and it's only a matter of time until those start to manifest as symptomology. So rather than just give boatloads of omega three and clean up the diet, we give all ninety essential nutrients, which includes omega three. And when you do it this way, you get a much more robust response to the therapeutic than if you just took a boatload of omega three. That makes sense. It's like taking your car and you get tuned up, but all they
do is put air in the tires. Well, right, the fluids, I need the air in the tires. But what about all the other stuff? So when you do the ninety essential nutrients, everything works better. So the recommendation here would be the Healthy Foundation pack and one extra bottle of e FA plus. Most of you out there, I put in the description for the video in the chat for Facebook and for the chat for Rumble, because
I've been getting calls for youngevity. I just gave you the correct place to contact and who to contact, so that way you get you know, you get to the right person and it's right there for you. Okay, you guys got that hooked up. Yeah, so dot Com too, I believe. So. Yeah. So a couple of things to mention about that, because you know, it's worthwhile knowing I've I've had access to every nutritional supplement company in the world literally as a nature pathic position, you know, most
of which are not available to lay people. That there's a whole bunch of companies that only sell the doctors. Well, I used to work for one of them, by the way, when I was fresh out of medical school. I would rep for them at medical conventions conferences, so I know a lot about the nutritional supplement industry, and I have a lot of clinical experience
thirty five years using all kinds of things. The supplements that I recommend now, the ones that are distributed by Eifel Health are the most effective nutritional supplements I've ever seen, and that's why I recommend them. I don't make any money from the sale of the nutritional supplements. I make money from the sale
of information. And the company that makes the stuff that Eifel Health sells is called Youngevity, and they have a network of distributors all around the world, and all of the distributors sell the products at the same price, but you're going to get different levels of engagement and customer service with this distributor versus that distributor. And my favorite Youngevity distributor, hands down is Eiffel Health. Yeah, and you guys do monthly you know, what do you call it support
for each for people? I think it's is it monthly or weekly? And then you actually jump on with them too. Yeah, so the support's a big deal. So that's where you should go. So then go to Eifelhealth dot com right, tell them that you came to them through Daniel's Show and order one healthy foundation pack in one bottle of EFA plus okay, and the peak. Good people at Eifel Health even tell you how to take it, and then you stop eating. I would just eliminate all grains from your diet
for twenty eight days in a row, all grains. Don't even have gluten free grains, right, all grains, and see what happens to the exeminous condition. And what was the first part of that question? I forget finging up. I guess oh, So that's usually just a simple nutrient efficiency syndrome with an emphasis on nodding enough B vitamins B like baby now legitimate Fungus on a nail sometimes is also an indication that your blood sugar metabolism is starting to
get a little wonky. So a write down a test here that you can order, you can go to there's a online service you can order any lab test you want yourself and completely bypass the medical doctors. Again, I don't make any money from this, so I tell people to go to it all
the time. I probably should make an arrangement with them. But the companies called direct Labs dot Com, d I R E C T L A B S dot Com and the test you want to order is hemoglobin A one C and here it is right here heemoglobe in A one C through direct labs dot com. So I think it's maybe a thirty eight forty dollars test. Is how that works says you create an account at direct labs dot com with an email and a password, You order a test, you pay for it,
and it's a discount or rate. By the way, they're like Costco, right, they sell a lot of stuff, so they sell to a discount. And once you pay for the test, you get a downloadable requisition form and a list of laboratories in your zip code. So you print out the requisition form, you go to one of the laboratories, hand them the requisition form. Maybe they charge you five or ten bucks to draw the blood or whatever, and then a week later the results show up in your direct labs
account and you've completely bypassed your medical professional. Now we want to see the hemoglobe in a one C. Let me get the range here because I can never remember it. Yes, it's great, and by the way, that there's a lot of bs around the reference ranges and bloodwork sur pribat surprise, because the medical doctors are only interested in pathology, so we're interested in physiology. So my reference ranges are different. My healthy reference ranges are different from
the pathological reference ranges. So for hemoglobin A one C, the reference range is between five and five point six five and five point six, I'll type that into If it's above five point six, then you need blood sugar support. So at eifelhealth dot com you would get the blood sugar support pack. And that's how we do it. I mean, we make it easy, right, very cool. And we can't call it type two diabetes support or
