Adult friendships are difficult to find, indescribably precious, and absolutely intended by God. For most of us, when we were kids our friends were everything to us. But something changed as we journeyed into adulthood. Great friendships are rare as adults. It’s harder to find them, and it takes effort to maintain them. As a result, we settle for mediocre friendships that are convenient or functional. However, we’re made for something more. God designed us for life together, not on our own. To have the friends we need, we have to be the friends we need.
