Pastor Randy's Beginnings: Genesis Sermon Series sermon message titled "Human Race or Racism?" from Genesis chapter 10. Genesis 10 precedes Genesis 11 because it provides the consequences of the Tower of Babel. The word "race" is not mentioned in the table of nations. Every single human being is a different shade of brown. Acts 17:26 tells us that God made the one man, Adam, all the nations. Therefore, we are all one family. Humans are united by the: Image of God Sin of Adam There are 70 nations in Genesis 10. Jesus commanded us to "go and make disciples of all nations." (Mt. 28:19) God's family consists of people from every nation, tribe, people, and language. (Rev. 5:9; 7:9)