ezema support because it's illegal. Right, Yeah, it has to be a drug, right, So, I mean the only thing that can create a disease in this country is a drug. And if that doesn't piss you off totally, you're simply not paying attention. Right. Oh, So I had a question from last week. Somebody had put in a little late after we
had departed, and it was Bone. I think I already knew the answer, but so I did give them some information and I think they came into the telegram group and asked, but bone loss at the joints was what their question was. And you know, I'm sure there's a lot more questions you'd have for them as you know what's going on with them and what they're doing. But bone loss at the joints was the question, like what do they
do for that? And joint pain and stuff like that? Obviously, okay, well, so so the here's a fun fact to know and tell that you again, you should have been taught in high school, but weren't. And this happened for a reason, right, A lot of things you have not been told, and it's all for a reason. Sins of omission. Your bones are constantly regenerating themselves all of the time, and there's a set of cells called osteo clasts that chew up old bone, and there's a set
of cells called osteo blasts that lay down new bone. And this is happening all the time. Your body's chewing up old bone and laying down new bone all the time. This circumstance or physiology is what's taken advantage of by the bisphosphonate drugs like fosmacs and Boneva, all of which there are lawsuits against now because people that are on those drugs for more than five years develop spontaneous fractures. Of the long bones in their body, or their face falls off,
literally because jaw dissolves. The jawbone just dissolves and drops off. Your face falls off as a direct result, not a side effect, the primary effect of the drug. And I'm the quack. Here's how that works. So the biz foscinates put to sleep the cells that chew up old bone. So now old bone accumulates in the bone. An old bone is brittle. It makes the bone density look better, makes the X ray look better, but the quality of the bone is crap. So as time goes by, you
get more and more brittle bone. Brittle bone, brittle bone, brittle bone, brittle bone, brittle bone. Snap, you step off of the curb and your ankle breaks, you know, the wind blows too hard, and your tibious snaps. Into giant lawsuits against the biz foscinates because of this. This, this is number one, an example of you know, it's good to be the king. It's this can only happen inside of a medical monopoly. I hope my mom's paying attention to this because she's just had a hip
replacement. Okay, but nobody goes to jail from this nonsense. There are lawsuits and the drug companies pay out fines, but it's a drop in the bucket compared to the amount of money that they made from the sale of the drug. And by the way, all of these drugs were approved by the Food and Drug Administration. So what does that tell you about the vetting process
of the Food and Drug Administration? Well that it's no good, but it's never going to change, and there's no lawsuits and there's no you know, the FDA is never looked at critically. They just aren't. And then the people that work for the FDA when they leave public office go to work for the pharmaceutical industry that they were regulating. And that should be against the law. But a lot of things should be against the law that aren't. But
I digress. So it's insane that a scientist or a PhD or a doctor would develop a drug that eliminates the process through which the body choose up all bone. The only way that can happen is if the scientist thinks that they're smarter than the body, they're smarter than God, they're smarter than nature, or if there's a eugenics plan in genus plan, or you know, you know the intention here is to make people sick because of patient cured is a
customer lost, right, right. So this is perfectly in keeping with the philosophy that the medical doctors are trained in that the human body is a bag of biochemicals waiting to break and that man is smarter than nature. So it can't even possibly occur to the researcher who's developing the drug that chewing up the old bone is a good thing to do. They can't wrap their head around that because the body, there's no intelligence in the bodies is random biochemical reactions,
you know, it's it's just random. It's all random. It's a it's a biochemical fiat and there's no intelligence driving the things. So the medical doctor needs to fix what nature has generated. This is the entire mindset of the medical doctor, which is why they can even consider such heinous things as you know, gender replacement surgery. It's it's unbelievable and if if if anybody actually saw a gender reversal surgical procedure, God, you'd be sick to your
stomach for six months. You'd be horrified at it. But there are people that do it all the time, and the only way that they can do something like that is if they have this mindset that the doctor is God. There is no God. Nature is broken and it's the intelligence of man that is in the supremacy. It's complete. Its hegemonious. You know, Hubris Americans. I've seen them take It's like they graft skin off of the other side of your body. They tied it into a balloon animal and sew it
back on you. It's the most disgusting, hideous thing. It's it's mutilation in the worst way possible. It's like the cult of Sybil in modern day, right, you know, and then you know you have to be on the hormone drugs for the rest of your life and that completely messes you up. Yeah, and then you better why they go crazy and are whacking people.
