CAREGIVERS - The Real Superheroes

It's tough to wrap your head around your hero needing a hero but that's what happens when your hero gets Alzheimer's. This is what this episode is about.  Cletus Kassady looked up to his grandfather as his role model. A strong, self-sufficient, navy officer, who was the head his family. The person who groomed him to be the man he is today, was no longer strong but in need of his help. The tables have turned and now  Cletus has to step up and be strong for his grandfather, Edward Cummings.  This heartwarming story is not only Cletus' story but it resembles the story of many others who are caregivers to relatives with memory loss.
