This new moon will take place in the sign of Cancer. Cancer is watery, emotional, how we nourish ourselves and others. More specifically, it will take place in the nakshatra of Pushya. Pushya is the "guru of the gods" and represented by the utter of a cow. It's all nourishing, spiritualizing, and a great teacher. With the Moon, there will also be the Sun, Venus, and Mars.