So right, So back to the bone thing off a little bit there, okay, So, so what would be smarter to do is understand that the body's chewing up old bone and trying to lay down new bone for a reason. It's got to be a reason there. So instead of trying to fiddle with that, let's support that. So how are we going to support that? Well, you've got to give the body the nutrients that it needs to build new bone because the body can't make those right. Your body needs
calcium, can't make it, needs it. Your body needs phosphorus, can't make it needs it. Body needs sulfur, can't make it needs it. There's all these bone nutrients that you're body needs, which most people incorrectly assume these nutrients are in the food, and they're not. Some of them are. We'd all be dead. But the lion's share of the nutrients that your body needs just to maintain the status quo, let alone recover from an illness.
They're not present in the food. They're not there. They're not there. Let me say it again, it is impossible to supply to fulfill your body's nutrient needs just by eating food. You cannot do it. It's impossible, can't do it. You must be aggressively supplementing in order to fill that hole. So all that we need to do to, you know, help
the body build bone is give the body bone nutrients. So that's the healthy bone and joint pack and can I. I would imagine too that the American diet is pretty heavy on the carbohydrates and the sugars, which will pull that was whenever you do have back out right. Yeah, you're one hundred percent correct. And so this is why our approach is a twofold approach. Right,
we nutrafy. We fill the body's nutritional tank up with really good stuff, by the way, really good stuff that the body can absorb, sophisticated smart formulas based on clinical experience. We fill the tank up, and then we stop putting diesel fuel into an unleaded engine. You clean the diet up
so that you're not hurting yourself inadvertently with the food that you're eating. And I would I would hazard a guess that if people just identified and eliminated inflammatory foods from their diet, that whatever pain they are experiencing would diminished by at least fifty percent just from the dietary change. And this is where I have a question about omega six. Is it it's an inflammatory versus omega three being an anti inflammatory? Right? Do you have to have a balance or should
you just get rid of six? No, Well, that's a great question. So omega six is an essential nutrient. It is, and omega six is necessary for growth and development. So you know, infants and babies and teenagers need omega six because their bodies are growing right, actively growing, and omega six handles that. Okay. Now, the same way that you can do too much water, too much oxygen, too much of anything will hurt you. Too much omega six, especially as an adult, will tip the
balance towards inflammation. Now, most people's diets, if they're eating a standard American diet, is really high in omega six because omega six is a vitamin or it's an essential fat, and essential fats are found in food, and usually the food is replete in essential fats, unless, of course, you're a vegan and then your sol so it's the minerals that are problematic to secure from your food, and minerals are sixty six percent of your body's nutrient needs.
It's the lion's share. So the recommendation is mostly omega threes as an adult, a little bit of omega six. If you're a vegetarian or a vegan, then you need to have, you know, like a fifty to fifty omega three to omega six, but otherwise it's two to one omega three to omega six. But you really have to do a little in house experiment with that and see if a certain amount of omega six you know, increases the inflammation in your body, because it could, especially if you're a meat
eator, because there's a lot of Omega six and meat. Yeah, I have. So this is what I was researching a long long time ago, back before I think I still lived in my parents' house. Poly Unsaturated fatty acids I was told were awful, worst thing you could ever have. Like that there was and readers digest so I was reading it was like, this is going to be an inflammatory. It's just that it's causing cancer. YadA, YadA, and six keep on omegasex kip im popping up in there.
But then they kind of I kind of realized what they were referring to was a bunch of the quote unquote health food oils like grape seed oil, which is a byproduct of like the wine industry, which is garbage, but it's odd with a media fixes and it's you know, they use hexaane and all kinds of stuff to derive it, and they're trying to call that a health food and it's over overloaded. Like the balance between O six and O three is like crazy, Like omega six Mega three is way way out of the
proportion. I guess you could say, yeah, and this is the most important thing. And you know for human health is that you have to have the right balance of everything. If you overdo it or you underdo it, you're going to have a problem. And most of the problems that are associated with chronic health problems are related to underdoing it. Hmm. It's super easy for your body to run out of stuff. It's hard for your body to have too much of a certain thing. You can do it, but it's
hard. Right, So everybody is nutritionally deficient. Let me say that again. Everybody is nutritionally deficient. And if you if you just took the so part of the Foundation Pack is a it's a one product. Foundation Pack is a combination of four products, one of which is called Plant to Arrive Minerals. Yes, and it's a liquid supplement. I think it's twenty two bucks.
