Episode description

Michael and Todd started their second weekend at Indigo with more set up fun. A different rental beamer was waiting for them on the stage. The club electrician, Ali, had gotten a mounting system jerry-rigged together, but it took he and Michael a good half hour of fiddling around at the top of a ladder to get it all set and working.

Batu, one of Indigo's residents started of the evening with a fairly peppy minimal techno set. Todd worked a set of clips based on Takashi Ito's 'Spacy' short film. Michael's counterpoint included a number of portrait clips.

Play Paul, one of the International Deejay Gigolo crew, did about an hours worth of material as a live set. Paul was on the mic signing songs such as his current hit "LALALAND" with a DJ accompanying him. Michael and Todd switched up their look for a set of green dots and circles.

The live set done, Paul took to the turntables and rocked the rest of the night away. Michael warmed things up with a set of clips from a short about robots reeking havoc in a city. The clips segued nicely into a long set treated with red outlines.
