Well-being and Resiliency in Practice: Reflections on the 2025 Implementing Solutions Workforce Summit

ASHP co-hosted an invitational summit with APhA and NABP in June 2025 to discuss workplace and well-being issues in the pharmacy workforce. In this episode, two attendees reflect on the experience and the actions of their organizations to improve the pharmacy workplace and discuss the newly released report on the 2025 Implementing Solutions summit.