It's really cheap. And if I would wager good money that if I had ten people and they all just did the Plant to Arrive Minerals for one month, two bottles, one table one, one capful twice a day, one capful twice a day for one month, that nine out of ten people would notice dramatic positive change in their health. Yeah, and I can test that too. For sure. Minerals are a giant deal. And this is also one of the reasons, the only reason, quite frankly, one of
the few reasons that my profession continues to exist. Because it works. Does it work right? I mean, it's not rocket science either. It's really pretty easy when you when you wrap your head around it. It's not defying natural law. That kind of helps to So I have a couple if you don't mind. There's a couple of things here that have come up in conversation with people I talked to at the gym a lot. And well, first of all, going back to a previous guest, is there ever a good
time? And is there a proper way? And is this even the right method to utilize E d TA for I don't know, stripping your body of heavy metal toxins or whatever. Yeah, the better ed t A has to be administered intravenously. And because they have that, they that they offer and I don't think that that's well the ed I'm not sure about the absorption quotient. When I was taught how to use E d t A, it was
all IV. Yeah, I think doctor botarded it that way too. Yeah, it's much more efficient to do it that way, and efficiency is a big deal when you're trying to mobilize metals out of the body, which is why you would do d t A right. So an easier way to do it, a more homespun way to do it is with d M s A.
That's the one from South Africa, right. Well, yeah, it used to be a non prescriptive item until the Food and Drug Administration said, oh, wait a minute, people are getting too healthy by using this, so we're going to make it a drug. And that's exactly what they did. So yeah, so that and here's the dosage for the d M s A. It's, uh, let me pull it up because I always I'm not I don't have a good head for number. It's twenty milligrams of DMSA
per one kilogram of bodyweight. Twenty milligrams of DMSA per kilogram of body weight.
So let's say you weigh two hundred pounds. To find out how many kilograms that is, you divide your bodyweight by two point two Yeah, just like yeah, right, two point two pounds per yeah, kill there, Okay, so that would be ninety kilograms, and then you would multiply ninety times twenty twenty milligrams per kilogram, which would give you eighteen hundred milligrams, right, eighteen hundred milligrams of DMSA every day, and you would divide to
take that and divided doses, so you'd do you know, six hundred, six hundred, six hundred, right, Yeah, And when you do DMSA, you are not to exceed more than two grams a day of DMSA, regardless of your body weight. Do not take more than two grams of DMSA into your body in a twenty four hour period. All right, So we do three days of that and then eleven days off, and then three days on, eleven days off, three days off, eleven days off. You
repeat that like eight times. All right. We have a callery right now from New York. Go ahead and state your name and ask your question. How are you good? How are you? I love your show, it's fantastic. I actually don't live far from where you grew up. I live in Glenville, New York. Nice. Yeah, it still water for me, so not that far at all. Okay, that's not far. I
have a question. I have a family member that has well established and I'm not sure if I'm pronouncing this right now, gonna come Assias, Yeah, oh I was close. Okay, that surgery is the only option to correct that. That's not correct. Okay, So how old is this person? Two? Okay? So again, there's a saying in medicine that you know, hoof beats, you think about horses before you think about zebras. So when you have large breasts in a male, is this a male? I'm
assuming yes? Okay. It's the first thing to consider is they're eating way too much soy? So are they doing? Are they like a vegetarian and they drink a lot of soy milk and eat a lot of soy and soy bars and keto bars and stuff like that, or don't you know are the asteroids? Because I know that I know that they don't. They're big meat eaters and yeah, no, soy that I'm pretty sure of, but I don't know in the past, like I don't know because it's pretty well established.
