Our guest this week is Brigitte Shipman.

She’s a mom to two adult sons, an author, speaker, and certified Martha Beck Life Coach. 

She helps moms of autistic kids move through challenging emotions and areas of difficulty so that they can feel more joyful and at peace and fully present with their kids on the spectrum.

Brigitte's autism parenting journey began three decades ago, and her son Joseph is now 31 years old and thriving. 

Brigitte and Joseph recently published their book A Mother's Guide Through Autism to share their hope, knowledge, and inspiration with mothers raising children with autism. 

Brigitte has 20 years of experience as an educator in the public school system and holds a Master's Degree in Education.
