Educator Essentials: Clinical Practice or Academia - Which is right for you?

The aim of this podcast is to share the experiences and insights of two pharmacists who have transitioned between clinical practice and academia during their careers. Listeners will gain perspective on the roles/responsibilities associated with clinical versus academic positions, benefits and challenges of each, and factors that contributed to the transitions in the speakers’ practice journeys.