Okay, So we always use surgery as the last resort, and right sometimes one of my best friends in medical land is a retired orthopedic surgeon. I've got a lot of respect for him. He's a great guy and he did a lot of really good work. Sometimes you need surgery, but the surgeon doesn't have any experience with anything other than surgery. Right, So the surgeon is only, well, you know you need surgery because you just do so. Now, this is not a life threatening condition, and so we
have time to intervene with medical nutrition and maybe we get lucky. So right, So what I would reckon end is we eliminate the twelve bad foods. You can find that list either at either at my website or at Eiffelhealth dot com and then looked up. Okay, he would take one Healthy Foundation pack plus one bottle of one extra bottle of plant to arrive minerals, plus two
bottles of the good herbs Liver and gall bladder Support. So per month it would be one Healthy Foundation Pack, one extra bottle of plant to arrive, minerals, one or two good herbs, liver and gall bladder support, and he would do that for ninety days. Bottles of liver and gallbladder. Yeah, that's it, Liver and gall bladder support. That's the name of the product, Liver and gall bladder Support. Okay, two bottles of that,
and the people at Eiffel Health will tell you how to take it. Yeah, and I'm going to put that back into the comments again here real quick. It's so you guys have the info, and the website will also be in there too so you can find it. Okay, Okay, Now I have to explain why, right right, So sure, yeah, So the
liver is necessary for regulating hormone regulating hormones in the human body. So if we have a hormone imbalance which is due to an internal problem, you know, not because they're doing a testosterone shots, not because they're doing any you know, weight gain formulas, not because they're doing extra If this, if none of that is at play, and this is a this is a one manifestation of an internal imbalance, then the first thing to consider is that the
liver has lost its ability to regulate hormones effectively, so the hormones in his body are out of balance. So the liver is the only organ in the human body that can regenerate itself. That's an interesting fun fact to know and tell. You can surgically remove three thyroids. Nope, thyroid can't. The thyroid no, okay, no, thyroid can't regenerate it, skin can't regenerate. Nothing can regenerate except the liver. And it's really easy to help deliver
be healthy. So that's what I would do, and I do that for ninety days. Now, remember right that if he has gynecomastia, he also has a bunch of other things that he's just gotten used to or that he thinks is just a part of being thirty years old, Like maybe he's overweight, maybe he can't sleep through the night, Maybe he has low grade panic, maybe he has a little high blood pressure, maybe he has heartburn,
maybe he has something. Right, So, whenever somebody goes on this program, this is not a geynicomastia program, right, this is a let's get healthy program. So he wants to look to see how the program affects him globally. What happens to his energy, his mood, his sleep, his aches and pains, the whole enchilada. Which is why it's called holistic medicine, because it affects the entire organism, you know, not just the pormones
in this case, does that make sense? It does anything topically like castor oil, that would really I guess it's painful like castor oil, and what is wild yam? Is that just for women? Yeah? Mostly just for women. I would just do the ninety essential nutrients in the good herbs for ninety days. He might be pleasantly surprised at what happens. Okay, I will past the information on. Thank you very much, doctor. Yeah, good luck getting him to do it. That's the other thing, thank you
well. I mean it's true, right, you can lead a horse to
water, but you can't make it drink. And I can't tell you how many times because I've been doing Q and a's like this for you know, twelve years, right, And most of the time when somebody asks a question for somebody else, like in their church or in their family or whatever, Yeah, the other person is not going to do it because the other needs to be invested enough at least to show up at the Q and A, right, And you know, sometimes there are extenuating circumstances, like they have
to be at work, or we didn't know the Q and A was going to happen, and I just stumbled on it on the on the radio or on the web or whatever. And that's that's fine, but it's it's tricky to get somebody to engage in a process like this through secondhand information, because it's it's a comprehensive A. Yeah, right, but you know we got
to try, right, what are we gonna do, right? We gotta we got to give it the old college try so so bully for you and invest put yeah, well you know you're from New York, so maybe you'll have leverage. You never know. Good, best of luck, Thank you, cool, thank you, thanks bye? All right, So that's how
you do it, guys. Also, I put in the description I'm sorry in the live show not only Eifel Health's website, not only the phone number to call if you need to, you know, further consultation, but also the website link for getting into the membership for doctor Peter Glidden's website as well, which is leave big Pharma behind the link right there. That way you'll have two extra opportunities per week to get into a Q and a situation with
him where you get to type it in if you're not comfortable calling. All right, So there's aults so that I have a carnivore diet question. What do you think of it? Sir? We love carnivore diets. I mean, you know, we're we're we're fans of meat eaters. The only problem with meat is how it's cooked. So we don't want you to cook meat well done. We want you to eat meat rare or medium. Rare rare is better, and we don't want it to be fried. But other than
that, you can rock and roll with meat. Now, there are a handful of people who have sensitivity to meat, and meat provokes an inflammatory response in their body. The only way that you can know that is to not eat meat for twenty one days in a row, and then on day twenty two, eat a lot of meat, wait twenty four hours and see if you feel worse. It's the only way that you can know. There's no blood tests or anything that can define that for you. Is that parasitic though?
