Today's interview is with Callum Laing. Callum is a New Zealander based in Singapore. He is a partner at Unity Group. The Unity Groups is focused on working with and solving some of the common issued that entrepreneurs face. Callum believes that collaboration and partnership is a key aspect for business success in the future so we spent a majority of the episode going into why he believes this.
We talked about the challenges small businesses face and a unique opportunity that they can potentially benefit from. We also dove into the philosophies of partnership, adopting agglomeration into a business model and the importance of collaboration, trust and speed.
