Episode description

Recorded/aired on KZSU 90.1 FM in October 2016 Arabology interviews Nasser Samara, Director/Actor/Writer of the short film 'Temorary مؤقت' which will be playing as part of the Arab Film Festival in Berkeley on Oct 15 and in LA on Oct 23 at 5:05 pm. The film is a comedy about a struggling Palestinian-Mexican-American actor who is forced to deal with his insecurities in a world quick to stereotype. Nasser Samara is a Palestinian-Mexican-American-Baptized Catholic-Muslim. As a director, he is passionate about telling comedic stories with characters that reflect juxtaposing backgrounds.