When the meat causes something, No, it's not okay. No, it's got to do with inflammatory chemicals that the body can't metabolize appropriately, kind of like putting diesel fuel in an unletted tang. Right, So it's only it's not everybody, it's just a it's a small percentage of the population. But we're good with the meat carnivore diet. However, it comes to caveat. You are nutritionally deficient and you cannot get all of the nutrients that your
body needs from eating meat. You can't do it. You're going to get more nutrients than a vegetarian would get, but you're still going to be at a deficit. You are. You could own one hundred acres of the most organic farmland on planet Earth, grow your own fruits, your own vegetables, your own grains, your own animals, and only eat the stuff that you grew, and you would still be nutritionally deficient because it's not in the ground.
Because it's not in the ground, so you must supplement. It's mandatory. And as long as you don't fry the meat, as long as you don't cook it all the way well done, we're good with it. And you know, rock and roll, So this is going to be a guy question, so I might as well ask it for the guys. I, Hickory, smoke a lot of stuff on my grill. That's fine, right, as long as it's not charred, right, that's the we're good with. We're good with the smoking process more or less. Yeah, Hickory,
you ever tried cherry wood? I've tried applewood. Oh, what's the other one. There's a there's another alderwood, alderwood chips. Yeah, yeah, yeah, mesquite? You ever used mesquite? I like mesquite, but it's a little sharp for me versus the hickory. I really like the hickory the most, I think so far. But I don't think I've done I've done cherry wood. Yeah, hickory is not the easiest tree to find anymore, is it. That's the one I usually go for. Elder ships are hard
to find, is that right? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, interesting, But that's all good stuff. Where did you grow up? In Upstate New York? Sarah took a Springs area. It's like the only thing that's on the map that people recognize. So I just say that there's Sarah took a lake. There's Lake George around that area too. That's the Sarah took a racetrack. Is the oldest law still in function track in America? Maybe the world, I don't know. Maybe there's one in Great Britain that's a little
bit older or something like that. Is it near Syracuse? Syracuse is what I was born. Yeah, it's about three hours last of it three hours west. Yeah. Oh yeah, nice? Yeah, upstate New York is beautiful. That's awesome. It's awesome until you get into that eight months of winter, right, and as soon as you think it's spring, it's all a sudden snowing again. Yeah. I lived in the Carolinas a long time ago, in my misspent youth, and it was the most remarkable spring I've
ever seen. Spring lasted for three months, that's and every week something new would You could smell the dogwoods from like five blocks away, and the sugar magnolias, Oh my god. It was unbelievable. But then summer came and it was so freaking humid if you didn't have air conditioning, I don't I to this day, I don't know how anybody lived below the Mason Dixon line
before air conditioning, especially like in Louisiana and Mississippi and Florida. It's like, how what the humidity is ridiculous, it's on, it's I mean, I don't know how. I don't know how they did it. Like I live in a desert now, which is way different type of heat, right, But I would walk from my house to my car it with my shirt and tie on to go to work in Florida because I lived there for a while, and my back would already be wet, my back would be choked.
It was, you know, just just way the way it was. That's how you lived. Yeah, crazy, it is crazy. All right, Well, we are approaching the hour here. There was one follow up to oh yeah, so way in casin So I have these I have some clients, and I think way overlooking on way in case and being that their byproducts of like milk and stuff like that aren't the best for you. I think they put a lot of strain on your kit, on your organs. But I could be wrong. No, you're right. I'm not a fan
of it. And does it inflame you probably? What it usually does is causes irritation in the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract. Mmm. So you got a lot of that stuff going on, Yeah, a lot of that stuff going on, you know, just because now now, now there may be a difference between waight and caseine from unpasteurized milk. May be right, And I think that a lot have had a lot of patients tell me, and a lot of just anecdotal information that I've heard from subscribers that they
absolutely positively cannot tolerate cowsma. But then you know, they were like on vacation somewhere and they you know, they had unpasteurized milk and there was no problem at all. Better keep that on a deal. I think raw milk is like it's like having a machine gun now, right, yeah, right, yeah. Talk talk around campus is that there's a lot of good stuff that's anti cancer in raw milk. Well, that would make sense why they
would suppress it. Past Or who was completely obliterated by pay Shop a long long time ago, we're still dealing with that a whole. Who are these people that are like behind the scenes doing all this crap, because it's like you know, reverse land, right, Yeah, like seventeen Francists. Everything's inverted. Yeah, all the food that we eat is bad for us. They put all this all this crap in the water. Oh, but they tell us it's good. That's the best part about it is that they like
