Editing can be one of the toughest aspects of podcasting, but it doesn’t have to be. If you’re doing your own editing, you have loads of options available. If you’re just getting started out in podcasting, your decision might be made on what’s free and what’s paid. Audacity and Garageband are a great start, with the latter being the trickier of the two. For paid and automated options, Descript is an awesome app that uses AI to edit and delete words from transcripts. You can also choose from Adobe Audition and Avid Pro Tools. But if you can’t find the time or just don’t want to, just let We Edit Podcasts do it for you!
