Olga Assayah was born in Kiev Ukraine and moved to the United States at the age of 5. She always had a love and appreciation for art and its expression and learned to sew as a little girl. She graduated from SLCC fashion institute and decided to start Zaiya Collection to create beautiful designs that are innovative yet practical for everyday life. She lives in Salt Lake City with her husband and 2 daughters.
