Episode description

Originally aired July 2008. This July we bring you a special feature interview with Douglas Giesel, one of the MIC volunteers who suffers from a different invisible disability -- Multiple Sclerosis. Hear his views on invisible disabilities in general and on Autism Spectrum Disorders specifically. Then we get an update on Lewis Schofield, an adolescent diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome when he was 5 years old and who was interviewed by Thomas D. Taylor and Elyse Bruce for MIDNIGHT IN CHICAGO last July. Hear what he's been up to over the last 12 months and enjoy his unique perspective on life, living and on how Asperger Syndrome isn't anything like a lightbulb.
