This COVID-19 pandemic has been really tough on all of us, especially those of us in the autoimmune community. There are many decisions we have to make daily surrounding health, vaccination, medications, social interactions and more. Those decisions are often judged by other people or cause us to carry stress that we are unaware of. We discuss our experiences navigating this pandemic and trying to find a "normal" balance while managing rheumatoid arthritis holistically.
