trials. Okay. Okay. Okay, so before we get truly started with the trials, a lot of times with these asleep trials, I like to kind of set the mood for my patients.
¶ relaxation candle & breathing exercise
So what I'm going to do is I'm going to light a candle to help. Get you in the mood before sleep and is Amar I'm going to do like a few quick breathing exercises. So I have this gamble here. And this is a rose scented candle. I love this count 0 and I think it's perfect for an answer more and for you know, sleep trials. And you know, think they'll be asleep. It looks like a match stick. I want you to take in a couple of breaths. It's okay, breathing. Breathe.
Two more breathe in him. And breathe out. That's why I'm breathing. Breathe, perfect. He's right next to you, so that you are nice and comfortable. So me about the breathing exercises, we checked her vitals and we are now burning the capital, so we are going to for sure. It started with me sleep trials, okay. So just so you know, there are
¶ quick rundown of the trials
10 Tim sleep trials that I'm going to be trying with you in today's session. Each one are levels at level 1. All is level 10 and we're just going to see how well you respond to these ASMR triggers. Okay. Alright, let's go ahead and start with be a first level or trial. So this one that I have on your sheet here is Active Energy. Plucking I can do that.
¶ Level 1: negative energy plucking
I think this will be perfect because negative energy. Plucking is a great way to just start off. Sleep trials. At least my do for my patience. My love doing be. - energy plugging first. Just because it's a great way to just get rid of all the negativity, all of the baggage, all the problems of today or maybe yesterday, or even problems that we might be facing tomorrow. I think it's a great way to just go ahead and pop those right on out.
So let's go ahead and do think of energy blinking, okay, okay. To you. Good night. Okay, perfect. Let's go. Okay. I think that is all for the negative energy. I'm all for you. So that was the first level that was okay, wasn't it? Yeah, these are really great trials. They're awesome. I love doing these violations of these as well. So far from what I can tell him that you are enjoying it too but we have my more to go. So, let's see how well you do. Let's see how well you can stay
awake. Okay, so the next one, oh, this one is a classic and a goodie and it's a favorite of mine. This one is a Fluff muff of Mike scratching.
¶ Level 2: fluff muff mic scratching
I love a fluffy, Mike scratching, I think it's amazing. So I'm going to go ahead and transfer over my fluff multi-year. I have my fluff Mom's here and we're going to Lily's on that the microphones and we're going to do a little bit of scratchy scratch on the left a little bit of are intentional though. Doesn't love your attention. Yeah, it's okay. Can we do that? Awesome. Awesome. Alright, let me go ahead and set that up. Okay. All right, so now I have the microphone.
Let's start with scratch. It's like this. How are you doing? Are you enjoying the Aleppo dude? River? I'm going to try talking to him so that you can enjoy the check. But if you have any questions or if you have anything on your mind, certainly let me know. We're doing it. Okay. Max trigger. Next trigger. Tapping tapping on the clipboard coasters. I like some cool. I don't need to do. I have my clipboard here.
¶ Level 3: clipboard & wooden coaster tapping
The same one that I'm using for your chart here and I'm going to The microphones out of the way just ever so slightly. I am going to that one. One more. Being here. And that is this coaster here with a wooden coaster. I'm going to tap on the back and the frontier. So, let's start with the back. You let me know how you like the back trigger. Okay. Okay, tapping was a little something for you. Good, good, good, good. Okay, so beautiful for the fourth.
¶ Level 4: lid sounds
Level is one of my personal favorites of all time. I absolutely love this trigger and I hope that you live in this. Well, it's a classic and I love it so much. It is lit. Sounds I swear by this trigger. It is so tingly. I love it so much. So I have a thing of lotion eared. I'm going to do it sounds on and this bottle of This bottle of eyelash brush brushes here. So, let's start with this one. and I also like, I love with them if I could get carried away, I really good.
So we're going to do the Aleutian. I got this from a hotel. When I was in Vegas, I saw it on my desk. So, it's opening. I don't think I don't think this one was as good as the other one in my opinion, but you let me know when you think about one. Okay, I'm gonna write down your results here. Okay, so now we are at our fifth level trigger.
¶ Level 5: follow the light
This one is also a very good one as well. This one is a follow the light. That's all you're going to do. We're going to just follow the light, okay? Okay. All you have to do. Great job. Excellent. Good for you. And you're gonna do the same thing. This purple light. Excellent. Excellent work. Good job. Good. Good. Good. You did. Excellent. Excellent, excellent. We are halfway through our tests. Yes.
¶ Level 6: ear cleaning
So the next test I have you stay very long and classic test. I'm going to do a cleaning on you, okay? Okay. Are you doing, okay? Okay. I'm going to do in your dear heart. Okay. Not bad. So I have these little gears Mom's here. Supposed to be relaxation. Zoe. Let me know. I'm going to go ahead and put these swabs back and normally when I do that level a lot of people already like a cow that just check out when I do that one, but it looks like you're
kind of hanging in there. They're very, very, very impressed. Like I said, normally people, they, they pretty much take you bad, but your cleaning for them. You're strong, you're strong, be fixed level here.
¶ Level 7: facial mist spray
I have is a little bit of personal attention. This one is a facial mist. Spray is going to be mistaken, your face. With some water is very relaxing. Goodness. This one is more of a personal care like skin care makeup. A lot of my patients tend to So I don't bring this into me, sleep clinic, Toronto that we're doing it today. Taking deep breath. Just breathe in and breathe out. Breathing. You're doing wonderful. I think your eyes are giving a little drowsy.
But that's okay. This is for you, too. Go to sleep. Alrighty. Let's close this up. What did you think of that one? Did you like it? Okay, okay, really, really good. So we have three more to go. Three. This one is a classic as well. I love this one.
¶ Level 8: face brushing
I think that you will. Let me do in this is face. Brush. I love it. So I have this brush here. Because I'm going to do. I'm going to press your face. You got it. Let's go. It's such a classic personal attention trigger. It's pretty difficult. I think that's it. Surprise. Epic. Closing your eyes and you're drifting off to sleep with. Like I said, and this one, and
¶ Level 9: foam mic scratching
this one is going to be Mike brushing or Mike scratchy, but instead of with the fluff movement little earlier in her test, we did the fluffles, right? We're going to be using the foam covers here. Scratches on the face. Like, all right. Okay, so now we have been covers all scratchy. It is very gentle. I love my scratches on the phone. I don't like super fast and aggressive. Laborers is like really engraving. I like their agent. Let me know. Okay, so we have one last trial
¶ Level 10: unintelligible whispers/mouth sounds
with us one in. This one is also a glass. Basic classic trigger but some people really, really, really enjoyed a damn right and some people really, really don't like at all regardless of who it is or how it sounds in. This is unintelligible and Whispers or mouth sounds. So if you are a little triggered by it's quite, alright, you can go ahead and skip this trial. But since this apart, the drawback i'j, I'm going to go ahead and do it, okay? Okay, so let's go ahead and get started.
Okay, I don't know if you can hear what I was saying or not, but that is the last trial or level that was Little Tim, how do you think that you did? I think you did a wonderful job
