Identities can be a tricky thing to deprogram. They are what we've used to fortify ourselves against the forces in this world, against the manipulation and control of others' identities. We use them to make ourselves feel special when we feel insecure. We use them to conform to a group or movement. We use them to make others feel less than us, so we feel bigger.
Deprogramming these can be tricky but it's a vital step in gnosis and the more aware of your own egoic constructs and how they have been created in you, manipulate your perceptions, and shift your path the sooner you'll start awakening to your True Self.
