Episode description

Caring for a child with special needs can be emotionally challenging but also incredibly rewarding. This week we are excited to discuss tips to help parents of children with Autism handle stress and be prepared to handle their daily life. As a caregiver, your time and energy will be spread between the needs of your child with special needs, your other children, your spouse, and yourself. Finding a balance is vital.

This week we welcome Psychologist, Dr. Natalie Roth.

Dr. Natalie Roth is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in childhood neurodevelopment delays. She is the vice president of clinical psychology services at ABS and oversees the diagnostic assessment process and has years of experience guiding parents on what they might expect after receiving a diagnosis of Autism for their child.
