In the month of February, we will address the problem of stress.  Of all the health issues that we can think of, I think stress is at the very top of our list. It affects everyone and it is a worldwide problem. In this episode, we discuss some history of stress, how it affects our bodies, some measures we can take to lower our stress now, and some insights into research on stress--we will also continue to discuss innovations in dealing with stress throughout this month.  I am Dr. Paul Kilgore, MD, FACP.
