On day 2 of #letstalkbias, we are discussing the inner dialogue that comes with this. Yesterday, many of you found out that your lived experiences plus your exposure shapes your worldview. Today is about addressing whatever feelings might have come up in the inevitable inner dialogue that was happening between your ears yesterday and answering 4 questions.
Throughout June, I hope this prompts help you to develop a bias journal that you will refer to daily and long after June.
