For their first recording of 2019, Paula Blair and Andrew Shail talk through their Netflix viewings over the mid-winter holidays, paying particular attention to Netflix-backed films The Ballad of Buster Scruggs (dirs. Ethan Coen & Joel Coen, 2018) and Birdbox (dir. Susanne Bier, 2018). Includes references to violence, death and minor swearing when quoting from the films. Spoilers abound.
