This is Astrology Coach. It's your planetary update for the week of December five. Remember there's a personal tarot card reading for you at the end of every episode, so bots in store for you this week. Time to find out with astrologer Natasha Weber.
The final full moon of twenty twenty two is coming and it's a doozy. It's happening this Thursday. In Gemini, the zodiac's master multitasker. Gemini is awesome at keeping lots of balls in the air, juggling two conversations, concepts, projects, and relationships at once. This sign can do everything and be everywhere without skipping a beat. You might find you've got the bandwidth to do one or two things exceptionally well.
But if you're trying to have it all right now, no sacrifices, no compromises, the cracks may be starting to show, and if you're a regular Astrology Coach listener, you might already know why. It's that pesky Mars retrograde at it again. The action planet makes a huge impact on this full moon story. Until January thirteenth, Mars is moving backwards through Gemini, and that makes everything Gemini related kind of difficult, especially if you're someone that prides yourself on being a one
woman show and managing everything on your own. Gemini is the sign that rules the nervous system, and right now Mars retrograde is pushing its buttons. Add the Gemini full moon to the mix and you can expect exaggerated and highly sensitive emotions. So when you burst into tears at Christmas carols in the supermarket, grab a kleenex, curse Mars
retrograde and keep moving. So if it's all getting on top of you and you're getting that tightness in your chest, my hot tip is to practice some breath work this full moon. You could try the four seven eight breeding where you inhale for four counts, hold for seven and exhale for eight. Or my favorite because it resonates with my Leo moon, is the lion's breath. Just inhale through your nose and in open your mouth wide with a
forceful exhale and make a loud ha sound. Last, but not least is alternate nostril breathing, which is an instant nervous system tranquilizer. Finally, we need to take a look at mercury, the planetary ruler of Thursday's full moon, Mercury enters earthy, grounded and serious Capricorn on Wednesday. This should help balance the full moon's frazzled vibe with a way out of the overwhelm you might be feeling. Mercury has the solution to this full moon's problem, and that is
quiet your monkey mind. Focus on one thing at a time, and if you can't do that, prioritize your tasks, expectations, and social commitments. Failing all else, don't forget to breathe.
Okay, so what does all this mean for you? Taro can help with that. Your card is coming soon. Make sure you follow Astrology Coach with Natasha Webber in your favorite podcast app so you never miss a podcast. Natasha will be back on Friday with everything you need to know to plan your weekend.
