Authentic Grief

Following on from my last episode, Authentic Cancer, my Partner, Dan sadly passed away and I have become a Widow with two kids under 5. I have been deep in grief and still am - and will be in some way forever.

In this episode I share an insight into what MY grief journey is like, grief is extremely individual and nuanced. I share how I am personally navigating it and my thoughts and experiences 9 months into loosing my late Partner.
