This is Astrology Coach. It's your planetary update for the weekend.
Of June sixteenth.
If you need a bit of extra guidance, there's a person or tarot card reading for you at the end of this episode. What do the next few days have in store for you? Time to find out with astrologer Natasha Webber.
You'll need a clear head and sense of purpose as Saturn begins its retrograde through Pisces. It's been a big year for Saturn, already changing signs for the first time in three decades when it shifted into Pisces in March. Back then, Saturn asked you to take on more responsibility, in some way, helping you set healthier boundaries and clarify limitations. But you might question these boundaries from Sunday through to early November, when the planet of duty and ambition spins backwards.
Were you being too harsh? Should you give an X or a frenemy the benefit of the doubt and expand what you're willing to tolerate? Short answer, No, Now, more than ever, it's crucial that you don't allow yourself to be gas lit. Use Saturn's retrograde as an opportunity to reflect on the line you drew in the sand back in March. Moving forward, maybe something does need to shift, but this retrograde is best used to gather your thoughts
rather than to implement any adjustments. Rewinding back to Friday, Mercury and Saturn come together for the final time before Mercury changes signs two days before the Gemini new Moon, and Mercury has something important to say here because he's the planetary ruler of Gemini. Saturn has a reputation for ruthlessly cutting ties and separating you from what no longer
serves your best interests. Even when it's not in retrograde, you may be thrown into a situation that forces you to think long and hard about what your next move should be, particularly as the new moon looms, where you'll get a clean slate to write a new narrative. And don't forget that Mercury rules your thoughts. Can you modify your mindset to achieve greater mental clarity? On top of Saturn's rewind Sunday also brings a new moon in Gemini.
Neptune makes a strong connection here as well, and in its shadow expression, this nebulous planet can obscure reality and create confusion, muddled thinking, and uncertainty. So it's vital that you have your head screwed on straight if you're going to navigate your way through Neptune's fog. But this new moon still has a lot working in your favor because Neptune brings a dreamy quality that's beautiful for romance and creative ventures, and Gemini is the master communicator of the zodiac,
so you might have a heartfelt conversation with someone special. Hopefully, Mercury and Saturn have dealt with any life altering decisions, serious discussions or resolutions by Friday, and by the time this hazy new moon and Saturn retrograde rolls in, you can languish in its light expression without having to worry about botching heavy duty responsibilities life.
So how does this week's cosmic climate affect you? Taro can help with that, and after this, your card will choose you. Make sure you follow Astrology Coach in your podcast app so you never miss a forecast. Natasha will be back on Monday with everything you need to know to plan your week.