you straight to your face. But I don't understand why these people are in the majority, or why these people have the upper hand, right, I've never understood that. I think it's because I'm naive as to the workings and the machinations of the world. But It doesn't make sense to me that the people promoting the lies and the deceptions are the people in the top dog seat. That doesn't make any sense to me. There's got to be something else
going on. The only thing that I can postulate, I mean, the only thing that makes sense to me, is that there's some type of demonic, spiritual oh yes, force that these people have aligned themselves with in order to have as much impact as they do socially. I think you are on Herberst right. And then somehow, because of that situation where they only bring up people of the same mind, they're the ones that will have the money to push it forward. That's crazy, Man's just how it goes, and
so it goes. It's all. I'm reading a book right now that shows all these connections of all these different types of societies, and you'd be it's not just hey you're freemason or hey you're this. No, there's like a million different things, and like a lot of them are Satanic, a lot of them are just straight up, and there's these it's just like these elitist societies. All these people have no jobs because they're already rich. They just
spend their time trying to destroy humanity. And that's and these are the people that are quote unquote the scientists, the writers, the beat poets, all these people. They're all mostly pedophiles too. It's disgusting when you start reading what these people are really about. Yeah, and don't even get me started on the Catholic Church, oh boy, and the Jesuit's you know, yeah, very strange. Hey, hey, we ventured into some different topics today.
That's pretty cool. I like that, you know, I do want to say this in partying and this is this, you know, I don't care what the audience thinks. I'm just going to say it anyway. So I'm I'm Ever since I was a young kid, I was involved in you know, metaphysics and the spiritual aspects of different religions. And there was a
in southeastern India years ago there was an Indian saint. His name was Orobindo, and he had an ashram and taught yoga and lifestyle change and a lot did really a lot of good in the on the sub continent of India. And his partner was a woman who was had mystical abilities from birth. She
could see into the spiritual realms like like I'm looking at you now. And she gave a story once that she was at I think it was Notre Dame in Rome, or maybe it was Paris, I can't remember, but she was in one of these big Catholic cathedrals and it was one of the places where people would go and it was associated with miracles that you know, if you prayed at this particular church, you know, you you could walk again,
or your your blindness would go away. And outside the church, you're in the in the in the front of the church, there were hundreds of of crutches and canes and things that people had discarded because they didn't need them anymore. So it was it was known that people would go here for spiritual healing, right, that there was a phenomenon that was associated with this particular
church. So she went there and she said that what she saw in the church, she saw a giant demonic entity that looked like a big spider inverted in the ceiling of the church. And it was and there were all these people who were praying in the church, and every once in a while, the big spider entity demon entity would send a beam of energy into one of the people that was praying, and they would be healed, and the demon entity was feeding off of the anxiety and the fear of everybody else from the
parishioners. But they kept it going because randomly they would select somebody that they could heal, like an eddy current, like a discharging of a battery or something. I got and that she said it was one of the most horror, horrifying things she's ever seen. And you know that. So again, Yeah, that doesn't surprise me at all. That's sick. Name. So I think that there's got to be something like that going on energy harnessing in
some in all these places. Yeah, with all of this, all of this bad stuff everywhere all the time, and it's not you know, in third place or fourth place or fifth place, it's in first place. Yeah, it doesn't make sense, Like why why is it that it's always there's it never it never, it never sways to one side or the other. It's always they win, they win, they win, they win, Yeah, all the time. Yeah, I mean, I don't know what it's going to take to change this, man, I honestly don't. Yeah that
that that term score one for the bad guy. They're like a whole lot well, you know, and this is because I think I think a lot of us and I was guilty of this for a long time, you know, kept waiting for you know, someone, do you know, some savior to appear, so something to happen, some world event to have up, and that would like, you know, cut all this crap right off with the knees, especially in medicine, because that's what I do. But I
don't think that's going to happen in our lifetime. So I think it would. So here's my advice, And this is why I've been putting all this information. I'm like a prepper man in this regard. I've and putting all this information on my website together for a long time because if you're waiting for this health stuff change to come from the top down, I don't think it's
