Israel Folau & Free Speech

Israel Folau has recently become a polarising figure in the sporting world due to his social media posts regarding his religious beliefs. This eventually led to him being fired by Rugby Australia for what they say is a breach of contract.

The real question is, Is free speech in jeopardy here? Should Israel still have his Job? Should Rugby Australia have the right to fire him and did Israel do anything wrong in the first place.
