I've known Tim for a while and he's always been a pleasure to be around. Tim carries himself very professionally in addition to being a superb networker and a fantastic conversationalist. He truly has an affinity towards people which means he's in the right business because at the end of the day - real estate is a people business.

Tim recognized the "80/20" rule within real estate a long time ago and decided to take his corporate training, patience and professionalism and translate it into co-founding Copper Hill Real Estate. Additionally, Tim and his partners created a real estate development division as well as partnering with a title company, all of which are doing very well.

Tim takes us through his playbook of working on the business as opposed to in the business. He highlights how creating teams, systems and a proprietary transaction process has helped him establish multiple streams of income while successfully scaling Copper Hill Real Estate to the conglomerate that it is today.
