Episode description

Michael Feldman, a medicinal chemist by training, after setting up and running the lab for the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, came to Utah in 2000 to help set up drug testing for the 2002 SLC Olympic Winter Games and to become General Manager of Northwest Toxicology Laboratories. After running and selling 2 biotech companies, in 2011, he and his family decided it was time to do something completely different. Missing the food from New Jersey, he and his wife Janet planned, built Feldman’s Deli, Utah's only authentic Jewish Deli, featuring a variety of traditional sandwiches and European/Old World specialties, opened in 2012. He serves as Chief Everything Officer. The Deli has been recognized for its authenticity and quality by every Salt Lake City authority. It is Deli Done Right! You can occasionally catch him playing his music at the Deli or other venues as part of the “Two Old Guys”. https://www.feldmansdeli.com/home https://www.instagram.com/two_old_guys_music/ https://www.instagram.com/feldmansdeli/
