How will school choice impact lower income children?

It's been the first priority for Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) during this session of the legislature. School vouchers and letting parents have a choice of where to send their kids to school. That bill is headed for the governor's desk, and there will be a lot of pomp and circumstance when he signs it into law. There are a lot of questions about what children will most benefit from this voucher bill. Nathan Cunneen, the American Federation for Children Texas State Director, joined Ask the Expert to discuss.
