Kirk has edited such exceptional projects as The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, for which he was nominated for a BAFTA and Oscar with Angus Wall, The Social Network, for which he won the BAFTA and Oscar with Angus Wall, The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, for which he won the Oscar, with Angus Wall,  House of Cards, for which he was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award, Gone Girl, for which he was nominated for the Eddie, Mindhunter, for which he was nominated for the Eddie, Mike, for which he was nominated for the Eddie, and Love, Death & Robots, for which he won the BFE Cut Above Award and the Eddie.  Now he's crafted the rousing entertaining comedy, Dumb Money.
