509: Enough Is Enough

I am sure by now the horrors of the deeply rooted racism that has permeated our world has been on display for everyone and frankly it has been emotionally and physically draining but now is not the time to give up. As frustrating as it has been to constantly get messages from non-black folks about what to do, I don't want any room for excuses.

So for the month of June, we will get real, raw, honest and uncomfortable about our biases. Nothing is off limits. In order to rid the world of the ugliness of racism, many people need to come to terms with their complicity in white supremacy and oppression.

I will hand out daily assignments and do weekly lives. I ask that you TALK. When I say TALK, I mean:

Tell Yourself The Truth 

Acquire New Stories

Learn How To Be Accountable 

Keep Pushing Through And Act

We will be using the hashtag #letstalkbias. I will be sharing the assignments on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn andmy website. I ask that you share with all your non-black and white friends. See you on Monday!
