Astrano S1E18 Root Chakara

Hey guys! This week we’re talking all about the root chakra ❤️   The root chakra is the most important energy centre as it controls and anchors us into this physical reality. Without this energy centre we would be aimlessly floating outside our bodies… that might be an exaggeration -  this (root) chakra allows us to anchor into these dense forms - our bodies!   That being said, because it is the first chakra and the most physical chakra it too holds the most pain and suffering - Same as our bodies.  Our higher chakras and energy centres hold higher dimensional light and can easily access realms outside this 3D reality - this physical earth plane. In that way it can be easier to cleanse and move energy through these chakras to heal them.   The root chakra is bound inside this 3D realm and so it allows us to fully experience what it is to be human, pain, love, expansion and all.  Through the healing of the root chakra we can start to remember the divine genome of our abundance, safety and start really pulling in creational force energy. Without this life force energy we would not exist. And inside the density of this third dimension WITH blocked and traumatized root chakras we hardly receive any of that life force energy - as most of it is siphoned off our traumatized root or cannot enter the body because we are so closed off inside fear.   In this video we describe why the root gets so blocked and how we can actively start healing this energy centre. It is a beautiful and perhaps slow - ish process. But one that will change our lives - allowing us to be fully embodied in who we are.   All the love to you friend!
