Journal every trade,, keep your own trading diary.

Here’s how i do it.

I use google docs.. You could use that or, powerpoint or similar programs.

1. Take a screenshot when planning your trade. Also write down your thoughts.
   
2. Take a screenshot when you open the trade. Write down you thoughts.
   
3. Take screenshots during your trade, also record/write down your thinking/thoughts.
   
4. Screenshot your exit.
