Human Experimentation and Military Conspiracies

So this week we decided to focus on military conspiracies. However, I (Chris) couldn't find anything interesting that wasnt just political nonsense. So I broke from our chosen subject and went with two cases of illegal and unethical human experimentation, one perpetuated by the government and the other by a psychologist. So this week I have Project Artichoke and the Monster Study. Nate however stayed on topic and brings us some of the conspiracies surrounding Operation Highjump. Not to spoil his story too much, but we got some nazi penguins up in this one!
