Your Village: Family is Important

There are a variety of experiences that people are going through. This week, I have been in confronted by families with issues and concerns about their love one. Issues from, noticing that their relative is acting different to deciding whether to put their parent in a home. These are tough situations to face.

 It's not easy dealing with Dementia. It's not easy becoming your parents caregiver. It's not easy asking the hard questions but it is necessary. Don't give up. Take a breath and assess the situation.  More important ask for help. Look at your community  of family and friends and seek the help.
