Our guest today is Jennifer Laurens, owner of Tiny Anchor Studios which is one of the fastest growing design consultants in the Philadelphia/New Jersey region. In addition to earning multiple board certifications, Jen has collaborated with the DIY Network and has been featured on 6abc.com. She's the real deal!

Why should you listen to this show? Because many real estate investors and/or contractors have fallen victim to not considering the overall design of a home or space until after it's built or the renovation is complete. This can be problematic. So many think they'll just paint the walls a certain shade of gray along with installing a few cool light fixtures and call it a day.
