Susan Kathleen interviews Special Guest Jonathan Symmonds, originally from Durban, South Africa & Zimbabwe & currently on set for a Netflix Film in Mauritius, Indian Ocean.

Jono was previously the lead Animator on the HBO blockbuster series Game of Thrones at PIXOMONDO in Germany for 5 years working on season 5,6,7 and 8. Nominated 3 times for a VES award for the work on the Game of Thrones.

He is widely recognized as the "Father of Dragons" after completing work on the Game of Thrones & has since created his own dragon, "Atourian."

Jono has his own VFX company and online academy by the name of Sophoria VFX.

He has completed a TED talk about his life.

To date he has taught over 3000 students in the art of animation!

Lead animator on the “Game of Thrones” in Frankfurt in Germany ~ “The Nutcracker.” ~ 3rd series of “Primeval” ~ as James Cameron’s “AVATAR” ~ “Where the Wild things Are” directed by Spike Jones ~ pre-visualization on “Prince of Persia,” “Your Highness,” and “Nanny Mcphee.” ~ lead on a film called “Trollhunter,” in Norway ~ worked at a company called Qvisten Animation and worked on a film called “Knerten 2,” ~ “Ark Survival Evolved” ~ “Carnival Row” ~ “Iron Sky – the coming Race” ~ “Dark Tide” ~ “Twigson Ties the Knot” ~ “ARK: Survival Evolved” ~ “Siren” (TV Series) ~
