Spectrum: a broad range of varied but related ideas whose individual features overlap and form a continuous sequence. By definition, a mix is a spectrum, and in this case, a collection of songs unified and differentiated by the softer, more delicate side of house music. This mix also marks the 3 year anniversary since releasing first mix back in June 2010. After going back and listening to my first few mixes, it's interesting to reflect on how my mix styles and taste have varied as much as they've stayed the same over time...The mixes fill a spectrum of their own and are perhaps indicative of what I've recently been finding, which is that at various levels of abstraction, all things are connected in some way, despite their differences.
