In this episode, I discuss what the pro's & con's of starting out as a new insurance producer.  Offer some tips to grow your insurance business.  What tools you will need to be successful.  

My goal is to help insurance agents that aspire to become agency owners.  There is no playbook when you take over as agency owner.  It looks easy.  It is not.  There is a large training gap in this industry for those hoping to become an owner someday.  My mission is to help bridge that gap.   Enjoy!