going to happen in our lifetime. Oh but it can happen like this week if those of you in the listening audience snapped the freak out of it and make a resolution to take responsibility for your own health. So a good place to start, and you know I'm biased, but it's a good place to start is with the information on my website because that's why I put it there, and it's clinically verified. It's what myself and my colleagues have actually seen
work in real time with real patients over three decades. And there's a wealth of information here that's available to you Selfoul Health Recovery Baby at its finest, plus a whole lot of other really interesting information that you should have been taught in high school. And so, for goodness sakes, you know, take action today. Don't be waiting for a miracle to happen. Become your own miracle, I guess, is what I'm trying to say. With a little
bit of a little bit of education goes a long long way here. So I look forward to seeing you guys on the inside. That's great, and thank you very much for your time, doctor Gluden. It's always a pleasure. I look forward to same bat time, same bat channel next week. Is that right, yes, sir, And we had a quite a lot of people will come in a little a little bit late to this show, so I'm sure they'll be wanting to ask some questions next week as well,
so we'll all right, live long and prosper. It's always a pleasure you sir. All right, Well that was doctor Peter glidden everybody. What a cool conversation that was today. You know, I always liked seeing, you know, what people think of this crazy world around us, and if you know the script or what they're used to talking about or whatever, you know, like it. It's it's really nice to see the humanity in people,
I guess. Is what I'm saying is, you know, we're all people experiencing the same thing together, and we must have opinions of it, right unless we're unless we're products of it and uh, creating that horribleness ourselves, then we obviously have some something to say about it. Yeah, and there was a couple of thanks to Let me go ahead and pop this back up real quick. I want to show you guys. So what I put in the into the chat was Brenda's website, her phone number, and but this
this is Eifful health dot com. So this is where the youngevity stuff is. Hey, look what it is. See just told you told you calling out to individualize your order. That's the number that I just had put into into the chat. But the extension is one zero one. Okay, you'll see that in the chat. And there you have it, And look who it is. That's Brenda and that's doctor Peter Glinton. All right, So now you know, and now you know I do not, but they do.
And that's why I'm referring you to them. If you want to be super intelligent and get you know, an extra store on the board today, then you would probably most likely one hundred percent, just get on to the lead, big farm behind and that's see that might sit that stupid face right there. See, I'm a member. I am a member. There you have it. There's a doculent in show, the Q and A Live Archives
Boom Tuesdays and Thursdays. Typically, as you can see by the schedule, he does one the same day he does this show, and well two hours before this show he does his Q and A typically like eleven am his time, right, and then he has an hour off and then he does the Q and A with us, which is nice that it's kind of a calmer one because he's just got done talking to a bunch of people asking him questions.
But it doesn't mean you can ask questions, and I think you should take the opportunity of whenever you have it, all right, But if you like to write in your questions, then you can also become a member over there. It's not the only thing to get there though, So I'm just saying this is just one of the many things. And that is in the description here, which I'm going to show you right now, uh where it says doctor Peter Glydden and giant letters. Yeah, that's the one says get
healthy with doctor Peter glddon and yeah, copy of that. Boom boom, Ready wait for it. Hey, Karen, how you doing? Beast so? Uh lu lakhalula. I don't know what the first part of your question was. I didn't see that you said the reason why you asked, but I don't know if were you the one that called in lua kalula. Sounds more like it came from Hawaii than it does from New York's. That's I was curious. Young adult told level is twenty k I don't know what that
means. Uh, he is ignoring it and going to start running. Scary to me. The peoples that did all this are for sure, Hello, what can I do for receding gums? And you'll have to ask doctor Peter Glidden, But I would say neutrify yours, get your essentials in otherwise you're gonna violid anyway, anyway, that's it, you see it? Oh, spike in vain? Yeah, you know what that's That's not one of those things I even think is a real thing. So that's why I now I
remember that. Yeah, that's not something I would have asked, because then we're gonna get to the whole conversation about you know, fairy tales and and and fucking unicorns and and and laprechauns spiked what on a on a what? Because the virus isn't real, So how you have a fucking bump on a virus doesn't make any sense. Whatever they're saying it is, it's not what they would what they're describing as being. So it's like I have I have,
I have lice on my thing that doesn't exist. Then you don't have lice on it because if the thing that doesn't exist doesn't exist, and how does it have lice? You know? Saying what I mean doesn't make any fucking sense. So anyway, well, well hopefully that that helped out. All right, Then I pissed everybody off sufficiently. I'm out of here. Check out this all right? Bye? Did it not end? Jesus fucking Christ? I said? End? Mister there you go.
