This week on the show I describe Magneto resistive sensors used in automotive applications, specifically wheel speed sensors. I'll describe the basic sensor operation, testing methods, and share 3 case studies involving MR style sensors. A 2008 Nissan Pathfinder with no 4x4 operation. Also a 2010 Toyota Prius and a 2015 Ram 1500 that have has sensors replaced, but still have circuit codes for wheel speed sensors.
