The Next Chapter with Jon Wallace: I recently spent time talking about mentorship with my longtime friend, Norm Hall, Ed.D., president of Simpson University. Mentoring has played an important part in both our lives. It allows us to walk together through life, supporting and challenging one another to be our best. I strongly believe everyone should have a mentor and seek opportunities to serve as a mentor. And when you enter into a mentoring conversation, you need to come with “preparation, humility, and three good questions.”
