Pivoting to a Virtual Conference

In April of 2020, AAAA (American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants) had a meeting scheduled that couldn't happen because of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Led by Executive Director Michael Battaglia, CAE, and Meetings Director Amy Motyka, CMP, the staff and board leadership pivoted to a virtual online meeting.

Speakers, sponsors, and staff sprung into action, and in three weeks, a canceled conference became a successful event! Hear the story of success and learning in an interview with AMPED's Tony Veroeven.
