We talk with Ketan Modh. Ketan is Marie Curie European Research Officer at the University of Malta, holds a double doctorate in information policy and governance from the University of Malta and the University of Groningen and assisted Prof. Joe Cannataci in his mandate as the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the right to privacy. Ketan is of Indian origin and has worked intensely on privacy in India.
