Today we speak with Rodeena Stephens. This  very accomplished young lady, was also a caregiver to her mom.  Going through this experience lead her to the Alzheimer's Association. This community gave her the support she needed.  Now she sits on the board of the  Alzheimer's Association, New York Chapter.   Her experience as a caregiver, which was very difficult, fueled her passion to help in the fight for a cure for Alzheimer's disease. 

She shares information and educates people on this disease, especially the black community.  She works hard to get the word out to help all who are suffering with a love one who has this disease. As a former caregiver, she understands how hard it is and wants to let caregivers know that the Alzheimer's Association is here for them.    Listen as she shares not only her experience but important and helpful information about the Alzheimer's Association.
